Staff today was drunk and tried charging me 81 dollars for a 26 dollars piece of carpet. After 15 years of shopping there I will not be going back until they resolve this problem .

So thankful that we stopped in! We had been looking for sweet potato plants and found hanging baskets for only $6.99!The check- out process was a little slow, but it was Saturday and its the reality of our social distancing, post- Covid society!

Well it understandable to sell something as is if that as is works and maybe needs a little something i bought a toilet was told i needed a few nuts and it was only missing the nuts and had no lid not a problem. Well the well no the tank is not the right tank and the holes dont match up well now that dont makes sence to me

No help from employees. Dont know if they were short staffed that day but my family wandered the store for 15 minutes before finding what we were looking for. Other than that they have a nice selection of product.

Great hardware store alternative to Lowes and home depot. Some good indoor and outdoor furniture options that set them apart. Also, bulk mulch vs the several bag option at other sores. Overall good store.

Zero customer service, when I approached them for help they dispersed quickly and stayed on the run, I put my items back and left, went to Ace Hardware they were 100% the opposite!

Will try to use any excuse not to sell you their bulk materials, like mulch. Even after selling the product, they will leave you waiting in the lot forever. You have to beg this place to take your money and give you the service that THEY OFFER!

Sutherlands is a great place so shop for all your project needs. Be it yard and garden, Putting up fence to keep your critters where theyre supposed to be or remodeling your home ? They have it or will do their best to get it. They always greet us, and offer to help you find what your looking for. They have pride in their store and its obvious in how well it kept it is, and eager way the employees go about their work. We enjoyed our visit and got what we needed.

Great spot Ill have to add this to my weekly stops. Everyone was helpful spoke to customers didnt just walk pass them. The store had a little bit of everything. 👍

Much more friendly and local vibe than the big stores across town. They have great deals on some things that I use everyday. I got enough tile to do my kitchen on a closeout pallet for like $50. They saved me a lot of money.

Stopped in to get some soil and spoke with the manager I believe. He was very friendly and informative. The prices are very competitive and he told me he planned on keeping it that way. A wide variety of garden products and home improvement supplies. Reminds me of a home depot but more comfortabke atmosphere. Great place to get your supplies without breaking the bank.

An outstanding experience. Normally I shop at the big box hardware stores but because of location I ended up at Sutherlands. I was in the market to kill some weeds. A very nice and knowledgeable woman squared me away.....I am and will be a repeat customer from now on...

Sutherlands is a chain of big hardware and lumber stores. It has a friendlier feel than other big chain hardware stores. Some even have Western wear. Ive always had great service and good experiences here, and they have everything you could ever need.

Easy parking, pretty much a warehouse, the employees are usually busy playing on their phones, not really impressive selection, but I usually can find what I need.

Always a great place to buy all our remodeling fixtures and things. Great friendly people and im always in and out super quick to get back to the job at hand. Plus they have all of my garden growing supplies and nutrients and soil SUPER cheap! Thats a huge thing for us that grow our own medicine.

Great variety, a bit of everything. Building supplies, furniture, knickknacks and most anything you cam think of.

I can find just about anything I need here like the big hardware stores. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have any Christmas items like they usually do around this time of year. Hopefully theyll bring it back next year.
