Ordered plaque weeks ago. Told me it would be ready today. Called this morning to confirm that it is ready - and it is not. I didnt even get a proof until I called today and it took over 2 hours for them to send the proof. When I called again to verify that I could pick up the plaque during my lunch hour Kayla was extremely rude and told me she is doing the job of 3 people, blah, blah, blah and that she has until 5:00 today to get it ready. Not my problem. If you tell a customer that something will be ready on the 23rd, it should be ready on the 22nd so that the person can pick it up at their convenience on the 23rd. Horrible experience. Will NOT have anything else made here. No excuse for such horrible customer service.

I ordered lapel pins and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. 5.5 months later I call to check the status and the owner told me he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Almost two weeks later I get a call saying they are ready. Not once did I get an explanation, an apology, or a anything...even when I picked them up. The product looks fine but at the end of the day the product wasn’t worth the time or the money.

Was told my item would be ready on the 28th. Called on the 28th they said it needed to be proofed still. I waited 24 hours before I called again stating I had not received the proof email. She said she sent it and it “must not have went through” but then I got the proof immediately after that. She told me it would be ready same day and I went in on the 30th to pick up ( a day later) and it wasn’t finished. The owner then got defensive with me and demanding I be patient or I could get a partial refund which is unacceptable. Then would become upset because I wouldn’t let him bully me into one of his decisions. The absolute lack of respect for the customer was appalling. I would not recommend using a place with such low standards and etiquette.

This place is amazing!! Im from Houston and looked up a printing place to print out my moms obituary. They not only completed my 125 obituary request in a day and half they also blew up my moms picture from a smaller picture and placed it in the most beautiful frame! I will definitely use this place again!

Was visiting a friend at Fort Sill. Needed some firearms engraved. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I recently had 2 powder coated yetis engraved. I paid $95 as I had to pay a graphic fee. I had planned to buy smaller yetis to send to customers. One Yeti (it was in black) turned out great, you could read the writing. Mine, in red, you can barely read it. They offered me half off the next one (which it should have been free, I had to buy another yeti!) but I gave them a chance. I also ordered business cards, which they used the same graphics (so there shouldnt have been a graphic fee!) and when I got the proof and it looked like a child had made it, I wanted to cancel. So I was told by the owner that I would be changed a $25 graphic fee. AGAIN, I already paid the fee when I had the yeti done. This is the worst case of customer service I have EVER experienced in my life and I will NEVER use them again. I suggest finding someone else for your printing and engraving needs. If I could give them a 0 I would.ETA: I called my bank to dispute the charges as I am not happy with their work. I, in turn called them, to do the right thing so that they didnt print the cards. The owner (I think his name is Scott) said I was the type of customer you could never please (actually I loved the yeti they did for my friend, but mine was barely readable!) and that I was to never step foot in their place again. I love how customer service goes over so well. If you want a professional business card, Id suggest vista print. If you want a yeti engraved there is a man in Elgin right next to ACE that does them. Ive never been treated so terribly by a business owner in my life.

The place to go to for all things military...plaques, shirts, pins, and more. They took care of our platoons order quickly and accommodated a tight timeline as well as quickly took care of a problem. Thank you and God Bless!

Excellent quality and variety of options for the plaque. However the service was not to par. Did not recieve my proof on the prescribed timeline, had to go back into the shop to remind them about it. Did not have my order completed in the prescribed time despite being payed in full for the plaque 14 days prior. Excellent quality, but if on a time crunch shop else where.

As a BDE S1, this is the only place I will have my various recognition-related items made. Consistently professional, accurate, and able to save the day on short suspense! I highly recommend Scott and his team!

We decided about noon to purchase an engraved item for a military graduation gift. Being unfamiliar with the area, we, of course, searched the internet and made several calls to find the item and to find a place to do the Engraving. After about an hour and a half of this, we called Frogs and they had the item in stock, helped is finalize the design, were able to do the Engraving and the item was ready by 4. Amazing people and outstanding service!!Thank you sooo much!!!

I went into Frog with a vague idea for a plaque and the gentlemen at Frog Printing took my semi-idea and created an amazing plaque for myself and our classmates.

I like to support small businesses in town so one day I went on line and learned of Frogs printing!! When I got there the owner Scott treated my almost like family and very carefully me with what I needed! They also do trophies, t-shirts, plaques and many specialty items! Ive always been thrilled with the products theyvth done for me and today I went there to get a please ring doorbell sign. I asked him some questions about what was the best wording and wanted a quality looking little sign!! I went with his opinion and theyre going to have it ready tomorrow!! Very reasonably priced as well I ordered a Christmas present!! Please try this shop rather than the other large ones in town! Thanks Scott and his sta onff including his wife Linda!!!! BTW the Christmas present I bought was a handmade Cross by local vendor!! Its gorgeous!! Dont forget to look around the whole store for items that youd never think of for gifts!!
