I waited for a good 15 minutes to be checked out. About 5 minutes into waiting an employee walked in my direction but was on their phone, made eye contact with me, and then walked away. He made it seem like I was an inconvenience. I’m addition, it seemed like there was nothing in the store, almost empty.

Manager accused me of maybe stealing Hot Wheels and would not return even with the receipt ????? Never been treated that way for returning six hot wheels cars grandkids already had!!!

Liked the customer service, had what we needed.

This store is horrific, it’s nasty unorganized. You can’t even get thru the isles. Merchandise is thrown everywhere. I use to go in there at least once or twice a week! The store has been like this now for over a year! I realize this is not the richest part of town. We do take pride .Sincerely,Unsatisfied good customer

*out of a lot of items*didnt have any of the special/sale prices posted/honored, for this week/in general(the weekly ad for this week, this location, Lawrencville DG)and I had too many sale items to bring to the cashier attention and hold things up (bc there was a line and I only saw ONE employee the whole time i was there)spent over $80 when I thought it would be more like $60 with the sales pricesbut, the cashier was cordial, thats the only reason I even gave this location 2 stars.

Although the store was clustered..my experience was great .the cashier named maria acknowledged every customer by speaking...and she was very friendly. You dont see that too often anymore ...

Great staff. Store always looks like a toddler knocked stuff over which is bad since they are often out of stock on many things.

By far the WORST Dollar General I have ever been in. Stuff was everywhere, all over the floors, in the isles. I had to step over everything, very hazardous. They didnt have much of anything! I got some toilet tissue and at the register the cash register the cashier poorly bagged my items and then didnt even hand me my bags! I had to spin the bag holder and get my own bags as if I worked there!!!! Very unprofessional! She was rude as well when I asked questions. I will be escalating this as well.

All the workers there are rude!They treat you like dirt! You ask them a question, they look at you terrible!This place deserves A zero!!!

This store is conveniently around the corner but its never clean and organized. Trust me, Im a dollar general supporter. They get money every week from me. Wish theyd give this store some TLC

Terrible experience here. I am a business owner and a frequent shopper here. I have always had a pleasant experience. That was until I met the store manager he acted very rude and disrespectful when I asked for cash back with my purchase. I will never shop here again. What a shame.

The manager on shift was absolutely rude to me and unprofessional!! This isnt the only Dollar General in Lawrenceville, dont waste your money dealing with rude people

Ive always came to this dollar general but today I got some monster energy drinks and took them home, put them in the fridge to drink the next morning. When I opened it up and took a sip it was chunky. Idk if it was old or how it was stored or what but I do know these are not supposed to be chunky!!! Be careful of the coffee drinks!!!

Rude cashier lady. The store is messy and takes a while before you get rung up. Items are in the wrong place with the wrong price tag so item price isnt what you expected.

Clerk was friendly. Store was a bit of a mess and there was not much selection. Only one employee so....

DG on Clayton St across from McDonalds, was the same old decrepit, dark, dank, old as hell store its always been. The back part of the store in the bathroom, living room curtain section was sparse and tore up... They dont keep employees long.. Thats part of the problem, a side from the fact that it needs to be demolished and rebuilt some day... I usually go to the DG on Winder Hwy, a lot better.

Nice Place But They Should Make It Bigger

This location ( Lawrenceville) needs a major renovation. I will drive the 15 to 20 minutes to the Rosebud Rd and Highway 78 before I return to this location.

Very unorganized batterys were all over the place on wrong hooks. Manager was too busy to help a customer talking to another employee the entire time I was in the store. Left and went to another competitor who had tine to help. Very POOR DG.

Store is so messy you can barely walk through it, takes forever to check out.
