They were very helpful guided me in the right direction. My son was escalating at the time he is 29 years old and was having a melt down. They could hear him from the car understood my situation and helped me check out quickly and was very polite to us. Thank you for having a great staff. My son has Autism and is Manic bipolar. Good deals and large selection of products. Only real complaint is that service is really hit & miss. Sometimes you walk in and theres somebody immediately there to help answer questions, then the next time its like everyone but the cashier suddenly vanishes the second you walk in the door.

We needed size 14 extra wide wrestling shoes for our son. We called literally everywhere. Your store was the only place to have them. Your sales rep Greg was so helpful and friendly. When we got there he showed us multiple shoes and gave us great advice and multiple options. We have been going to this store for years and love the great service we get!

A wide variety of sporting equipment. This visit we went to get some cleats for baseball for my 9th grader. The employee helped grabbed and suggested several different options and we were able to pick something that worked for us.

Big 5 was a great help to me they treated me with great respect and if I didnt have the product I wanted they noted that and call me when I got it in general they should have had a 5-star rating

Ive always shopped there. But now with Covid-19, Im in there every week for fabric and such. Both the store and online have been fabulous! The staff is so patient with cutting all this fabric for face masks. They handle the current restrictions very well.

My 12 year old son got a Rawlings 30 inch wood bad today. It cracked after 6hours of owning it and hiring about 30 baseballs off a tee. I called and talked to Javier who is the manager working. They wouldn’t do anything to help my son get his bat replaced. I spend $200 at that location last week and told Javier I would never be back in his store again. His response was “fine”.Terrible customer service and terrible bat!!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The policies on face masks is ridiculous. I have never shopped there however thought I would give them a try. I was getting ready to go in and they had a sign that started they required face masks. I have a few problems with that. 1 they didnt offer masks. I dont have any. I wont wear one because its my body my choice. Another problem I have with this is it doesnt protect you from contracting the virus thats been proven I am a concealed carry holder and Im not sure if its illegal for me to wear masks and carry a firearm.

Bought a decent pair of gym shoes for my son at a decent price. I prefer Big 5 to other gigantic sporting goods stores. Its easy to get in & out quickly, and they have reasonable prices. I would have given 5 stars if the guy working the shoe dept was a little friendlier : )

You would think their pricing would be high but its not. They have so many things that go on sale and you can find great deals on shoes tennis golf. U name it.

Brian, the store manager, is friendly, professional, and gave me a great discount since my son works at the Big 5 in Logan. When it comes to athletic shoes, we always go there first because these prices cant be beat.

She said if it doesnt work out to come back with the receipt for a refund. With customer service like that I will definitely be back.

Great selection for shoes/hiking boots. I did get my two pair from the mens section as I have a wide width requirement. The running shoes are AMAZING and the hiking boots are so supportive. I chose to try some hiking socks and I will be back for more. The very helpful staff was great to have at my disposal. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and professional with me. I would suggest a bigger selection for women in these categories because I know it would increase sales. Shop BiG 5 always. Avoid mall shops for shoes.

I really like big 5 sporting goods. They have a lot of deals on shoes. and they have good deals on items for kids. I bought a pair of gloves there that were great quality and a much better price than other sporting good stores. they also have sales very often that have great deals as well.

Went here looking for some fishing Lures, as well as some bike tubes. I was pretty disappointed. Not a whole lot of selection in the fishing aisle and a lot was out of stock. They do have a little sale bin of Lures which was pretty swell. And the biking gear was the same story, didnt have the size tube I needed and the stock was slim. I will say the team sports selection seemed pretty good and the staff was friendly.

Had to take my item back after I had the clerk check it for all the parts and pieces being there. Found out that all the parts and pieces were not there. Had to return the item to another location to get what I needed to be a complete product.

The customer service is GARBAGE, every time we shop here!!! & The manager is the worst of the bunch!!! 98% of the staff are the rudest, most sanctimonious people!! They act like ringing you up, or showing you where something is... Is a major personal inconvenience to them. I would NOT recommend shopping here whatsoever!!!
