I had my first visit at Upscale. Mary Kay was a Jewel! The clothing was very well priced and up to date. Even though it was nearing closing time, we were not rushed at all. I look forward to my next experience...which Im sure will be very soon!

Customer service was non existent. I actually felt like we were bothering them just being there. Definitely wouldn’t go back. Prices on Children’s clothing is just okay.

I had driven from Duluth to come and check out this consignment shop that I had heard about. They had a lot of nice pieces. As I shopped I just so happened to look up and saw the lady behind the counter glaring at me. It was so much so that it made me uncomfortable, finally I was so uncomfortable I just left. She was not very friendly to me. Will not be returning.

My wife and I went in together... no customer service whatsoever. No Hello! NO Goodbye! NOTHING ! WOW!!! SO DO U JUST PAY RENT THERE? HOW DO U MAKE ANY PROFIT with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
