I came in about 2 years ago to get a charger, always wanted one test drove it was so happy. Made arrangements to come the next day already ran my credit started the paperwork, well as I was doing the paperwork and sitting around for a few hours I was told someone was test driving the car like okay that’s fine well they let the person driving it keep it over night! Even though I already did paperwork. Says they will call me the next day and never did I had to call them to be told it was sold. Never once have I even thought about buying something from here. Just a waste of time and poor salesmanship. Glad to know you treat the military like garbage.

I just bought a CX-5 from Legend Drive Honda. Rebecca was my sales associate and she did a great job. She as extremely communicative and really was there to advocate on my behalf so that they would hold the vehicle for me until the weekend when I could make the 3.5 hour drive from Wichita, KS to Lawton. The deal on my CX-5 was good enough to justify the road trip! Rebecca made sure that my car was detailed before my arrival and that the purchasing process ran smoothly. This was my first car purchase ever! I felt that it was an overall positive experience thanks to the dealership culture and excellent sales associate. Rebecca even brought out the big bow and took photos for me to celebrate and commemorate my purchase.

I came to due a tune up. And only really had 500 to spend. Well they helped me out so much that they told me what needed to be done first. And when I went a little over my budget. That was fine. Then while leaving my check engine light and traction light came on. Took it right back and they said I needed a new battery. I dont have the extra money to get it. They offered to switch with a used battery that would be better then mines now. Guys helped me out a lot. Thank you so much.

I waited two and a half hours for an oil change due to some miscommunication with the technician about which vehicle was to be done. Unfortunately we only realized this after I had already been waiting an hour and a half. Honestly I think the service advisor went to lunch and forgot about it. To make up for it I was given ten dollars off of my oil change. Two and a half hours. For an oil change. And my vehicle wasnt even cleaned I was looking for a new home to get my vehicle serviced but I wont be returning. The advisor was well aware this was my first time there and really didnt seem to care to earn my returned patronage.

Dont expect good service if you didnt buy from them. Ordered an upgraded Honda accessory rear view mirror for a 2021 Honda and they wanted to charge me to confirm a part was missing in the vehicle according to the instructions that came with the mirror. Not sure if I would have bought the truck from them if I would have gotten better results but even before they found out I didnt buy it from them the service writer and the tech she brought with her didnt even try to understand what I was needing them to do. Basically I bought a brand new vehicle that is missing a part and they want me to pay for it.

I went in knowing that I wanted a used hatchback with low miles. Colby (the salesman) met me and after introducing himself he showed me around the lot.
