BLUF: make sure they actually do the services they’re charging you for.Went in for services on my 2019 4runner today to get my tires rotated, balanced and an alignment done on my vehicle. Waited an hour and 20 min for them to complete all of the services requested. At the register, they prepared all of my paperwork except for the alignment chart showing what my vehicle was at and where it was now. When I asked for the paperwork they told me the printer had ran out of ink and that the alignment hadn’t saved. I was then told by two other workers that they had seen the service completed but there was zero paperwork provided. I told them I required the paperwork proving that the service was done in order to pay for the services. They then asked for my car keys back to go back and “print this report” which “was not saved and there was no ink”. My car ended up back in the back and 20 min later they were able to provide the paperwork necessary. Even though I was told there was no ink and the alignment data was not saved. So from the information they gave me and what I was produced, I infer my service was never completed until I asked for the proof it was done.
Repair shop fleeced us out of $1,200.00 and fixed a sensor in the TCR, when it was obviously the steering column. Brought it back in, told us it was the shocks/struts I replaced them myself, took it back in and wanted to charge us another $1,200.00 to fix the steering column, which I originally paid to be fixed...took it to Kaceys and they charged us well less and took care of the problem. Not sure who or how lazy their mechanics are, but we showed them the large amount if play in the steering wheel, and nada.

We bring our car in for service here and every time we walk in this dealership service department no one greets or even acknowledges us. Not the friendliest service department weve encountered especially the blond lady in the service department she doesnt seem very excited to help customers.The parts manager seems to be the only one who atleast acknowledges us. Service is okay but not a very friendly atmosphere there at all. We are really getting to dislike taking our car here for service and may start going back to OKC for services again.
Over all, good experience. Only issue car was delivered to me in Wichita Falls supposedly detailed, however, it was just a basic car watch. As result, thats why I gave three stars

Big thanks to Toyota of lawton and the service rep William. They forgot to put the oil cap on the engine after a recent service. From the moment I talked to a service rep they apologized and made it right. No accusation of me lieing or legal nonsense. They checked the engine for damage, topped off the oil, and even completely cleaned the car. Even paid out of there own pocket to have it towed in to ensure no damage. All of this at no cost go me. After dealing with other auto dealers from other brands in the past. This is a world of difference thats continuing to build my confidence and loyalty to the toyota brand, specifically the Toyota of Lawton branch. Thanks again!
Tim went the extra mile to try and help me with my situation. He made sure that I was 100% happy and that the car was in perfect condition. there was a tiny scratch on the bumper, so he got the GM involved and they worked out a solution to help me solve the issue. Im now the proud owner of a 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid and I couldnt be happier. You should go visit Tim if your interested in jumping into a new ride. Thanks Tim and Danny for working so hard for me.
Very disappointed. They are inflating the prices. Because it is a seller market according to their sales personal.I have a no b.s policy.Check buyer reviews before you purchase.The Camry is a 2019. The vehicle we looked at was a Highlander priced at $41,000 sticker price, one of the mangers increased the price to over $50,000.Also informed us in the showroom what we had financed our Camry for, which was the payoff.We were loyal customers. The Camry was brought in due to a recall of the fuel pump, and the battery kept dying. This is a issue others seem to be having.We did trade in the Camera at Legend Driven Honda for a 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Sedan total- $42046.76.They did not change the price, they worked with us on the payments. If Toyota had done this, they would have continued having a loyal customer.
I had a great experience with every person that I met at the dealership. From my Sales Person Zach, to Danny and Rob in the sales Tower, and even Trey in the Finance Department. They really made the process quick, easy and pain free. I will recommend Toyota of Lawton to everyone I know!
When I wanted to trade in a vehicle. They quoted me $53,500 without seeing the truck. A few days later I brought in the truck, they test drove it and they said it drives great. Overall the truck is in excellent condition. They changed their mind on me and quoted me $47,500. I went to Altus Toyota, they quoted me $50k without even test driving it. I went to Nissan and they quoted me $51,500 without test driving it. Bottom line, Toyota of Lawton are wishy washy and liars. Their excuse was, the price changes daily, but when I asked Nissan dealership, the price changes monthly. I did see all 3 dealerships within one week. Toyota of Lawton will screw you over in a heart beat. I dont recommend coming here to sell them your vehicle or even a trade in. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Fiancé bought a Jeep Renegade and got the warranty; had a transmission issues recently, took it in on 20 July. Was told it was the transmission that need to be replaced and it would take a week for the part to get in there and four days for them to put it in. It is now 14th of August. Found out the mechanic did not know how to work on a jeep took him over a week just replace transmission( part received on the 29th of July finally replaced on the 6th of August), then found out they cannot reprogram the system for the new transmission. we where told that August 20 the Local jeep dealership could fit them in to reprogram. They called on the 10 that they found the jeep dealership in Alta (40 minutes) away could do it on the 13 of August). Got it re-programmed test drive they found a sensor alert has to replaced and had to reprogram the system for the new sensor did it at there dealership. Now cannot tell if the sensor is the problem, got put in wrong or it got reprogrammed incorrect and will need to go back to Alta dealership.They want to $300 a week for a rental which we couldn’t afford. And the only person who’s been in contact with us and trying to get this resolved is the service department who didn’t even know until after the mechanic has started that he did not know how to work on jeep transmissions. The Maintenance department manager told us it wasn’t his problem he only had it for a week we could just get the rental.
I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. When I made the appt I was told it was just a tire rotation. I arrived at 2:23 pm and did not get my vehicle until 4:29 pm, and that was after I complained at the 90 minute point that it was excessive for a tire rotation. I was told that they were short staffed. I understand that you can be unexpectedly short staffed, but I should have been informed of this in order that I could decide to reschedule, wait, come back later, etc. That is simple courtesy. As such, they co-opted my time, taking the decision out of my hands. I forgave them for the nearly 2 hours it took for my last service visit, for oil change and tire rotation, but this time - no. Too bad, we had an opportunity to establish a good customer-business relationship, but they blew it. I am stating unequivocally that my next purchase, which is expected to be a truck in the next 1-2 years, will not be from Toyota of Lawton unless I am compensated for my time.

