One of the worst location. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. Customer service is horrible. Over a hr for service. And it be the managers.. who every own this location need to restaff or just close it down. Horrible

I SAW A SLOT MACHINE ON THE FLOOR, I ASKED THE PRICE THE GUY SAID HE DIDNT HAVE ONE SO I SAID WHY IS IT ON THE FLOOR THEN, EVERYTHING ELSE IS MARKED, HE JUST REPEATED HIMSELF SO I SAID WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PRICE IT, I WANT IT, HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW,( I FELT AT THAT MOMENT HE WANTED IT FOR HIMSELF & FELT HE SHOULD HAVE KEPT IT IN THE BACK INSTEAD OF ON DISPLAY) SO I SAID WOULD YOU CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU GET A PRICE, HE DIDNT ANSWER ME, I WENT BACK A FEW DAYS LATER & IT WAS GONE, I ASKED HOW MUCH HE SOLD IT FOR HE SAID $185 SO I SAID WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME SO I SAID WHAT HAPPENED, YOU LET ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS GET IT FIRST HUH? HE SAID YEAH...HE CHEATED ME OUT OF THAT SALE, IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT A PRICE IT WAS A SETUP FOR HIM TO STEAL IT FOR HIMSELF!!!

Don’t know which location is more rude.......Lawrenceville or Loganville. This WILL be my last time doing business with them. They all need to take classes on customer service. See why they can’t keep no one.

Every time I come in here no one says hello and then you have about 4 employees walking around the store but only one person helping the customers. The line is long and to do something as simple as pay on a layaway will take you 30 minutes. They will look you dead in your face but not say anything or help you. Please get some employees that have better customer service skills. Really? 4 plus employees walking around and not one person would help assist customers.

The employees are the rudest people I’ve met. I’m usually a nice pushover but these people were on a different level. They were making me wait after 4 people when I was the first out of them: all because they were buying. I waited an hour. Then for my laptop they told me to plug it and show them. When I was trying to show them they were talking to another customer and making jokes. Then asked me what I wanted for it. I said it’s a 1300 laptop so like 400 and they laughed in my face and told me wait and we will get back to you. Me being embarrassed and frustrated, i left. The big hispanic guy and the older Hispanic lady. Complete trash bags. Never go here unless u want to feel embarrassed and frustrated

Dont waste your time. They are only loaning 10 -15% of what your pawn item is worth and they have a hundred reasons why a $800 tool is only worth $75. There are several other shops in town willing to loan 30-40%.

Good pawn shop. Expect long waits from Dec 1 - 31st so have patience with the clerks, it’s a tough job dealing with desperate people all day every day. Not an easy job. Don’t take it personal. They don’t take laptops anymore.

Qwan was awesome with helping me and my family in choosing the best televisions for our home. Awesome attitude and very friendly. Wouldnt mind coming here and recommending this location to family and friends.

They have set prices for everything, they dont look up actual pricing on your items for the worth. Have had Way better experiences at other pawn stores on regards to valuing your items and its actual worth.

BLACK PEOPLE DONT GO HERE . I wish I would of had my video going when I 1st went in there but I dint know I was about to face hatred on a beautiful Saturday the devil is working.I experience racism when I went in here From Becky real big white lady she was so rude she dint want to help me .Then she gone say my head phones dont have a serial number on then she said 3 times out loud that she the police want to she a serial number she was trying to be funny not funny to me .but they have all the numbers. My head phones are used well. They were just to big for me so I wanted to pawn to get smaller ones. Becky the devil call herself being funny by saying all head phones have Serial numbers if they are real. So at that point I had to see whats the real problem cause she deftly doesnt know how to do her job My head phones have all the numbers on them to Identify Authentic. Sony should report her for Insulting them by saying that there head phones are not real.I dont know if she was blind or just very racist n mean like the devil there was no reason for here to not take my head phones she call herself trying to Embarrass me or something bye saying out loud that all Headphones have serial numbersAnd I am in so she can not take my headphones because the police dont care about the numbers this own my head phones they only care about D serial number. Here is video after it I wish I would of had my camera out when I first walked in store am going to post my receipt from when I about these headphones a year 1/2 ago it should be on my Best Buy rewards that devil knew my head phones were real its ok God dont like ugly souls thats what she had I will just take Business elsewhere while she experiences karma wacth cause what she did was not cool. Black people we got to start reporting . Sometimes I get gifts cards for reporting so take time out in report everything.

UPDATED .....I RECENTLY WENT IN AND WAS HELPED BY MS. K.T. AND I RECEIVED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM SO HAPPY SOMEONE WORKS HERE WHO CARE...Only because of Mrs Shane. Was our day there a pleasant experience. Other times its been extremely awful I said Id never go back cause I go in there in an emergency...why else would I pawn something like a $900. Power supply tool.to here here say its just a courteous 2.00 shed loan me on it for my medical payment. But Probably if she would take time off her phone and putting other people down cause she has never had any control over something and it went straight to her head and might I add her rolling eyes....anyway Ive had good experiences before her but this place is going down in ratings because of there so matter of fact ways like needing legs for a wall mount security monitor. Horrible pawn shop highly reputable name but does not stand behind its reputation their system is always down I even called to verify if their system was up and running before I came and they said yes when I got there the system was still down I prefer jewelry and pawn which is .6 miles away from them great service clean professional establishment Im not hating I just like good service

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Terrible customer service! I asked them for a loan on my item which was 2 parts too the item and when I came back to pay off the loan I did not receive both parts back only one part! The lady at the register first tried to tell me that the item I came back for did not have 2 parts without even doin her research which kind of made me upset! Then when I told her I know for a fact there was 2 parts that came with it and she looked it up and realized wit was 2 parts to the item! Then they went looking for it and now all of the sudden they said they couldn’t find it and told me they sold it to someone! But then they had the nerve to still charge me the full price for the loan even tho I didn’t receive both of my parts back! The workers there are very rude and really don’t even care about you or try to help you out!! I don’t recommend this store to anyone!

I am very pleased,satisfied and impressed with the service of one of the staff /manager, his name is Jah-Quan.He assisted me patiently in the jewelry area and he is super friendly.Also he takes time to clean it .I hope all staff would be warmly accommodating like him .

Stole My Car!Beware!! This company illegally towed my vehicle. I was current on my payments, but however during the month of December 2012, my husband lost his job. I was in communication with the representative from Pawn Mart. She told me if I needed a few days just to let her know, which I did. I received a phone call from some woman named Melody, who was rude. I attempted to explain to her that I didnt have the money at the money, and that I would try fot the next morning. That very same night they towed my car. I went in the next morning, and they refused my payment at the Lawrenceville office. I was instructed to call Alex Calderon. He refused to assist me, and told me to pay at least 3 different amounts of money. He lied and said I had not been communicating with anyone in their company.Beware, they will pretend to assist you, then charge you lots of money on the loan, then wait for you to be late on a payment, and take your car and say you had not been communicating with them.
