I was there last week to exchange motor . The counter sale person name Mr Jeff was extreamly rude to me and told me I will have to pay for next one if I return. My opinion if he does not like that kind of job he should find another one he enjoys working more. Thanks again ! I still continue shop at Johnstone but not that location again. Johnstone at progressive rd!

The customer service at this location is outstanding! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A co worker and I had just made a purchase in order to get fan blades off an old fan motor. My co worker and I were in the parking lot trying to get the fan blade off the old motor with little success. The store was closed and all the employees were leaving and about to head home on a Friday. They saw we were having trouble so what did they do.... Not 1 or 2 but the entire staff came to our aid. Thanks to the staffs help we were able to get the old fan blade off the motor. Ive never seen a team so truely dedicated to helping out the customer. I can not thank you guys enough and I highly recommend that others go here to this location for your Hvac supply needs. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Thank you again.

Very knowledgeable and professional team at this location. I always get the parts I need really fast. They have always had everything in stock. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the HVAC or Refrigeration trade!

These guys are great. They always have what I need or will order it if they dont. This is my go to place for HVAC tools as well.

They were extremely rude! When they could not help me they just walked away and left me standing at the counter. They would not even tell me where I could go to find help.I eventually ended up at Apex supply who helped me out.I have been in many supply houses and know how people should be treated when they come to the counter. Today I was treated like it was a privilege just to walk through the Johnstone door.I can understand if you cannot directly fix everyones problem. I cannot understand how you refuse to help them find someone who can help them. Im still upset about how they just walked away and refused to even look at me when I asked for a reference to another place that could help me.

They need to sell duct work material

Looks like they have a vast variety of supply, but didnt have 1/2 pvc couplers. I called prior and they confirmed over the phone, only to check the back upon my arrival.