She was patient and helpful with me when making a decision.Update: the finance department sucks!!! they input my name wrong in the system and did not fix it. Even when they said they would. They did not issue a TX title, even though they said they would. And expected me to drive up there to pick up the title.

I have bought 4 Vehicles over the past ten years. Last Thursday was the best ever. I was meet, by Zach, he was, by far, the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He meet my 84 year old mother and myself when when we first drove up. Never pushy... and always concerned about the fact that we were comfortable... He answered every question we ask, and if he didn’t know, he found out for us. If you are looking for a vehicle, without being pressured, Zach is your man. I loved how Toyota of Lawton worked with me to make my purchase a pleasant purchase.
They sold me a jeep with a nail in the tire and refused to fix it unless i paid 300$ when i bought it i pointed out the tire needed air they said they couldnt do it that day but would tomorrow at that point i put air in it myself at a free pump and it kept slowly leaking, after finaly talking and reaching out to the manager she let me bring it back in and they did a parch job on it. They ran my credit 7 times without my knowledge, i gave them permission to run it once. I dropped 60 points on my credit score. I didnt realize they ran it so many times until i was back on base. I went here because a few other soldiers recommended toyota, they mustve been talking about the brand not the dealership.
Toyota of Lawton gave me everything I asked for and more! I highly recommend buying a vehicle here and getting service done. Zach Pier, Danny Burns, Rob Atkins, Kenneth Pittman, and Trey Jacobs are my go to guys from here on out and I will recommend everyone I know to them!
This is the first time that Ive experienced a less than outstanding experience with this dealership. I needed to have a brake light bulb replaced and expected to pay a little more for the convenience of not doing the work myself. But I truly didnt expect to pay $32 for that convenience, especially when I ended up having to work harder after receiving my vehicle back from them. Whoever changed the light bulb must never wash their hands because there was black, greasy hand smears on my car door, the steering wheel, the trunk lid, and the back light area. Not only that, but they must have walked through grease as well because they smeared it on the edge of the car seat (probably from the heel of their shoe), on the carpet and the door step area. So I ended up spending more time cleaning my car, the car seat, the steering wheel, and the carpet than it would have taken for me to buy the bulb and just replace it myself. Plus, it would have been a lot cheaper! Lesson learned!
Hunter was the absolute best salesman we could’ve had. He promised we would get my beautiful car and he stayed true to his word!

