Were told over the phone they could take the gravel down the side of our house. She confirmed on the left side of the house and told me there had to be a 10 clearance for the truck. I told her that wouldnt be a problem. We paid full price the same day and were supposed to receive it in 2 days. Get a call the next day to confirm and we were told the complete opposite, the gravel would need to be left in the grass, on the street, or in the driveway. These people dont know what they are doing.

A few months ago was my first trip to this place. I have to say I was impressed by the selection and different varieties that they had. I needed a few boulders for the house, which the gentleman outside was awesome at helping me pick out the right ones. The ladies inside were fantastic. Very polite and willing to help. Same for the crew outside. I don’t know how many rocks, boulders, or stones my house will need, but if I need anything related I will definitely come back to this place. The delivery was also great, as the driver took his time to help place the boulders the way I wanted them.

Luxury Landscape was incredibly helpful and very affordable. I wanted to choose my own rocks for a project I was going with my church group. They advised me on how to keep the cost as low as possible and let me choose exactly what I wanted. I handpicked 250 pounds of rocks. They even helped me load the buckets into my car. I would highly recommend them.

This place is awesome. Their drive-through set-up is fantastic. All their staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful when I needed to pick up several yards of sand to top dress/level the lawn. Two thumbs up!

Best experience we could have imagined. Clarence was a peach in helping us pick out 2 1/2 tons of boulders, Rose made checking out and scheduling a most pleasant experience and the delivery and placement of the stones by Jeff was beyond expectations! Let me begin by stating Ive shopped at LL before and was always pleased. That being said, stay far away from the golf green leveling mixture. It appears to be all purpose sand with unscreened topsoil. I got a cubic yard today and spent the afternoon shoveling it off the back of my truck into the woods behind my home. Every scoop contained lots of some type of tree bark. No way would I place this on my lawn. I fault myself for not looking at the mixture prior to purchase. There is a sign that states no one other than employees can go beyond the pickup area where you are loaded up. I wasnt refused the opportunity to see it before I purchased, I just assumed I couldnt and it was a quality product. Not!

Called them for some last minute sod and they told me they usually only do reservations, but they had some that hasn’t been picked up and I only needed a couple of pieces. They gave me a great deal and helped me load it on my truck. I will be returning and giving them more business.

LOVE the plant mix. Our vegetables grew quickly, the plants were strong and healthy. Wonderful people to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will never buy dirt or gravel anywhere else.Update: our plant mix was delivered with lots of small clumps of clay. This might be good for drainage, I really do not know but i do not want it in my garden. We have spent a decent amount of time pitching it out.

I had such a great experience with this company. I was immediately asked if I needed help buy a very nice and helpful man. This place has everything you can want for hardscape so the help was needed. Checking out and arranging delivery was fast and easy. I will update this review after delivery on Friday. 5 stars so far for sure.

The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of materials is really good. I just wish the delivery service was better. My first order was two pallets of rock. Was given a delivery window but ended up waiting around for it. Stuff happens so I just brushed it off. Ordered another pallet yesterday, supposed to be delivered at 8am. 9:45 still waiting. Made a couple of phone calls to inquire about the status. Finally got a return call and a apology, but still I wasted a morning waiting around.Update: Received a message from management, with another sincere apology. I never asked for anything but he refunded the delivery charge. That wasnt necessary, but it is a good way to keep customers. Thank you.

Ive bought a LOT of rock from Luxury Landscape Supply...always have been great, knowledgeable, and wonderful quality. Pricing is in line with other rock yards. Recently we bought dyed mulch. A couple of comments here: I called on what is mostly the busiest day of the year for mulch...on a Saturday and they were able to deliver same day to us! Unfortunately, due to volumes and their supplier, the black dye (actually vegetable dye which made me happier knowing it was not a harsher chemical) washed off the next morning with a big rain. I have never had this happen before. I called up Luxury Landscape Supply and Cole spoke to me. He first explained that the dye must set for 48 hrs before it gets wet. This is usually not an issue because it sits in their yard for at least that time frame (or at their suppliers yard). With the huge volumes being delivered, it was just a timing issue. Although I was the only one to call about the issue, he does get a very few (out of thousands of orders) a year. He worked out a deal for us involving some new product (free of charge) so that at least the beds looked nice and fresh again) and a refund (our beds were mostly full so we didnt have room for a whole new set of mulch). I truly appreciate this level of customer service because this came out of his pocket...not his supplier. During these difficult times, its nice to know people are willing to work through issues. Because of this, Luxury Landscape Supply will continue to gain my business. We have a big project set for next year and Cole will be seeing me in his shop for a nice order.

Delivery came earlier than expected, with a call to confirm I could receive it. I ordered 8cy of screened topsoil and it was very good quality. Almost no inorganic material and it was definitely screened to 1/2, as indicated. Soil quality was very good considering Georgias red clay content. Price and delivery fee was better than anywhere else I found locally. Will definitely use again if/when needed.
