I spent about 2 hours shopping and trying on several outfits. Store has so much stuff crammed into the small space and it was very hot! I thought the clothes were very nice & called a friend to come and look at the clothing for a party. I waited for her to get there and continued to shop with her once she arrived. The young lady working was very helpful and sweet. I selected a particular item and once I tried it on, realized the zipper was broken and asked if there was a discount. I was told there was a discount of 20% & she decided to take an additional 15% off. I agreed & continued to shop. At one point the owner walks in and started reprimanding the sales girl loudly about things that could have waited until the store was cleared out. At this point my friend selected her purchases & so did I and went to check out & the owner said that my item was on the wrong rack and there is no 20% discount but would honor the 15% only as she quoted me…the rude owner speaking very loud & aggressive tried to tell me that the zipper is not broken as she is showing me how to zip it and it comes apart AGAIN!!! She still tries to tell me that it is not broken…👀 As a consumer & a business owner, I decided to walk away & find another African store. The biggest issue I have is, I was quoted $68 for a $99 item and was told that the broken zipper was not broken but it was right in front of our faces! Where was the Customer Service? I would never patronize this business again and would not recommend it to anyone. If you purchase clothing, check the zippers & stitching.

A lot of handmade African inspired clothing & jewelry. After my purchase a friend of mine wanted what I had bought out of zee craft. I wanted to shop some more but the sales associate with the pinkish hair rude & unprofessional.

Great accessories but the phone number is listed as the wrong number which isn’t good. I had left my Amex card in store and panicked and had no way of reaching the store to check. So I had to drive all the way back and freeze my card. Even the Simon mall website has an outdated number for them. Other than that this store has been around some years and I’d recommend this place because they have cute unique African accessories but this definitely wasn’t a good feeling that a business I support and shop hasn’t updated their contact information and the cashier even knew it was outdated and said yes it’s the wrong number so that’s the only reason I’m giving them less stars other than that it would have been 5 out of 5 stars.

Love this store. I just wish they had a website because of the pandemic. I will forever be a patron unless they leave me.

Beautiful clothing and accessories. Really came through for me for The Black Panther movie premiere however I wish they carried larger men’s shirts as I’m a 3XL. They will make custom clothing for you if asked.

Large variety of African products. Love the oils and jewelry. Man who works there is very nice.

Prices for clothing has gone up, but the quality of fabric isnt any better. Watch the quality of sewing. Sometimes the craftsmanship looks rushed and sloppy. Make sure the item is really what you want because you cant get your money back.

I tried returning a skirt I bought my wife and the cashier told me all sales are final but the the receipt says all sales are final exchange only within 7 days only. The cashier said I do not know why the receipt says that but all sales are final. I bought it Jan 31st 2018 and today is February 1st 2018. She told me to wait till the owner comes back into the USA to have a debate with them about returning the dress or I can call them over seas.

Went to Golden Corral it was good we ate we left the bathrooms were clean

Saw a piece as I passed the store that I wanted for my wife. I picked up a pkg thatript was on hold around the corner, came back 10 mins later at 7:48 pm and the store was closed.Good help is hard to find. Much as I liked it Ill not make a special trip to give them $100 for that skirt.Mall info has closing time of 9. ????