Excellent experience at Toyota of Lawton yesterday. I highly recommend Zach Pier, our sales representative. Zach is kind, courteous, and knows his stuff. I had done some research before I went, but I didnt expect to be able to avoid a lot of haggling, get a fair price (on the new car and my trade-in), and drive a 2020 Highlander Hybrid off the lot--on the same day. And when we left our garage-door opener in our old car and headed back to the dealership to pick it up, Zach met us in the parking lot with the device and three umbrellas that we left in the car. As a Lawton business owner myself, its also a plus when you can make a deal with another business in the Lawton-Fort Sill community.

Was upset with the way they are handling ter pull tab drawing going on. Yes they can run it how they want the ticket said 1000. Dollars was won rules said if it was the 25000. Dollar ticket uyou would have to scratch off another ticket dealership and scratch 6 spots off and review 6- 7 to win. So to me its feels like a scam to get people into the dealership thats fine its your place Toyota rules. But this is my feelings. I was going to look at a trade in to get a small used vehicle. But I didnt feel it was right.i really wonder if there is any winners in those tickets

I had an incredible car buying experience, working with Kiki and Travis! These guys drove to Dallas to pick up my wife’s dream car. We always felt comfortable and never felt pressured to buy a car. They genuinely wanted to find a car that fit our family and our budget. I would highly recommend these guys and will do business with them again.
Went there yesterday with a pre-approved loan but they marked it up 3 grand with all the fees etc and couldnt afford the payments. The people were nice and friendly but they were more after money than selling cars. It would have been really nice vehicle too. Next time many years from now I will just bring cash.

Toyota of Lawton was Horrible. Bought a RAV4 AWD in March, have had nothing but troubles with my brand new vehicle. Just FYI they are very shady people to deal with. Also the financing numbers were off as well. I guess their finance guy (Trey) needs a little tweaking and help with skills. Not sure on anyone’s education levels, but whooo it all needs work. They have, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful sales associates we have ever dealt with at ANY retail location, not just car dealerships. From the sales associates to the folks in the finance department (who actually got us a better rate than our local credit union) everyone made THIS car shopping experience a pleasurable one!
My wife and I went here to trade in my Corolla. We talked with Keeyanti, who was very patient and helpful while we tested 4 vehicles and changing our minds. We ended up trading in mine and my wifes vehicles for 2 others that were newer. He went through multiple payment plans to find out what worked best for us. We also spoke with the finance officer, Trey, who was also very thorough, patient, and helpful. We have had issues with Toyota of Lawton in the past, but since the new management, we could see an amazing improvement. We also had our 3 year old son with us, who got to play in their playroom to keep him busy. Overall, we are very satisfied with the kindness and professionalism these employees have shown us.

Had an amazing experience with daniel in the used lot, me and my wife had to reschedule alot with covid season but he kept calling us to make sure we were alright. When it came down to the sale we basically walked in with nothing and he was able to get a deal made up for us and when it came to going to the finance dept. Overall great experience. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and Im very happy. I was nervous at first, but they walked me through everything and Im very happy with my C-HR.
I was disappointed that they have a MANDATORY accessories fee of $2000. I love toyotas but I dont like being forced to buy packages that I dont want. I couldnt find my wallet once we were home. I called the company and told a man that I thought my wallet had been forgotten in a vehicle. He said that he would check the car and call me right back. I decided to just head over anyway and when I got to the lot 20 minutes later, the man had not checked or called me back. A sales lady was kind enough to get the key and open up the car for me. The wallet was on the floor. I am giving the extra star for that. Otherwise, I was not at all impressed with company.
