If you are looking for a job that has no benefits you have come to the right place. This is a revolving door of employees ran by a money hungry man. The only thing they worry about is how much money can they make and how little can they pay. Once you begin to cost too much they will look for a reason to fire you, then turn around and hire a day laborer or someone new that they can pay less than you. They don’t offer a 401K. You do not get rewarded or move up in the company due to great work ethic you, only move up if you are a favorite of the uppers. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones that isn’t let go for no reason at all, the people making the real money stand and observe you with their hands crossed trying to intimidate you and make you wonder are you the next to go through the revolving door. Most jobs if you do your job and do it good you are recognized for this and typically rewarded with a better position or better pay, this is not the case here. Warehouse was ran better when Jay was warehouse supervisor! If you are looking for a job that you probably won’t last long at or that offers NO benefits you have found the right place with Mr. Bill. If you want a job where you can grow and have benefits keep looking this is NOT the one!
