There was an issue with the reservation. However, our rep (David Reich) did what it took to correct the issue. He picked up the equipment and delivered it to the job site.

Our point of contact, PJ Lynch, is amazing. He is very helpful, kind, and always willing to work with our last minute needs.

Local branch delivered the wrong lift. Needed exterior lift, which I told them, they delivered an interior lift. Called, spoke to Mason (Twice) who was supposed to have someone call me back. Never heard a word back.

Salesperson was very professional about the equipment United Rental had to rent out, Lift was Delivered on time, Lift Worked Great, Was pick up on a timely basics and would rent equipment from them again

I have problems with the unit i rent it for a month the first week i have a bad hydraulic leak they send someone to fix it but after one day still have the same problem

Because everything went well

Experience initially started off great with my rental, but unfortunately, staff did not explicitly communicate the added expense of the safety harness, until the morning of the delivery, which left me with no choice but to drive to a location and purchase it immediately so that the unit could be delivered that morning. It was not made clear that the harness was a purchase instead of a rental with the rental unit, which was frustrating. This was a disappointing experience with poor communication. I will likely not return for future rental needs.

These guys are great at customer service. The manager came back on a Friday after closing, to help me over my screw up. Highly recommend.

Absolute CROOKS. Quoted a set price for equipment, after renting several peices of equipment, bills came in two times higher than the original quote. Over billed several thousands of dollars! Tried contacting them to resolve the OVER billling issues several times only to be filled with lies and excuses. DO NOT rent from these liers! Much happier with Sunbelt or NES!!!!!!
