Great enforcement covid rules but no one acknowledged us at the stop and wait for an associate sign that we abided by. Finally just went in. Sales associates are friendly though.

Ive been going to this HotTopic for 3 years and its one of my favorite stores, Angel is so kind and also the employees, they always have their time on the customers and always kindly greet people when they walk in, very orginized and has variety of things like band merch, anime merch, jewlery, cartoon shows etc.

Called for them to hold the last item they had on the shelf. When I arrived not only did they still have it but they stashed at the register with my name on it until I arrived to buy it. Much appreciated!

Hot Topic is the f**kin best. Always find goodies there. My daughter and I have grown to love k-pop. We were so happy to see them carry some k-pop merchandise as well. And recently adding BT21 in the mix. Love it !

I came here with my sister for her shopping as this isnt the type of store I normally shop in. Nonetheless, I liked that they had alot of specialized clothing catered to anime and cartoon fans. They also had some good costumes that I considered buying for this upcoming Halloween. The staff were courteous and overall experience was great.

I called ahead and asked if they had a specific shirt. I went and it was there. I purchased it for a reasonable price. Now I wear it once or twice a week.

This is my favorite store to go shopping at. If your looking for cosplay, cool jewelry, and clothes of your favorite band, anime, or show, then this is the place for you. I have never had bad costumer service and I have always left the store satisfied.

I love how the pop figures are organized instead of a jumble where you cant find specific ones :)

Been around forever and a day. An interesting little shop with tshirts and stuff.

I never had any issues when I come here. Associates are always courtesy and there is always a wide variety of selections. Overall I usually have a positive experience. So when this incident occurred I was shooked and disappointed. I asked one of the associate (Krystal) to see if an item is in stock since I saw it online. She said that the store did not carry the item off the top of her head without checking the system or anything. So I wanted to verify if the online store is different from the in stock store. When I asked. Her eyes widen and her expression was like I had just asked the most OUTRGEOUS QUESTION ever. She sarcastically replied I wouldnt know, I am not on the website 24/7. Knowing that she is annoyed now. I said thank you, and was about to leave. I did not even move half a step yet from her before she turned to another associate and started bad talking about me like I wasnt RIGHT THERE. I was more disappointed than upset that one individual can ruin my experience of the store.
