I bought a residential lawnmower package from here a year ago and Im very happy with the products and the customer service. I got a great price for a zero turn mower, weed eater, edger, pole saw, chain saw, hedge clippers and a 5x10 trailer. I brought my zero turn mower in for a yearly service and everything was quick and professional. Ill keep coming back.

Hello, on 10/19/2020 I noticed a huge road sign for everyone to see at the Hurricane Shoals location that ALL SEED IS 50% OFF. I went inside to grab a couple bags of Winter Rye but a young bearded man at the front counter said, “Sorry sir, the sign isn’t correct. It needs to be taken down”. At first I thought he was joking but he was serious. The ONE star I gave is too generous. So what kind of seed gets advertised in the fall??? On my way out I snapped a pic. I’ve done business here before but not for certain I will ever again.

I stopped by after work for dog food and pet bedding. The store was closing in less than 15 minutes nevertheless the two ladies helping me find items were totally AWESOME. When I left with heavy items they even offered to help me load them. Very friendly people who appreciate the customer. Thank you ladies also the honey was great.

Worse experience ever, One star is to much, I was interested in a Zero turn Husqvarna mower they had advertised on Craigslist for 2399 And 0 % financing....when i called and got interested in buying the mower the price went up to 2999 The add never said any time frame or expiration date... Be Aware. Put a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience with there company. Thats false advertising and i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The guys at Brownlees General Store are the nicest around. Very quick to lend a helping hand. We love buying our dogs food there because of the great selection.

I thought this place was still Brownlees. The staff is helpful and the stores been reorganized. Able to get a lot of advice from the staff. Check out process is a little slow if youre buying seeds right now. Im sure theyll work it out soon.

Good family run shop

Highly recommend this place!!! We had a warranty issue with our Cub Cadet mower. Only a year old, 17 hours on it and it caught fire. Cub Cadet tried to tell us that it wasnt warrantied, even though it plainly stated that the particular parts that malfunctioned were warrantied for 2 years. After 3 weeks of going back and forth with them to get them to honor their warranty, Adam called them and got the problem resolved and our mower back at no cost to us and they even cleaned and detailed it!! Great customer service and very helpful. I wont trust anyone else with our mower.

I had a very pleasant experience at Lanier Outdoor Equipment, Lawrenceville. They are honest and very professional. I saw Adam Jackson for my lawn equipment repair, and not only did he give me honest advice, he also filled my trimmer with gasoline and told me, there is no issue with it. Adam refused to accept payment for his assistance. Thank you Adam and Lanier Outdoor Equipment for fantastic customer service.Ill be seeing you in future.

Ive been shopping here for my sunflower meats since it was Brownlees and the new owners are super friendly and have done a good job of modernizing without losing all the warm nostalgic feeling of an old general store. Plus they didnt jack the prices of things just to turn a profit. I am sad that they discontinued their Carhartt line

I was able to buy some baby chicks every time I walk in there I keep asking the guy to sell me some of his hens. He wont do it so its pretty hens but he wont sell them everyone over there is nice they help you load up your bags I saw them young lady help out a customer with a big old bag and they couldnt be any nicer. Nice place
