Ive called three different times three different days, once at 7:30, 7:40, 7:10. The young lady there always says the same thing. we cant make anymore we close at 8 but she also said it takes 15 minutes to make so she has plenty of time, maybe the the day at 7:40 was close but she just doesnt want to do her job.

This order was great start to finish! Placed the order online, several days before it was needed. Called the Sugarloaf’s location and spoke to Gena to be sure they saw my note about needing it right at 10am (when they open), she found the order and was super kind and listened when I asked for “a patriotic fire truck birthday cake”. Longer story short I called back a few hours later saying I’d like to pick up the cake a day early, Gena once again said NO PROBLEM, come at 4pm, we got there at 3:30, and I checked in so she could call us when the cake was ready, IT WAS ALREADY READY!!! I was thrilled I didn’t have to trudge around the mall with toddlers and Miss Gena went above and beyond!! My Birthday boy left with a BIG smile and his cake dreams realized!!

Kate is the best!!!! My experience with this location was above and beyond any expectations. Kate made everything so easy and was so helpful and kind while I asked 100 questions. Not only that, but she can decorate a cake exactly the way you asked.Thank you Kate for making I easy:)

Omg the Great American Cookie is the best place to go for cookies I like their red velvet cookie I go there like every 2 weeks you should go!!! 👌😀

Called to order a cookie cake and it was lovely with a few exceptions. The colors were not all correct but it was still a lovely job. The lady Israel who was helping us was very nice and apologized profusely. ( and it was not her order) I would recommend this store to anyone. My 6 year old was very excited to big his BiG cookie to share with his friends. Thank you for making the day more special.

For this place to get a Loved It out of me is no small task given that one order did not go well. We had 3 events within two weeks that we were using GACC @ Sugarloaf for the desert and while the second order wasnt perfect they worked to make it right. The manager made it clear to me from the start of our conversation that she wouldnt be happy until I was. Im not one to take advantage of a situation like this so I didnt insist that she give me the sun, the moon and the stars on a cookie cake but she found a way to do it anyway. Thank you to Tiffany and her team for taking the time to add the details that made all of our orders special!!

Convenient location

The staff here are always friendly and the cookies themselves are never stale. Come here during my lunch break sometimes and it never disappoints.

Picked up cake at 11am for 1130am party and half the cake was hard and inedible. They must of made it day before. First time ordering from here and very disappointed. Will not be going back.
