We were in love with the mont blanc marble, we did alot of shopping around and none of the slabs looked as good as what custom kitchens provided. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly very professional. There was a small issue at the end, nothing wrong the company did, nothing worth explaining but the owner took care of it. Thats what I like, family owned place and you actually talk to the owner. Highly recommend. Great prices as well.

We have used Custom Kitchen since 2015 for all of our countertop fabricating. We have completed well over 100 jobs with them. We find them to be extremely professional and easy to work with. With countertops there is no room for error and we are always confident that they will do the right thing and turn out an excellent product. We do not bother having anyone else quote our work because we know that they will do whatever it takes to accommodate our schedule and install a beautiful product. There prices are very fair because the cut out the middle man and have a great selection

On the positive side, the ladies in the office - superbly professional. The installers - did an excellent job. On the negative side, a major faux pas on the most visible part of the counter, directly in front of the sink, where the two pieces of our counter look nothing like one another. When the owner of the company came to our home, he admitted that this was bad, but was unprepared to offer any solution, and refused to accept that this could have been avoided prior to the pieces being cut. When asked again via e-mail to propose a solution, he ignored our request. Customer Kitchen turned thousands of dollars in high-end quartzite into garbage, because of their blatant lack of attention to important details on behalf of their customers. Bottom-line: if your choosing expensive counters, then find a company thats using modern techniques for showing you how the pieces will come together, rather than cut pieces of wood that hide inches of material from view during the placement process.

I have to admit that our experience with the company putting in the granite for our new kitchen was extraordinary from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

We loved everything from start to finish with Custom Kitchen. They had a large selection for countertops and Simona helped me through the whole process. We ordered the countertops at the end of July and they were installed this week. Celso and Rosalino did a great job on the install! We have no complaints about any of the process.

I didnt even stick around for service! I went in on a Saturday May 9. One customer in front of me. Employee never even acknowledge me. It was as if i didnt not enter in. She was helping a guy which appeared he may have returned a sink. I waited a few minutes but still nothing. The customer actually apologized to me for the wait and still the worker never said a word. So i walked out! That was a sign that this wasnt the place i wanted to do business with!

Third experience with Custom Kitchen and another 5 star project. We started with the master bath 5 years back. We then did a guest bath with the same quartz. When it was time to replace our dated Corian in the kitchen we again bought some amazing quartz. This project was much larger, more complex with waterfall sides, a desk, butlers pantry, a nook along with the rest of the kitchen. Everyone in the process was professional and the outcome is perfect.

Their service is very professional and the price is good. Everything with Custom Kitchen (CK) went through really smoothly, and they are very approachable all the time. I ordered my counter top from CK in September right after I ordered my cabinets from another place. It was assumed the whole project will be done in one month but the cabinet company (not CK) messed up my cabinet design and was very lame in the whole mitigation process, long story short it wasnt until 3 months later were all my cabinets are ready for the counter top. Before I was caught in the cabinet crisis, CK insisted to wait till all the cabinets are anchored to the wall before the technician to come over for the measurement, and they wont take the design from the cabinet company for their measurement. I really appreciate them having this policy, because I did not know how much the cabinet company could mess up.Through all the waiting time for my cabinets to be ready, all the staff from CK are very patient, from drafting a rough cost estimation to the installation. They pick up my phone calls, return my voice mail and emails, and answering all my questions in a very professional way. Everything they do are very professional, fast, honest, and being very patient.They sent out the technician within two days I called them, and their staff installed the counter top within four hours upon arrival. They are very careful with what they are doing and the technician for the measurement found out that the sink I prepared is too big for my cabinet, and there wouldnt be enough space for the faucet. If he didnt point it out it I would have to cut my wall to fit the tubes in, so I am really glad he found that out. The two installation guys are also very friendly, they finished their job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything afterwards.The counter top looked marvelous and their measurements are very exact to millimeters, like they shaped the stone to go around the cabinet trims with a perfect angle, and the stone is with high quality and all the edges are well shaped.

Countertops installed were not what we picked. Owner refuses to correct their mistake.

Custom Kitchen just finished installing our quartz and marble countertops and they did a wonderful job. They were great through the product selection phase--even allowing us to look at large slabs of specific types of marble to select the individual slab from which the counter would be fabricated. Everything was measured perfectly and the installers did a super job. The counters all look great and the installers cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. The job was done in a timely manner after our initial inquiry--and they came as scheduled for all parts of the process, even though we live about an hour away from their showroom. Thoroughly satisfied!

My experience with Custom Kitchen INC. was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a small business. After spending over $8,000 on my counter tops, the owner, Danny charged me an additional $125.00 per hour to come out to clean the counters and re-caulk the sinks in the master bath (just 2 months after they were installed). The next day, we noticed that Danny installed one sink crooked and we contacted him asking that he come out to correct his mistake. After hanging up on my husband, he later called back to say I had a bad day and would be happy to come out for an additional $250.00. He continued on saying I knew the sink was crooked when I left your house but since 9 out of 10 customers would never notice, I decided not to mention it. Since this call, Danny has refused to respond to our emails and calls. He has also refused to issue us an invoice for the $400.00 we paid him for this visit (he was aware that we needed this invoice to give to the builder to obtain reimbursement for the counters getting dirty during the final stages of construction).I would advise against using this company for any job big or small. The owner is very unprofessional and actually rude and threatening when called out for his unethical business practices.

