The staff is always very helpful and kind. So glad this store exists!! Prices can be a little much but they have good sales most of the time. If youre a well-endowed woman, definitely go here for affordable bras. ;)

My experience at this store was absolutely horrible. I went there to purchase a body pillow but was unsatisfied with the product because it did not help me sleep at all. Upon attempting to return the product the store associate Stephanie was very rude and sarcastic and stated that theydo not accept returns for the pillows. I had no problem with the return policy. I did however have an issue with the fact that the store associate was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Also if something is final sale the customer should be notified at the time of purchase. This store has lost a customer due to the lack of customer service skills Stephanie displayed. I refuse to spend money with a brand that employs people who treat customers with such a lack of respect.
