I stopped in today for the first time to get some good sticks. Ill tell ya, the reviews and comments here are absolutely on-point. Being new to cigars, I asked for some help and a nice younger gentleman showed me around, and I met Sal when cashing out. This man has a fantastic soul and smile. Even if I quit the sticks, Ill still stop by for a chat. Great folks there, and the prices cannot be beat. And they have everything you need! See you guys soon, and thanks for the recommendations.

I visited this shop as someone with limited knowledge. The staff was very kind and helpful. The staff sought me out and helped me, teaching me new things, taking the time to learn what id like and giving multiple suggestions in various price ranges. I really liked how they had everything organized and separated so it wasnt overwhelming trying to find something. The prices were nice as well. Only thing that could make this shop better is if they had a smoking lounge. Highly recommended and I will be back!

Extremely great service! The owner was very nice and welcoming which was nice as it was my first visit. Great selection of cigars and even have some good pipe tobaccos as well. Everything you need to smoke a cigar or pipe is there too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any tobacco needs.

I have been searching for a Cigar shop like this near me! (12 mile drive) First time in today and the staff was welcoming and informative. The main humidor was huge compared to the shops I have found. Then they have a box humidor once you have found your go to. There was a flavored humidor also. Plus a ton of accessories! Got my new Cigar home today!

Guy who runs this place ABSOLUTELY knows his stuff and has a huge selection in 3 different humidors (plans on opening a 4th).You can tell he owns that store (and personally works it) because he loves it and the product. He is a salesman, and will want to match you to the right cigar, but he will respect your price limits, and wont try to upsell you. He also sells discounted variety packs for newer people.Also refills butane lighters free of charge when you come in for cigars. All around great guy!

I visited the Cigar House on 06/10 for the first time. The owner was extremely helpful giving me all his expertise on cigars, since it was my first visit to a cigar shop, he then let me shop on my own. I purchased 5 cigars and a cutter.I would definitely recommend the Cigar House especially if you are in the Gwinnett area. They have cigars for every budget.

Cigar House has by far the most extensive selection of cigars Ive seen in Greater Atlanta. Sal took care of me just like family the moment I came through the door. The unassuming store front leads to four distinct humidors, one which houses aromatics to prevent taste ghosting over pure cigars... wow! As a pipe tobacco aficionado, I enjoyed the lobbys diverse selection of some of the top bulk and tin blends and the variety of quality pipes. This is the cigar shop youre looking for.

Found my new local! Family owned and operated. Guy behind the counter was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are open 365 from 9 to 9 and the humidor is fully stocked with excellent cigars. They also give discounts to all military personnel and first responders. That alone makes it worth it to come here for me. HIGHLY recommended.

The owner Sal is a really nice guy. The shop is deceivingly larger than it looks from the outside. The selection is quite extensive. There is even sample packs and four packs for some name brands. My girlfriend and I had just got into cigars and he helped us get everything we needed regarding accessories humidor and even a range of different cigars to test what we like. What an amazing cigar shop! I literally was pulled over by the police trying to find some cigars. I’m not from this area and was out of my element. The cop asked why I was in a hurry and I said I’m sorry I am trying to find a cigar shop and wasn’t paying attention. He laughed and said you are looking for Cigar House and gave me directions to this awesome place. I bought a box of 20 Toros and he gave me a better deal than an online store. The room was perfectly humid and the right temp all of the cigars felt fresh and well cared for. I will now be driving 1.5 hours to buy from him again!

The cigar house has hookah, cigars, pipes, and cigarettes. I will never go to any other tobacco lounge or store. The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is also a great chess and backgammon player. David will play with anyone willing in his spare time between customers in the store. I can always come to the Cigar House to relax, smoke a cigar, pipe, or hookah, chat with customers in the lounge, play backgammon, and have a coffee or tea. The lounge is always open, even on holidays. I have always been treated well by everyone in the Cigar House.
