This is my local go to material shop. Super nice and if you have a sewing question or delimas they will have answers, ideas, and pretty good suggestions. Now if corporate will bring back those sewing classes!

I normally don’t have any issues a Joann but today the lady that was cutting fabric at round 5:20 pm was helping another customer and she asked me if I needed help, I told her what I needed help with and she looked at the other customer and said a comment that I didn’t like, I patiently waited until she was done, then another lady ask her for something and she completely ignored me, help the other lady and then walk to the back of the store. I thought and employee was there to help the customer no matter what… Horrible customer service at least for me

These are the most helpful people. They all have knowledge of the products they sell.I love that the store is always clean and well stocked.The flow is a little off for me but because theyre so knowledgeable and friendly, they will literally take you to exactly what youre looking for if you ask, but you dont have to ask because every person I passed spoke with the greeting of the day and when I looked confused, they would ask me if I needed help finding something.You really cant find that kind of customer service in many places anymore.

I love going to Jo-Anns because they have really good sales and I use their app also. I went to get Furniture upholstery. Found some beautiful herringbone to recover part of a sectional that I have got going on. On sale $7 a yard on reduced prices. this is really good for the quality that I got. Clean friendly.

Nothing like Hobby Lobby if thats what you are use to, more for people that sew and knit.

For more than a month now this store has been out of MULTIPLE yarns, with no sign as to WHEN they will be back in stock! The phone isnt being answered. Leaving customers to sit and wait more than 45 minutes is NOT good for business. Go to Hobby Lobby. Drive into the city to go to Michaels. This store isnt worth your trouble!

It has been a while since I have been to Joann. It was an awesome experience. Lots of new fabrics I have never seen before. Not that I need anymore fabric, I would have if I had had more time. I will be back next time Im in town.

A nice little quiet store, we drove 100+ miles round-trip so my girlfriend could purchase over 200$ worth of yarn for a fraction of the price . . . She crochets lap blankets that she donates to Hospice and being able to save like that is extremely helpful. . .

The store was clean and well lit.the material selection is impressive. Im not a fan of markup to markdown game but Joanns plays that well the ladies knew their stuff but was very disappointed, dissatisfied with checkout. There were literally 11 people in front of us and give behind and ONE FREAKING CASHIER. she handled but this is unacceptable. Had my spouse not had four yards of cloth cut shed have walked out. I did walk out . Will we go back. Probably.uf there is one cashier on duty it will be a quick u turn out the door

Lawton Oklahoma I am home bound and have to send other ppls to get my items. I’m willing to pay to have it delivered. Also half the stuff on there web site is sold out and not available to ship what’s the point of that??? To get excited and then find you can have it. I won’t be shopping at Joanns anymore I waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone to answer my question and before you say how busy they are today I doubt they were so busy they couldn’t answer a cordless phone. You have really gone down hill now that lawton doesn’t need your donations

Was blown away at how much fabric they had.

It is very simple to find what you want and be on your way.

What good does a 40% coupon do if you walk into the store and almost everything is marked 25% off. (Especially the fabrics.) That way you cant use your 40%.Red Dot Clearance fabric sales,,,,,take an extra $40% off but when you get the fabric cut, low behold that fabric doesnt belong to the clearance. Really????

They have such a large variety of materials and fabrics for you to choose. They also have a lot of DIYs.

Product over priced and would not honor price posted on the end cap. Label showed 139.99 and the product displayed was $299.I was always taught to honor the posted price even when it was the staffs mustake.

Absolutely my favorite place to shop in town. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of verious craft items.

Prices, esp sales, are very good. I made 17 (actually 14..hope to finish them before NEXT CHRISTmas?) tied fleece blankets that I bought on sale for my kids and grandkids last CHRISTmas. Hope to do 10 more for great grandkids this year.

Its a big store. I went during Black Friday. They were busy but polite. Overall they are pretty well stocked on most things and the people who work there generally will help you find what you need. Its expensive so bring coupons

Employees are helpful. Lots of craft and fabric options. The app is super helpful for easy access to coupons. And you will want to use a coupon. I paid $47 for a 50” piece of foam for a bench top. Without the 55% off coupon I used to get the price down to $47 . . . well, I wouldn’t have a bench cushion.

My family and I homeschool so we are always looking for new crafting items and most of the workers in this store are helpful and the sales are nice. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes there is no one at the register to check you out and that can be frustrating having to wait for someone to realize people are in line.

The lady who helped me was very helpful with some questions I had about sewing machines although they had none in store

I loved ordering online, however, my 1st order was canceled and no one emailed me, explained why, nor shared the details. The 2nd order online was successful, but it took a long time to fill that order.

Every time I go to the lawton store the staff smiles and you can really tell they enjoy what they do. I have gone in there for multiple projects with my husband, by myself or with my small children & every time they are helpful and aware of there products and customers needs. Please keep smiling when a customer approaches . you dont know how much of an improvement that one smile enhances the experience!

We visit Joann at least once a month for craft supplies. They usually have what we need. if not, they will try to order them. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Mornings are the best time to shop here. The afternoon crew is usually clueless and can a while if you are looking for a specialty item but everyone is still very nice and willing to help.

Overpriced and cramped with way too much stuff lacking prices. It doesnt have that warm feeling expected of a sewing and crafts store. Friendly staff did a lot to make up for the rather cool atmosphere.

I had coupons on my phone and they expired that day, so at 7:00 pm I flew all the way across town to use it. Well I was in such a hurry I forgot my phone, I ask the girl at the fabric if they could look it up and she said she didnt know. So I went ahead and got some fabric and went to cash outI asked the guy at the register if he could look it up he looked at me like I was crazy, didnt say lets try or nothing and I know they could by using my phone number or address. Even if they would have said we have to have your phone, I would have understood, but they just blew me off !! Ive been a customer of JoAnnes for at least 9 years and spend on average $100 dollars a month, it may not be much but I Iive a block away from a Wal Mart and their material is a lot cheaper, until you factor in the coupon . It really felt like a slap in the face and Im really debating what to do, go back to Joannes or go to Wal Mart. Im just so disappointed.

Was a little pricey but had some great stuff that my lil sis got and also my moms in law had gotten.. walked out $140 lighter than when I went in. Lol all in all, my sis n law and moms in law were happy so it was well worth it..

If what you want is fabric and more fabric then this is THE place to go. If youre looking for yarn RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!! Ive lived in about 15 states and this is one of the WORST Joanns for yarn. I guess in OK they dont crochet or knit. The sad thing is this store looks newer and it definitely has the room for it. Glad were not staying here for long.
