If I could give this place negative 5 stars, believe me, I would. This woman was TERRIBLE to me and my friends daughter to the point that we almost called the police. First, she tried to stop my friends daughter from trying on a dress because she said it wouldnt fit her. I dont understand how her eyes could just see so well by a dress hung over her arm that it wouldnt fit, and I believe that fully defeats the purpose of a FITTING ROOM. THEN. She ripped the curtains open while she (a minor) was in her bra and underwear. After being told to close the curtain multiple times, she reluctantly did so. While they finished trying on dresses, I walked around the store. Half of these dresses are tattered and torn. Pieces of other dresses lay on the floor below the racks. The materials they are made of are cheap and not worth this kind of experience. She was glaring at me the entire time I was browsing, I guess she was waiting for me to try and steal one of her precious gowns.. I promise you, they arent worth the theft charge.To top off this terrible experience, she GRABBED MY FRIEND and demanded to know where a broach to one of the dresses her daughter had tried on was, only to find that like the rest of the cheaply made dresses there, IT WAS ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE OF THE FITTING ROOM. No apology, nothing. She just assumes that everyone that comes in is a thieving monster, and she will treat you as such.So, not only did she view a minor in her bra and underwear without permission (illegal), she also laid hands on a customer. (also illegal). How in the world is this store still open? All of the reviews and horror stories are 100% ACCURATE. Do not give this disgraceful woman your business or your money. She should learn some manners before she does this to the wrong person and ends up in jail.

This was a terrible experience, first my daughter was told she couldn’t try on dresses without her parent there, I was standing next to my daughter and I’m shorter than her so I guess I looked like a kid, next she ripped one of the dresses from my daughter and said that dress is too small and she can’t try it on. She only had one dress to try on. As I’m in the dressing room with my daughter she opened up the curtain without knocking or anything and my 15 year old daughter was standing there in only her bra and underwear, we asked multiple times for her to shut it back and she kept asking if everything was ok. As we’re leaving she grabbed my arm and kept asking me where the brooch was, that was apparently just clipped to the dress had fallen off and was on the ground between us and the dressing room. I would not recommend this place to a dog!!!!!

I definitely understand the bad reviews and while the lady wasnt terrible to us, her people skills need a little work. Pros: we found a super cute homecoming dress for only $40. Very cheap prices for dresses youll likely wear once. Cons: you are only allowed to try on 5 dresses during your visit. So make your choices count. Some of the dresses are torn so look carefully, because you dont get to exchange it later. I had to sew the lace on the back of my daughters dress, but I decided it was a small price to pay since similar dresses elsewhere were at least twice the price or more.

The owner is a awful lady I was in there trying on dresses for homecoming I definitely should have read the reviews before going I picked out two dresses I liked one that I loved before even getting to the fitting room the lady snatched the dresses and felt my waist and took the dress from me telling me I wasn’t aloud to try it on because it was “to small” even though it was my size and looked plenty big even when I asked if I could just try it on she insisted it was too small I’m only 17 and I felt personally like I was being judged over my size this has never happened to me before and I definitely will not be going back

The owner is a suuuuper rude and mean personShe is nice untill she has your moneyOnce she has it she is nasty with customers, I had a dress and the color was wrong I came to exchange it she said no and she was so rude it was just the color same dress, she will never make an exception to nobody

Drove an hour to go here to try on dresses said they were open online but when I arrived they were closed total waste of my time and gas

I recently went there with my friends just to look around and maybe find a dress for prom. The owner was nice to us and cooperative when we wanted to try on some dresses. It was a good experience all around and I might come back in the future!

Do not shop here.The owner is very, very rude and unprofessional! The clothing is cheap. The owner literally strong armed my niece who was visiting from another country to buy a damaged dress because she said she damaged it when trying it on. She SCREAMED at her and told her she would call the police if she didnt pay for it. Even though my niece is the one who brought the dress to her and told her it was damaged. When I attempted to assist my niece in the situation, she asked if my Niece was a baby and needed help. She then beginning screaming and picked up the dress and threw it at us and told us she was calling mall security, which I was already doing since she had thrown something at us. Ending up filing a complaint with mall security. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience I have ever had in any store. Shop here at your own risk. I had to give 1 star to post, but if possible, I would give no stars!

NEVER go to this store if youre looking for a prom dress. I had a whole ordeal with the devil woman who runs the store not letting me try a dress on. She asked me my age and when I told her 18 she told me I had to bring a parent. I asked her how old I have to be and she told me 19 (19... to try a prom dress... okay...), but I had a friend of mine go in and ask to try a dress on and without even showing an ID the woman let her try on a dress with no fuss. I came back and mentioned that an 18 year old friend of mine came and just tried a dress on and the woman began to SCREAM at me even though I had my ID out to show her and everything... Moral of the story is dont waste your time or money here. Horrible experience.
