I placed an order online for components to install in a masonry fire pit. Before fulfilling the order, Mike reached out to me to explain a different and less expensive way to install a burner in my existing setup. All told, he saved me over 50% of what I was expecting to have to buy! I dont know many companies that would go out of their way to inform and assist an unknown customer on a web order and cut down on their own profits in the process. The couldve easily just run my credit card and sent what I ordered and I wouldve been none the wiser. I cant speak more highly of their expertise and integrity. Highly recommend!
