Drivers are professional and courteous. They really know about all the equipment they deliver to the customers and are happy to give further instructions to the customers if they call in and need more instruction. The company is a good one and is doing a great service for the community. When getting the supply’s out to the customers it’s all hands on deck including after hours. The location doesn’t do a good job in training new employees. There are not enough staff to handle the high call volume due to turnover rate. The staff have to deal with multiple job titles and handle phones and the front door customers.Management and communication for the employees as well as training is the real problem here.
They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. They have miscommunication. I received a phone call to bring in my cpap machine so they could find out what was wrong. There was nothing wrong. I requested a new machine. They would lose my doctors prescriptions so I would have to call my doctor again. One time they would tell me they had supplies and the next time they would tell me they didnt carry supplies.Im very disappointed and do not recommend them.
I agree with several other comments regarding pickup of equipment. I called and was told no one would be in my area and it wouldn’t be until a week later. They also wouldn’t schedule a time or even a block/window of time for the pickup. So a week later of course no one shows up. I called to follow up on the pick up and the lady that answered (Carol?) said she was too new and couldn’t help me. That’s awful that you put a new person on the phone with no training! And as stated by others, the bill keeps on coming. You should be ashamed of your operation when you have no regard for the sick patient or caregiver’s needs. This is an undue burden of caring for a loved one.
The Company will not return phone calls when you have questions. We’ve been told many time that they will check on it and call you back, but the do not. Even when they assure me they have my number. They need to work on there Customer Service.
Mohammad was very passionate about explaining the bedside commode to the patient. And was very helpful with the pamphlet that he left with me. And also explain that I can go online to rate my reviews. If I have to come back or need something else please send him to me.
I enjoyed how well Mohammad Ejaz explained everything to us that we had not been told the first time, and gave me extra material that I was running out of. He spent the time and effort to explain to me how to use my equipment. I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me and my husband ( Mr. & Mrs. Robinson) how to use everything. He is absolutely amazing individual, who takes his job very seriously & enjoys taking care of his patients, he is an Asset to the company. This company is very unprofessional and rude. We have been trying to get supplies picked up for two weeks now and we keep getting the run around. I spoke to Marcia and Rob and I told them that my family member is now deceased they never once even said sorry for your lost. Instead they just kept telling me that my supplies wouldnt be picked up until the following week. I kept telling them no one longer lives in the home, please give ma a time I can meet you. Do not do business with this company please find another company that cares about peoples needs.
This company has wonderful communication, the staff is very concerned about their patients needs Mohammad was a great and humble PST he spend the time to analyze the problem when our concentrator was down. He couldnt fix the issue because we needed a new concentrator. We truly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommended Rotech ( Home Medical Systems ) to our friends and family. Our problem was solved thanks to Mohammad and The Home Medical Systems staff. Thank You
Muhammad was quick and professional he explained all operations and provided owners manuals on all items, he has alot of passion in his work and seems to want his customers to be happy. The company over the phone was another story they promised and never delivered they seemed not to care, I wont use them ever again
This company is a scam! We were sent home with some of their equipment from the ER. They refuse to bill my insurance but keep calling me and demanding a credit card for payment but wont tell me how much the payment is. I have been trying to get them to come get the equipment for weeks now but they are yet to come get it.
Leslie and Courtney were very helpful in getting us set up expeditiously. Mohammed Ejaz was right on time, friendly and knowledgeable and got us set up in a flash. Knows his stuff and made us feel very comfortable with the equipment and its use. He is great!

Mohammad Ejaz delivered my oxygen concentrator on Saturday and was very nice,courteous and helpful. He anSwered a lot of questions I had. Set up my equipment and exchanged O2 bottles showed me how to change them out. This was a last minute ordered placed and y’all made it happened. Thanks so very much.
If you are elderly and disabled like I am most people just want you to go away, however I meet a young lady at Home Medical Systems named Karmice Johnson that went the extra mile to help me even though I got there at closing time. I had several issues that needed to be handled and told her that I would come back the next day but insisted that I stay and she could assist me all the time with a smileOn her face. She made ins. Change for me, let me make payment and went to warehouse and got new oxygen tanks and took them to my truck . Thank karmice
My husband is required to be on oxygen, so Mr. Mohammed Ejaz, a representative from Home Medical Systems, came to our home this evening to set up my husbands equipment, and explain its use. This young man did an excellent job. First, he called us on the phone to let us know he was coming, and was very pleasant and polite. When he arrived, he thoroughly explained everything about the equipment, so that we understood how to operate it. The whole time, he was very personable and professional. Because he did such a careful and thorough job, the whole time being such a pleasant person to be around, we will definitely call on him if we have any questions or concerns. In my opinion, Mr. Ejaz is a fine representative, and gives a very good impression of himself, and of Home Medical Systems.
Mohammad was extremely helpfull & went over everything 2X or more until i understood everything. He was very compassionate and understanding and had great contact and communication, would like to see him again.

Terrible, awful customer service! Been trying to get a delivery for nearly 1-1/2 weeks. Wont give delivery time until that day! What the hell is their problem? Dont use this company, find one that CARES about their customers! BUT....they get that bill sent out on time, every time!
BE AWRE OF THIS COMPANYWas told by life care rehab on Friday when my mother was released that the wheel chair, bed, and 3 in 1 or toilet would arrive either that night or the following day, this did not happen. I was also told any problem I could contact the social service worker on Sunday, like an idiot I trusted them when I should not have. No one was in so I contacted them on Monday, was told that life care had nothing to do with it and contact Home medical systems and was told it was to be delivered Monday. Tuesday contacted them and was told the delivery was on Tuesday eventually received the wheel chair and bed and no 3 in 1, when I asked the tech delivering the product he said he could not deliver because their was no order. Wednesday I contacted life care and again Home medical systems about the issue ok they have to mail this item out I also told them that Physical therapy showed up at the house and said the wheel chair was to small they said they would come out to replace the chair. Thursday morning my mother passed away and was told they would pick up Satuday. (They can pick up on Saturday but not deliver, does not make sense) It is Saturday and no phone calls or anything I guess they do not pick up either. I believe they have to charge Medicare and collect the money prior to picking up the equipment (still have not received the 3 in 1)

Its a shame for this company to be represented by someone as rude as they are incompetent, Courtney. I cant recall having spoken with anyone else in recent history as overtly unhelpful & downright lazy as this sub par employee. Dont waster your time, or Courtneys, by calling this establishment.