Custom Kitchen recently finished replacing all of our countertops (and faucets) in our 6 bdrm home with granite, including laundry room; they even replaced a cracked tile in the shower for us! We had a great experience with this company in renovating our kitchen. From the minute we entered the showroom Simona listened to our ideas and layed out the options with materials and color options. They have so much inventory on hand that it really helped to be able to see what you are buying. Another thing that sets this company apart from the competition is the way Danny has each department organized and everyone knows there craft well allowing for a on time one day granite countertop and backsplash installation. They began work on my kitchen within 10 days after placing my order, and in ONE DAY they removed the existing countertop and backsplash, sink and faucet (without damage) and completely installed everything. The summer started with a long honey-do-list. One of the items was updating our kitchen. I spent about three weeks getting quotes and visiting different show rooms, especially as it came to the right choice for our granite countertops. First off, Custom Kitchen quote was best by far in comparison with all the others. However, nothing compares with the professional, friendly, and accomodating service Danny and his crew offered. From good timing, to patience in explaining all the options we had, to not pushing services on us but kindly being there made our kitchen upgrade experience very very pleasant. However, it will not be fair if I did not say something about the granite and finished product. Danny not only had the patience to show us many many slabs of granite, but what he promised is what he delivered and so much more. We were concerned about the way the granite will flow in the kitchen, especially with an exotic pattern that was so unique. When the job was done I had no things to pick at. The flow of the granite, the seams, the finish just simply spoke on behalf of Dannys work quality: outstanding. We are very pleased with the work done by Custom Kitchen. The project went well from the beginning when Megan assisted us with the selection of the kitchen countertop and backsplash. She explained the various options and suggested products that coordinate well together. James was precise in making the template for the countertops. The installers worked diligently and were very particular about their work. The seams in the counters are very tight and barely visible. The backsplash tiles are perfectly in line. The plumbing was completed the next day. Our kitchen is beautiful. Thanks for your excellent service Custom Kitchen!

Was shopping for counterinsurgency and we were looking at a certain section that was the higher end countertops and as soon as we said we were remodeling to sell the house he told us that we were in the wrong section and took us to the cheaper section. I was not looking for cheap to begin with plus they were way more expensive than who we went with. Need to fix their prices.

We first selected Custom Kitchens to provide and install granite countertops during a kitchen remodel in our current home. From the very start Custom Kitchens’ professionalism, expertise and friendly customer service convinced us we had made the correct decision. After choosing our granite from their excellent collection of onsite samples, they came to our home to measure for the finished product, inviting us to return to their facility to review the suggested template layout before cutting the pieces. Their staff has an excellent eye for taking advantage of the color, “flow” and symmetry of each piece of granite. The installation was flawless, and was completed on time by courteous and professional installers that paid close attention to every detail. The end result could not have been better and we could not have been happier.Because of our first experience with Custom Kitchens, we again selected them to change out our fireplace surround with new granite. Again, from the minute we set foot in their office to the completion of the work in our home, we could not have asked for more, resulting again in a perfect job by professional people.We are now building our retirement home and have told the builder that we wanted Custom Kitchens to do the fireplace surround. We were on a tight schedule to select the stone and have it installed. Finding out about our schedule dilemma, Danny offered to expedite the work for us at no additional cost. The selection of material was made, the measurements taken the next day, template layout approved the third and the surround installed the following day. Once again, the end result was perfect and everyone who has seen it has commented on how great it looks.There are people who are in business simply to make money and there are others who are in business to make customers for life. I honestly dont think they are engaged in this business.... I went there, talked to a sells person, picked up a few samples with her, was told to measure my kitchen counters myself and mail the measurements to them. I did this and never heard of them again. I left my phone number and all, even called there once to tell that I sent the measurements. They totally ignored me. If I was to small of a client for them they should have told me that.In the meantime I installed the granite counters with somebody else.

All our interactions with the folks at Custom Kitchen in Lawrenceville were positive from start to finish!As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the president of the company, Daniel, and his assistant, Megan.Since this was our first time purchasing countertops, we were a little overwhelmed by all the choices of granite, marble, quartz, etc. However, Megan calmed our nerves, answered all our questions, and helped every step of the way. After deciding on quartz and the color, an appointment was set up for James to come to our home and take measurements.Wow! Talk about attention to details!! You could tell James took much pride in his work....very meticulous!!Within a couple of days Alisha called to set up installation. Celso and Brian were right on time! They were both very professional and did an outstanding job! When they completed the installation, they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave until they knew we were completely satisfied!Also, we dont want to leave out the guys who cut and polish the countertops in the warehouse...they do excellent work!If we ever need to replace our bathroom countertops, install flooring or have tile work done, we will not hesitate to call Custom Kitchen!Thank you again, for making our experience flawless!!!

I recently was looking for for a good countertops shop and came up with this company and was very pleased with the treatment from everyone, my vanity countertops looks great. The installers Bryan and Celso did a great job installing the countertops, the were polite and amicable and were able to answer all of my question, very professional job. Positive reviews that you find online do not always turn out to be true but for Custom Kitchen, Inc., the reviews are absolutely accurate! After 30 years in our home, my husband and I decided it was time for new counter tops and backsplash in our kitchen and half bath. I checked the reviews online and went to check out Custom Kitchens personally. Danny and Simon were so helpful in the showroom that I decided to work with them. They helped me choose a beautiful granite for the counter tops and travertine for the backsplash. I was nervous about such a huge undertaking but I need not have been.James came to my kitchen and meticulously made the templates. Simon met with me to see the templates actually laid out on the granite that I had chosen. (They did not want me to have any surprises when the granite was placed in my home! There no surprises!) Javier and Matei were two of the men who came to take out the old counters and replace them with my beautiful new granite and travertine. In my opinion, they are artists! They did an absolutely wonderful job! Another James, the plumber, came to install the new faucets. There was an issue with the bath faucet and he worked hard and made it all right! I recommend Custom Kitchens without hesitation! In my opinion, they are the best!!!
