Had a better selection on items than the Atwood in altus. Friendly staff clean building even had bunnies on my visit that day. Nope didnt go home with a bunny.The layout of the store was a bit overwhelming majority of the staff seem to come out of no where to help me locate items..I did hit the large selection of bagged candy and got salt water tardy and bit o honey. Had to make a long trip to get stuff but was well worth my time easy shopping and helpful staff. Thanks guys keep up doing what you all seem to do best being a country small box store with full staff.

Still has a good selection of salt water taffy, always worth seeing the chicks/ ducks, great price for feed and good variety of bird seed.

They had the things I needed and got me checked out fast but they do need more people on the floor I dont know why people dont want to work. The government has made people not want to work for the things they need to live. No work no food

They seem to becoming more and more commercial. Used to be like a trading post general store and I liked that. Now its no different than the tractor store with hardly anything in it.

Amazing experience. Great selection of merchandise and customer service is excellent. Gwen went out her way to help us understand the different items for our pets. We will make Atwood a new stop for outdoor and pet needs.

I brought my service dog. I love that Atwoods welcomes pets. The cashier also offered load out help. She beat me to it! I was about to ask for help. Great service!

Asked for help with the chainsaws, and waited a good 15 min and no one came. Went up to a dude who had on a sweatshirt and name tag asking for help again, AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS ON LUNCH! Asked someone else and finally got some help.Forget the guys name (he worked in guns and ammo section) and he went way above and beyond. Started by building the thing in the back, filling the fluids, testing, then trained me on proper and safe use. Helped me fill in the warranty documentation, showed me how to sharpen the chain, even showed when he recommend for fule and lube. He was more than an employee, he tried to help and did more than what I expected.

I mainly go for dog food/treats, but love to look at the chicks, ducks, and bunnies!

Could not find what we needed even though it showed in stock on their website. When asking employees about it, we were told by 3 different it might be in this location or that location. Simply horrible customer aervice.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us even though we arrived a few minutes before closing. Assistant manager, Josh, personally spent quite a bit of time locating and collecting the items we were looking for when the computer showed they were in the store but not where they should have been. In the past, we hated shopping at any Atwoods store, but the employees of the Lawton store did such a great job helping us, we will continue to shop there. Thanks a million for your help.

Came in on 08/14/2020 looking for a 100w heat lamp, but they dont sell one that low in wattage. Love coming here and browsing. Im one that looks for good deals, and I thought I had found one. I found a mechanics creeper that was on sale. Originally $35 but on sale for $20. So I grabbed one! Got up to the register, excited about my catch. Rings up $40. I informed the cashier that it was on sale. She proceeded to call someone for a price check. I heard someone over the radio say that it was $45. Then there was some chatter over the radio that I couldnt make out what they were saying. The cashiers final decision was that they were holding firm with the $35 price that it rang up as. I was a little bummed out, but I told her that I would be a good sport and put it back. I walk back over that way and I meet four other associates (one older male, younger male, older woman, younger woman) standing near the creepers talking to each other. They make eye contact with me, look in my cart, and then look at me again. Not another word was said by them. I place the creeper back on the shelve and go to the next isle over to look at the car care products because I have nothing else better to do with my time. As Im standing there looking at it all, I overhear unprofessional conversation, to say the least. I then hear another associate key in on the radio and sing chickens are heeeerrreeee!. Right as she was finishing up her message, the younger male in the bunch sparkly said SHUT THE F(word) UP! (Not over the radio, but in front of his cool coworker buddies) as the they all laughed and cracked unprofessional jokes together. It took every calm hair on my body not to bust up their employee party and call them out on their unprofessionalism while educating them on ethics. I really wish I had gotten their names so that maybe they could be coached by someone that is over them. Ignore my lack of grammar and or spelling in this review. Its very informal. If any store management sees this, I would be happy to give them any information that would lead to professional development to the four employees that conducted themselves the way they [email protected]

Customer service absolutely poor!!! The man that came to help me in the yard equipment, did not know a thing. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t a manager there today, he was off and will be back tomorrow which would be Monday. No one asked me if I needed anything either. Will not be back

Great place for work wear. From head to toe, this place has everything. These pants are amazing, too. I got one pair for 17$ hoping they would be ok and I will been wearing nothing but these ever since. It would be nice to have another color or two, but these are the most comfortable pair of work pants Ive ever worn.

Oh what a nice big place! Only took one picture cause I found this too good to be true! This are the little marsh-mellows found in the Lucky Charms cereal! LolThey have baby chicks, ducklings etc. Root beers and drinks were hvnt seen in a very long time. The prices were great! Salt water taffy, mixed candies I hvnt seen since NYC! Jeans, western wear, really nice apparel. Hardware, houseware, garden tools and other food and noon for items. I was impressed.

I shopped here on December 22, 2020 and wont be back. Despite signs at the entrance stating that masks are required and blaring announcements over the store PA system about how they are concerned for your safety, customers roamed about freely in the store with no masks on and many employees either had no mask on or had their masks pulled down over their noses. Besides being the dirtiest Atwoods store Ive ever been in this has to be the one of the most dangerous stores in Lawton to shop in during the pandemic. How many COVID-19 cases would trace back to exposure at this store? Shame on the management for allowing this and shame on the employees who dont give a whit about customer safety.

Whenever you have questions the staff will always help you. The building is always clean and neat.

Great store for farming tools, supplies and a variety of mechanical tools and lawn care. They also sell baby chicks and sometimes rabbits, to horse supplies as well. Got myself a awesome walking cane from here and use it almost every time I need one when going out. I would check them out, they always have good sales and deals going on.

Always love Atwoods. They never change in great service and they have so many great varieties of dogfood. And the prices are so cheap compared to everyone else.

Normally a great store but Irene at the service desk was less than pleasant. Poor customer service on her part. To top it off she kept wiping her runny nose with her hands and then touching all of her equipment plus the item I was there to purchase. Yuck.

Store is not as organized as the one in Chickasaw and not as stocked. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice folks good service will be back when in the area.

The 2 clerks at the check out were to busy talking about their days off and there hair appointment they never said hello.they both kept talking to each other, the only time they said anything to us was what the total was and when it was time to take out the credit card.The guy at the gun counter was to busy putting guns in safe he couldnt say hi. We only saw 4 atwoods employees in the store and it was 7:00pm. We shop Atwoods at least 3 to 4 times a week.This is the first we have been treat so poorly.

I love shopping here! They have old fashion candy and hard to find flavors in jellies. They carry Science Diet cat food. Terrific outdoor furniture and yard ornaments! And different sizes in gun safes. Miscellaneous other items too.

I could spend hours in this place. Need animal feed, farm and ranch supplies, hardware and great work clothes? No problem. And pick up some canning and baking goods while youre there.Oh! And a new rifle or pistol to go with those new Justin boots.

Worst store Ive ever been in. Not stocked with what I wanted, customer service really bad, unacceptable. Had to use the restroom, was sent out of the store to use a portable dirty toilet!! It was 100 degrees outside, and no cool air in the store. I was absolutely appalled by the whole experience.

I absolutely love this store! So much awesome stuff and friendly employees. The price are usually pretty great too. I love coming here to buy bird feeders, bird houses and bird seed.
