I called the a quote and this rude guy started yelling. I told him to calm down and he hung up on me. He is either having a bad day or a very unprofessional individual.

DO NOT RECCOMMEND. BUYER BEWAREWe were pleased with Ruben and All Affordable glass at first. They were timely with pricing and communicated when they would be able to install. We paid a 50% deposit and a template was made. There were delays, but we figured there would be. Mirror was installed and final balance paid.5 days later, the mirror cracked. We contacted Ruben and they said there was nothing they could do, but that he would come back out and replace it for a discount ($800 instead of the $1,100 we paid).We contacted other companies which confirmed that the AC vent is a known weak point and unless done correctly, will likely crack, especially if they dont have a J or L Chanel supporting the rest of the mirror. We were not informed that this needed to happen, nor can we confirm it did.We were not told this upfront, it was hidden, and now we have a mirror with a crack that All Affordable Glass will not fix. The company did not want to correct the mistake, but use it as an opportunity for further gain. Poor Poor customer service.Youre taking a chance on this company.

These guys are awesome and very affordable! We had three window in our house that were fogged up and they came out and replaced them the same day and they also replaced a huge bathroom mirror that we had that was cracked. They did an awesome job, the guys were knowledgeable and very respectful and sweet. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with any kind of glass repair. I love there work and will be calling them back if the need arises again.

Installed frameless shower glass doors in two separate bathrooms and I am pleased with the service received on both occasions.

I had three broken basementwindows which they replaced very efficiently. I also like the fact that the windows are covered under warranty should any water leakage or steam occur. I don’t anticipate having any problems though. The glass employees were also very friendly.

This company replaced one of my double payne window in such short time as they promised with a great price. As a real estate investor, ill certainly use them again, and recommend them to my real estate professional and anyone who is looking for a glass specialist. well done.
