I have been on this side of town for 2 years now and never had a problem with the way me and my husband was treated the other day. I went in to buy a packet of new ports shorts and I forgot which ones I like the best green or reds. So I askes the manager if I could get the reds instead of the greens. I never left the store I didnt even pick them up off the counter. She says that she cant exchange them because thats the policy. I used to work for stripes in texas and no where in the manual does it say that. And the bad part is I have seen her exchange it before for others and she didnt want to give me my receipt when asked for it. Then to top it off she gets into it with my husband comes outside and threatens him. But we got banned from the store. But its OK because all those people that work there does something against policy. Like smoke weed and do pills. I know for facts.
