Looked up what I needed online, got it right away and left. Easy and quick service. Nothing special but also nothing bad.

I have always loved this store. You could literally spend hours in the store without running out of interesting stuff to look at. Every time I go in there looking for something specific, it seems like they always have a sale or a special for those exact items! Plus, The staff there is incredible. One question, Why dont you guys get a bigger store in the mall? It seems to me, the benefits of a having a slightly larger floor area and display areas would outweigh the cost. ...

...the guy who works in the store assumed that I have stolen a ear ring right after I bought the shirt and stepped outside of the store. Hes attitude was not nice at all. He said he saw me put a ear ring in my bag but that was my own ear ring, I had to take it off in order to try on the ones you have. He did apologize, but the way he apologized made me feel like I own him 200 dollars. I tried to forgive him but as soon as I turned back he called me jackass. That was rediculous. I dont care if he had a bad day or not, he just ruined my day. And also as a foreigner, I think he have disgraced America.

My daughter found a great assortment of piercing jewelry to choose from for her belly button piercing and the prices were really great. They averaged about $15 and if you bought two you got two for free.

I’ve been to this spencers many times and have bought a bunch of stuff but i went on 10/26/2017 at 8:00 pm and this employee was so rude i was looking at a rick and morty laser gun it’s obviously a toy and the pull tab was already out and this employee told me not to waste the batteries if im not going to buy it and he assumed i pulled the pull tab out. I have never been so disrespected in my life ill make sure that you guys will not get my money ever again and i will tell my friends and family not to come to this spencers.

Very crowded with merchandise and very dark inside. Took my 17 year old, he couldnt get over the adult content.
