Both me and my mother got our covid vaccines here and Joey is awesome! He’s super kind and caring and that’s hard to come by these days! He made it a very pleasant experience.

It is very unprofessional that they only had one person working while I was there. The worker Marcel did a great job holding the store together considering the circumstance. It is unfair to the worker and customers to be limited to one person especially while it was as busy as it was.

The customer service here is horrible.. Pharmacist on 2 different days and 2 different pharmacists were extremely rude to my husband. They kept telling there was an issue with his insurance. He called Express Scripts and they said the pharmacy had not entered the info correctly. They refused to call Express Scripts because they said they were too busy. I called and spoke to someone as he had to go to work. I was told the prescription would be ready at 6:00 on Thursday evening. It wasnt. He went on Friday and had to wait over 45 minutes to get it. I spoke to the Manager Kylee and she didnt even seem concerned about it. She said they used floating pharmacists. I would not recommend going to CVS. If they use floaters here, then they use them at all stores. Go somewhere else.

ZERO STARSThey have major technical difficulties at their photo printing station and provide unprofessional customer service. The employees will ignore you while you stand at the photo counter until you speak to them, and the manager does not have great problem solving skills. Her responses to issues are I dont know without helping the customers reach solutions from technical difficulties on THEIR behalf. Also, if any of their printers are down, you will not be notified until you either walk inside or call the customer care number from them not receiving your print request. Dont always expect a better experience from the agents through the customer care number though. The people I spoke to have poor listening skills and will explain something back to you that you literally just said, but with different words, after telling you what you said was wrong. If you do place an order for photo printing online, make sure you do it through a customer care card account because the agents obviously forget that people have the option to check out as a guest. They will say they can not help you otherwise. How about either teaching your agents to ask the customer if they checked out as a guest or under their account or take away the option to check out as a guest all together. Plus, they tend to lie. They lady assisting me from the online photo department confirmed that she applied a credit to my account while I was on the phone with her, but when I checked it minutes later, it was not there. I had to call once again and explain AGAIN the entire situation to two other men, who were a great help. However, the poor service I received prior to them out weighs their great assistance. I will no longer be a customer for their photo printing services.

This pharmacy’s customer service is the worst. The staff is rude, incompetent, and ignorant. They lost my Covid 19 test. Even after 6 days of waiting they asked me to call another CVS line for their nurse practitioner. Called them twice each time after literally holding for more than 30 mins I hung up. It was just utter frustration and no one could help or remotely answer any question regarding my test result! Would not recommend this pharmacy for any testing.

I’ve had multiple issues with this pharmacy in particular. Was told my prescriptions were not going to be fulfilled because ambetter was no longer contracted with CVS pharmacy. Had to get my boyfriend some medication who has Blue Cross Blue Shield. Still refused to fulfill the prescription saying “You should come next week.”

Pharmacy is horrible here. I can never get my prescription filled in a timely manner. They never answer the phone, prescriptions that were sent in at noon, are not ready by six or seven in the evening.

I am shocked by the recent reviews I always used the Target CVS but one day last minute I passed this one and needed three refills for my daughter. They were pleasant, helpful and quick at finding her info and filling her prescriptions. I plan to go tomorrow versus going bad to my old one since they are closer.

Pharmacy staff was so helpful and caring each visit. I had rx sent there many times in the past two months. Each occasion they, especially pharmacists, really went above and beyond to help. Thank you all!

Thank you Mr. Patel for giving Awesome service I appreciate your performance thru my emergency. You came thru doing a very difficult task. I just move to Lawrence Ga certain prescriptions have to be processed differently from other states. You have the knowledge and experience of CVS policy and state law. Im so very please to have my medicine transfer to 1187 Grayson Hwy location. I truly would like to thank you for understanding my situation this location is the best they welcome with love even when they dealt with all these customers personally throughout their career thats unbelievable strength. Pharmacy is terrible! Ive had 2 bad experiences with their pharmacy dept. First time I was picking up a Rx for my daughter and they decided to spell her name differently instead of what was written on the order, so I spent 30 minutes in store with my sick child. Secondly, after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes they filled the Rx out in my daughters name instead of my sons name! I do not believe I will be using them again because how does the saying goes... 3xs a charm? I would probably end up with someone elses medication. No thank you!
