Amazing place. I’ve been coming here for all my atv/ dirt bike repairs. Mr. Bill and Mr.Tommy are amazing. Great price for amazing service! Everyone saying that Mr.Bill is rude are just lying he is amazing!

I would never ever spend my hard earned cash in this location. Not only was the old man that owns the place rude, he treated me as though my money was gross. Tell me that he does not have small scooters over and over. I did not even come in for a small scooter. He actually has NO idea what I came in for. I would never and I suggest you not to as well. I like to buy from local small businesses. I went there to give to a company in my local community, but I will order brand new offline.

I agree with earlier reviews. Calling the front desk to ask a simple question (do you sell 50cc scooters [they dont btw]) was met with sharp and angry criticism then I was hung up upon. Definitely wont waste time with a company that handles customer service like this.

I think he is just grumpy and rude. “ What do you want!” “Maybe I have it ….maybe I don’t “…… You don’t with that customer service. …. Change the to name of the store to Grumpy and Rude Scooters..:.. it’s could be the theme of the store then people will no what to expect

The guy is so rude at the front! I called and asked if he had any Chinese four wheeler parts and he yelled and said “I DONT SELL FOURWHEELERS!!!!”

Im beyond impressed with the service I received from Scooter World in Lawrencville.I had a 2015 Honda Rancher that I had wrecked 3 times (broke my collar bone one of the times). The atv was bent, front rack, back rack all out of shape.The front right tire was no longer aligned and the axel broke from the tree I hit in the last wreck.I also have a 2016 that needed to be aligned and had wrecked it once as well.My atvs were broken and I wanted to fix them.I was referred to Scooter world and dropped off my atvs on a Wednesdays.I expected it to take a week or two to fix abd had planned on it costing me thousands of dollars.The very next day I got the call. Both atvs were ready, fixed completely like new and it was over one thousand dollars less than I expected to pay!!!!!My quads are like new again!!!They not only fixed the framework and the broken parts, but they 100% serviced everything.Like brand new!!!For less than half the expected price.Very much so highly recommend!!!!

Rude! Soon as I enter the guy starts saying I dont have no little scooter,as hes looking down at paperwork. Stating everything I have you need a motorcycle license for. What happened to hello? How can I help you? Although I see a room full of basic scooters...oh and I do have a motorcycle license. But he was so rude Id never spend my money there.

They work on a 170i scooter for me that has been in the garage for 2 years not even started or ran. When it took a week to rebuild some of the parts. The end results it runs like a new scooter now. The price was not bad. Long story short it runs as it should gave it to my daughter in law. Great job,fair price. All way called before did the work. I will go back to the. If needed.

I Stumbled upon this place by driving by. I was looking to buy a scooter. Like the title on the building say Scotters you would think they sell scotters. However upon entering while being black..... the store staff older gentleman not sure if he was the owner or not quickly says to me “ I don’t have what your looking for”. 👀👀 tf

Family owned and they are a amazing team. Always treated us fair and all work done on our bikes were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. I have been going to them for about 6 years now for repairs.

Did work on my scooter they inflated a tire without checking it the front tire came off while I was riding and left me with two scars terrible work should be shut down. I currently ride motorcycles full time too. Go to atlanta motorcycle and trike they do safe and proper work unlike this guy.

I walked in and was immediately told “WE DONT HAVE WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR”. By a nasty old dude at the door.

I WORK CLOSE BY AND WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE IM NOT ABLE TO COME IN THE STORE AND ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAVE IN MY LITTLE HEAD. INSTEAD I CALLED AND THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY (AND ALL) QUESTIONS I HAD AND ON TOP OF THAT GAVE ME SOME POINTERS AND EXTRA INFO I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT SCOOTERS AND LICENSES. BEST PHONE EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL BUY FROM HERE IN THE NEXT 2 TO 3 MONTHS!

This is one of the best places to take your scooter for service. Hey you need to ask any question . Well you came to the right place . the team of guys here are very very experience . scooters, motorcycle, a.t.v. .And very good customer service .If their were more stars to be check i would check them all .

Dropped my Honda Goldwing off on Tuesday morning, and the next day got a call that it was ready to roll. Pretty nice. I had some parts replaced and several lights replaced under the shelter. Also, got a call during the time they were working on it, that they had found a wire that had been cut, and wanted to ask me if I was aware of it or had I cut it intentionally. I had no idea and advised he go ahead and fix it. I suspect it was something that had been done by the first owner of the bike. It was fixed AND a picture was taken so that I could see what he was talking about when I arrived to pick it up. Excellent service, attention to detail, great follow up and advice, and nice, honest folks (father and son) that I trust what they tell me. Also a price that is much better than the dealership.
