Just ordered an in store pickup. Hoping they’ll have them ready in time and or early. The process was quick & easy for ordering them. Just need those shoes for an event later on today. Will update review after I receive the shoes.

Rude, disrespectful and disgusting attitude. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. To have a name Patience and not have patience is ironic. The other coworker is just the same as her. Sad to say, it’s not the first time the service has been horrible here.

Awful experience literally sat there for 10 mins trying to get help. I literally asked the employee what size the trae young shirt that was on the display panel, and she said that it was a extra large without even checking. The thing is I knew they had one large trae young shirt, due to the mall of Georgia store saying they had it there. When I checked out the woman was literally on FaceTime checking me out at the same time.

One of the store manager. Her name is Ne or NI. I don’t know if I spelled it right. She is very rude! She is grumpy! She shouldn’t being working here! I will never shop Champs again. She is not helping constomer at all but looking for troubles. Ridiculous service! Never go!

O had a great experience, helpful staff and store was clean. Not sure what everyone else is seeing.

They never have shoes in my size or my fiances size either. Everytime we walk in there it takes an act of Congress to get someone to help us.

The reason i give 2 starts is because frankly the shoes selection for toddlers is not big at all, that being said not many choices out there as they selection for adults, but of course if looking for adults shoes they so have a big selection, in this case i just criticize the toddler selection, in overall good shoe store, today i saw a couple of good deals out there .

I asked for help and I didnt like the customer service I received.
