Happy with my shopping experience. The main lady working was very attentive and helped me with trying on clothes/getting different sizes when I needed to. They also had pretty good markdowns. For expecting women who are seeking flattering clothes for themselves, I would certainly recommend this company and location.

Overpriced, low quality, and poor customer service read on for proof...I am pregnant so perhaps my hormones made me more frustrated than I should be by this store, but you can be the judge.I bought two dresses and a swimsuit from here on Tuesday of this week at a location in SC. As far as I could tell they were a good fit with room to grow, and though they were a little pricey they seemed good quality and it was nice finding a store that was made for the bump since there arent many exclusive maternity stores around. One of the dresses I liked so much I decided to wear it Thursday to our gender reveal ultrasound appointment. I took the tags off, as most do when wearing something out, and I left for GA where I live to make it to my appointment. By the end of the day the seams of the dress had begun to unravel and the string holding the belt on broke completely off. I was appalled at the quality of this $40 dress! I figured maybe it was a manufacturing issue and I could return it for the same dress since I really did like the pattern and design. There were no Motherhood stores within 30 minutes of my house so I had to wait until Saturday to make the trip to one out of town. When I arrived I presented them with the receipt and the dress pointing out the issues and stating that Id like to exchange it for the same dress in hopes the quality was just a fluke. I was then told if I do not have the tag for the dress then I cannot return it until a manager is present and that will not be until the following Monday. Apparently they have a no return policy unless the tag is on, the receipt is present, and there is no damage to the item. If you ask me that sounds like a return policy for a store that realizes their products are not built to last which is absurd since the prices were so high.I explained my situation and that I had to drive 30 minutes for this return, I begged for them to look at the quality and the fact that I have had the dress in my possession for less than a week but they said thats their policy and couldnt authorize an override without a manager. I asked if they could have their manager review it and call me, then ship the new dress if she felt I was right, but they said they cannot ship anything not online, I explained I really didnt want to have to drive an hour round trip again for this and they dismissed my concern. They clearly were not going to try to help. I left very frustrated and will certainly not be back to that establishment for the remainder of my pregnancy and I dont plan to recommend them to any other woman looking for high quality long lasting (more than one day) maternity wear and good customer service (which we all know is super important when dealing with the hormones of a pregnant woman).

I’ve been here a few times. Things are a little pricey but the quality is nice. I was able to get a cute set of overalls as well as a few shirts. The service reps were very helpful as I’ve had to go back to get a back brace and she was soooo helpful on the choice I should choose.

After reading previous reviews I was really worried about going to this store, but maternity places are limited so decided to check it out anyways. I was blown away! The sales rep was amazing! She engaged me in conversation right away and was very eager to help me. She gave me wonderful advice and even steered me away from products that she felt I wouldnt like. All suggestions were spot on. There were several other customers that came in while I was there and she eagerly helped them all. Will be back to this location.

Good variety, but the prices still seemed really high for an outlet. $30 for a pair of khaki shorts does not seem like a deal to me.
