Traveled from Southern Utah to look at tandem trailers for my ATVs. Other dealership added extra costs when I arrived.Shawn reached out with an OTD price on a nice Tandem Aluminum 7 x 14. Paid the extra for an aluminum trailer that is well built and to do business with a person who seems honest. The trailer pulled great back home and on a recent outing.

Very disappointed after having my four wheeler of 2 months and 460 dollars he said the carburetor and turn up was done. But the same problems were happening so gave it back to him again. After a month of it sitting at his shop I decided to take it to another shop. They said the carburetor was never fix and that was the problem the bike was having still. Very dishonest business!!!

Got alot on his plate for one guy. I paid alot of money for them to fix my four wheeler. And turns out it wasnt fixed. So brought it back and it sat for about three weeks before I decided to fix it myself, so I went and picked it up.

Work was good but he had my motorcycle for a month for a simple tune up. Also, they are super hard to get a hold of.

I took my little moto 4 in for repair as it has been setting for years. They gladly took it in and evaluated the bike and reached out for permission to repair. They helped me find the vin number and model to get it registered. My three girls was really excited to get the bike and take on the first camping trip of the year, after being quarantine the past few months. They helped us get the right size helmets for my girls. They was so happy. When we was their to pick up a bike they was thinking that it was going to be done. Nic went strait to work and finished the work so they could enjoy the weekend. My girls was very happy when I brought the bike home with me. THANK YOU so much for making my girls day and weekend a memorable one. I will be back for sure with my other small engine repairs. Great service, quick turn around, nice guys. I dropped my XR650R wheels off for new tires to be mounted on pioneer day and they had them done a few hours later. Tire swap cost a little more than other shops but worth it to deal with good people. Ended up shootin the breeze for 20 minutes. New favorite shop.

Very disappointed in this place. Was told one price and after the work was done was charged way, way more than told. Was told it would be done and had to wait several more days than promised. The owner went against everything he told me. Told an oil change was $69.00 but beware they charge and hour rate of $89.00 plus shop fees. So the total for and oil change was $169.00.

We took a little 120Z to get tuned up 2 1/2 weeks prior to Christmas. We were told it would be done in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks we called to check and see if it would be done, we were told it would be prior to Christmas. It didnt get done, we went in 2 days after Christmas, it hadnt been touched after 3 weeks, picked it up and took it to another non Arctic Cat dealer (Layton Cycle) in town and they got it in and done in less than 24 hours. It was a rough experience with Mountain Tech, they dont know how to manage their work load or expectations. We wont be giving them any business in the future. Disappointing our grand kids the week of Christmas is not something to be forgotten.

Hard people to work with. No discount and when I didnt want the product there was a huge fee for restocking. Product didnt even work. All it was was a throttle cable for a Razor.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! My husband dropped off his snowmobile to be worked on there. They gave him a rough estimate of what the total could potentially be, and said they could get to it the following week. Every time my husband called once a week, they kept having excuses of why they couldnt get to it yet, and promised to do it the following week. And each week, they didnt, and again had an excuse and said the same thing. After 4 weeks, my husband finally said he was done and wanted to take the sled somewhere else. Only then did they start working on it, but still didnt deliver at the time promised. By the time they were FINALLY done, they had broken a part and said it was the sled that was the issue, and had the nerve to charge us for the part! All in all, we ended up paying $150-$200 more than originally told, and they were not willing to work with us at all, and kept putting the blame on other things, and the sled. HORRIBLE customer service. And on top of that, somehow, the sled runs worse than it did when we dropped it off. Never coming back here. They took no responsibility whatsoever.

When I cant figure out whats wrong with my sled, I take it to Shawn at Mountain Tech Motorsports and he figures it out every time. He knows his sleds, loves the sport, and it shows.

Absolutely a joke. I dropped a part off and it has been over 2 months that I have been waiting for it to be returned. I am always promised a call back and never get one. I will be getting my part back and sending somewhere else. Word of advice... avoid this place like the plague.

They do not know what they are doing! Thet destroyed my engine on my Canam when they changed the oil. They will not respond to my insurance who found them at fault.
