Aside from a communication error about the appointment time Everything went very smooth. The technicians were called out to repair a door that I thought was above my skill level. I expected the job to take an hour or two and they had it done in a half an hour. I am very happy I call these guys and will defiantly call again if I need more repair work done.

The first time I used A&A, they replaced many of my doors and locks when I purchased my new home. This is my second time using A&A. I had a small but important job to do. I recently had my door busted in and needed immediate repair. They sent a Will right over to secure the damaged door. Regarding the repair-Tyrone was quick and did an excellent job repairing my damages. I will continue to refer anyone that asks me about doors to A&A. They are a “first-class” business!

I stopped by to drop off a lockbox I lost the key to, which had important documents stored in it that I couldnt get out. The owner came out immediately, opened it for me, and then declined to charge me for his service. Everyone was very polite and helpful, including the person I talked to on the phone before coming in. Wonderful people, and a wonderful business!

I had one of the springs on my garage door break so I called over to A&A to get a quote on fixing it. The quote was extremely reasonable compared to others Id gotten. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week (my preference) and the repairman was there right on time. These folks are knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for me. Friendly service and people who do what they say theyre going to do for what they quoted is becoming harder to find these days. A&A hit the nail on the head!

My experience with A&A has always been top notch. Everyone there is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work. I high recommend giving them a call for any of your lock, door or safe needs.

Several years ago when we were building our new home, we contracted with A&A Lock to provide and install all of our interior and exterior door locks and hardware, as well as install all our garage door openers and the openers and keypad for our driveway gate. They did a fantastic job on all accounts! In fact, just prior to obtaining our final CO (certificate of occupancy) the house was broken into and vandalized - among the items stolen were all the interior door hardware. When Kelly learned of our loss, he offered to replace the stolen items at cost. You could not make a better choice and we highly recommend them!

Got a new residential heavy duty LiftMaster twin gate operator installed. A&As gate techs Jon and Jonathan are terrific. Gate works great! Vert secure. Opens/closes by car controller, keypad, internet, and iPhone App. Wife and I are so pleased. Leaving 5-star reviews everywhere.Will want to look at house locks sometime... and probably a small security safe and will look to A&A for whole home security.
