Im new to shopping at big lots. I actually enjoy it a lot. And I don’t normally make reviews but this is the 3rd visit into this location walking out extremely satisfied with the customer service from Martin (I think that is his name) he is a lead. He has stopped what he was doing every single time I would come in trying to work my rewards card & looking for things, etc. He is very kind & makes big lots a new favorite for me :)

Customer Service is horrible. I spent almost $800 in there and they followed me around almost the entire store. I wasnt greeted entering or leaving. My merchandise didnt even get bagged. Then I purchased a King size box spring online for pick up and was asked for my receipt 3 times and then the man sat there studying it like I was lying after another employee had verified my order and sat my stuff by the door. I would rather drive to another city than come back to this big lots again.

Close to home, expect a great variety of foods and housing essentials, plus amenities to decorate with. Might buy more than you planned. Most everything is available. More pleasant walking their isles.

I have been shopping at Big Lots for quite a while and used to love their low prices, but I guess Covid-19 has brought new struggles. Prices have gone up and many of the items are almost double. I hope we see a time soon when items are more easily accesable and at a lower price. Big lots can again be a bargain store 🙏

An incredibly well-stocked Big Lots with great deals! It definitely resembles a department store more so than a bargain store!

Staff is very friendly and I can always find something there. I feel like their prices are a little high on some things, but I scored some school supplies that was 50% off and I always come here for holiday finds, which I love. Plus, being a big lots reward member gives you coupons and free stuff and who doesnt love that!

I was looking for a rug shampooer to do my badly needed done carpets. Big Lots had the model I wanted at a more reasonable rate than the other big box stores. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful at this location. I also got money back as a reward with their rewards card. Another bonus! A win win situation all around clean carpets and money back in my pocket. Thank you so.much.

I’m a single mother so I have no choice to take my toddler with me. I go into big lots to try and buy her some milk and get immediately turned away due to one person per cart. I literally just needed milk for my daughter and chose big lots considering it’s not as busy but he said I couldn’t bring my daughter with me due to city ordinance from the virus. I have no one or else I would’ve dropped her there. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning and will never shop here or any other big lots in the future.

Had a good variety of stock. They also had arrows on the floor to direct shoppers for the purpose of social distancing. All employees were wearing masks, which I appreciate. I wish more shoppers would!

My wife and I love going here, especially to check out the furniture area and seasonal decorations.

Big Lot, has a variety of inexpensive gifts, products, furniture and goods! The store is strategically laid out that lures you in for more convenient shopping! Try not to stop at the front of the store because you would miss all the opportunities they have to offer.

Got basic stuff, upscale from a dollar store seems like. They have decent furniture for low prices best of all.

This is a great place to get all of your household needs at very reasonable prices. They have absolutely EVERYTHING!!Not enough people realize just how great of a find this place is. Id recommend anyone who is looking for household goods especially young people who are just setting out on their own or newly married young adults to stop here first before you go anywhere else especially if youre not trying to break the bank. Some of their prices beat Walmart and they offer a much better selection of furniture.This place is an silent jewel

While up in Lawton to run errands, I decided to take a tour of Big Lots for some new furniture. Granted I did not buy anything due to not having my truck with me, I must say that I was impressed with how helpful the staff was. Additionally, they had such a wide variety too. The only downside would have to be the small aisles.

They had a 20% off entire purchase sale. Great store, always find something I did not come in for. Good for finding gifts.

Great price, amazing items. Furniture Department was terrible. Mike was terribly rude on the phone rushing to get off not answering a simple question I had and felt like even after complaint I made, the issue was not solved or aware. Customer not satisfied and will have to make my way to another Big Lots store that treats their customers better.

I like the people at this particular store. Havent experienced any others. Worth the stop if you are not in a good mood. Maybe you will pick up a smile.

Big lots is great for getting cheap stuff like snacks or small gifts. Its basically a mini walmart with some uncommon, cheaper brand names that you may not see at Walmart. I love to come here to checkout the clearance section, especially

Fair pricing, great staff, nice products. Has handicap parking, the front doors are large enough for a wheelchair, with access to restrooms and other areas of the store. Great place.

If you just need some snacks its not a bad place grab yourself some random granola bars and cashews blueberries dipped in yogurt but the place is a disorganized mess in a way its fun to go in there and stroll through all there random food shelves and see if you can get something really cheap but I wouldnt buy anything too serious theyre like a bed frame just my opinion and interesting Lee enough the Starbucks products are only like $0.20 cheaper than what you can buy at Target what the heck is up with that.

A lot of great items we use every day at a fraction of the cost.

Bought a recliner for my dad at the Lawton store. It was broke within two weeks. The receipt says they will take returns until January 15. Guess what.... The receipt is a lie. They basically said tough luck. You just lost $400. The chair is unusable. Do not buy anything from this store!

Lots of fun Halloween stuff in July. Aways neat to see what they have. Lots of reasonably priced items. Discounted groceries and household items as well. Toys, pet supplies and funiture.

Well stocked with what I was looking for...did have to get a price check done but other than that it was a great day!

First store to ever watch me like a criminal. Only employee working was the cashier who was friendly enough. I was watched by 3 old employees having a personal conversation while my sister, 5 year old son, and I checked out at the register. Most uncomfortable experience even my little sister mentioned it.

Great store, They alway greet you with Welcome to Big Lots and I say Where savings is the name of the game I have been pushing for that saying to take hold.

Good finds

If you need to save money this is the place to go. Its easy to find things you need at a cheap reasonable price. The check outs are a little slow but the money you save is worth it.

A well kept store...a place to find that little thing these same but different from other big box retailers.

Great store, great discounts, and occasionally has some hard to find goods for good prices. I visit ever week or so to catch those liquidated sales they have where Vanilla Wafers (or whatever) will be like $0.55 a box.

Did not find what I needed. Looked like they had some good stuff with fair prices.
