Ed Kenley Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle. They are very professional and kind at every turn. Bryce is wonderful salesman to work with! He is never pushy, always honest, and will work his hardest to not only get you what you want, but to make sure you are making the best decision for you. I have purchased a vehicle here on two separate occasions, and both were great experiences. I recommend all my friends and family to come here.
I just bought a Ford Escape and not only am I super impressed with the vehicle, I am super impressed by their customer service!! The salesman I worked with (Dustin) was so patient with me and not pushy and overbearing like some I’ve encountered elsewhere. I changed my mind a couple of times on the vehicle and he was very helpful and kind! The car itself is amazing!!! It’s a 2015 and it looks brand new!! All of my friends and coworkers have commented on the quality of the detailing job! They made the buying process very easy and worked with my several credit unions to get me the best interest rate! From start to finish, they made my car buying experience amazing!!!I’m so happy with my new car and so glad I went to Ed Kenley! Thanks so much to the whole Ed Kenley team and thank you Dustin for being so great to work with!!
Ed Kenley Ford employees once again provided 5-star service with helping me special order and obtain a 2022 F350. Their assistance through all the steps from placing the order to completing the paperwork finalizing the transfer of the truck to me was absolutely outstanding. I never felt pressured or questioned their suggestions. I would highly recommend Ed Kenley Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Would love to say I go to Ed Kenley Ford every 2-3 years. However, I bought my F150 4x4 18 years ago, still have it, and have had very little problems with it, so Ed Kenley was where I returned to to buy my 2018 Escape. They offer a fair deal on a reliable product, and their sales staff is excellent. Kudos to Andrew, our sales person. Bent over backwards to meet our needs, friendly and no pressure. Thank you Andrew for teaching us about all the options on our new purchase. Ed Kenley Ford, see you again the next time we buy a vehicle.
Update! July 2021: Bought a new truck (still have that blue F-150)!Sight unseen, we bought a 2021 F-250 XLT Tremor. It had not been delivered to the dealership yet but I had to throw down a few bucks to make it mine. We finished most of the paperwork before it arrived so when we picked it up it was ready to go. I am super pleased with the service and the attention I received. I even got a call from the owner thanking me in person for our purchase!March 2021: Popped in here for an oil change on my F150. They were quick. I was in an out under an hour. Maybe even closer to 45 minutes. After servicing, there was a sound coming from the heater door actuator flap. I went back in and asked about it. They were unsure what happened but fiddled around with the heat/cool control knob, looked under the hood, and although they didn’t really “fix” anything, it was “fixed”.Always a little pricey to have the dealership do service but you have documentation of service and you don’t have to get yourself dirty and find a place to recycle your oil.I also always use Motorcraft Synthetic Blend Oil and Motorcraft Filters in my truck so I will either do it myself or have a Ford dealer do it.
Great service! Dave was super helpful. Did a lot of the deal over the phone and Dave was super responsive. Very satisfied with the customer service and I love my new car!
The experience was incredible from start to finish. Didnt feel pressured. Pricing was great. Our new F-350 is fantastic. Everyone we worked with treated us with respect. Gave a fair price for our trade in.
I really love the way they helped me with my lease buyout. They are respectful and very helpful. I would recommend Jason Smith to anyone that would like to look at Ford.I always get a call, after any service, to make sure I am happy, and to make sure they have answered any questions i may have. The finance department is wonderful to work with, they are actually fun. I can’t remember ever laughing with a finance specialist.I have never had any issues with getting a quick oil change,. They even stayed late one night to get me taken care of before I went on a road trip. Thanks Ed Kenley Ford!
What a great experience I had with my trade-in and purchase of a Ford F350 lariat 6.7 diesel Dave was awesome! The finance manager was very friendly and professional absolutely no pressure of any sort! They have the best bumper to bumper warranty that I have ever heard of do yourself a favor if you are going to buy a new vehicle buy it from Ed Kenley
Friendly, clean, great service. We were in and out in no time. :)
We probably went to a couple dozen different dealerships spanning from Montana to Utah. Andrew was our salesman and was by far the best to deal with. He was super responsive and worked with us that we were traveling from Idaho. Very honest and upfront, both himself and the others we dealt with while there. Quick and easy process to make the deal. Made us feel like we were the only customers there even though they were pretty busy. 5+ star sales service hands down!
This has probably been one of the easiest and least stressful car buying experiences Ive had. Mike was extremely helpful and patient with me. Me and the wife were in an overnight debate over a Ford Edge or Dodge Durango they had. We finally agreed on the Edge. Mike helped make the process easy and was friendly the entire time.Ed Kenley Ford has definitely earned a customer.
Made an appointment to fix our 2019 truck, it was a month out before they could get it in. Then what they quoted to take 2 days max turned into 2 weeks because they were backed up and couldnt get to it right away. So I had to drive my husband to and from work every day while it just sat in their lot. Because it was taking so long we had to drive by the lot to pick up our extra carseat out of the truck, and lo and behold, our truck was completely unlocked with the keys in it. Never will we EVER take a vehicle here again.
Not impressed, there staff are snobs and not friendly at all. I call up the salesman who helped me and told me I was annoying. Okay, I took my sale to Young Ford and ordered a truck, mustang and bronco. I hope this annoyance brought you good joy.
I have had such a great experience with Ed Kenley Ford and really appreciate Dustin who magically helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed. The offer was really good and when I pushed to get the financing I wanted, he advocated for me and we made it work. I am so pleased! I’m looking forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend this dealership. They didn’t try to get me to do anything I didn’t want to do. The deal was clean and simple. Thanks!
These guys have always treated me well. They dont charge over MRSP and often sell just above invoice. Service center is good although they dont have loaner cars like Lexus in SLC.
They do a great job. This time I do have three concerns. 1) When I got into my car after they changed the oil and rotated my tires, the display on my dash had been changed. I had it set so I could see the speed. It took me a couple of days before I could find the setting to change it back. 2) The passenger seat in the front had been adjusted to lay back flat. Why? There was no reason that either of these things should have been changed. I was concerned. 3) They brought my filters out to see if I wanted them changed. They said it would be about another 15 to 20 minutes. It was an additional 45+ minutes.
Troy has been great helping us with the complexities of ordering the new Bronco. Everyone there has been great! They have the feel of a local company as a dealership and that is a very rare thing to find these days.
Quick easy closing no surprises. Truck is great so far, but its on 2 days.
Just bought our 2021 F350 from Connor and everything went as well as we could have hoped! We bought the truck while we were staying in Washington. All of the correspondence was prompt and the paperwork was handled seamlessly. We couldnt be happier with our experience and cant recommend Ed Kenley Ford enough!
If any one has $134.00 they want to waist. just go ask the service department to diagnose your cars check engine light. Also ask for a quote to fix something else. They wont diagnose your car correctly and they will also refuse to give you a quote. Then proceed to charge you the $134.00 dollars
“Warranty” basically means lowest priority…Our car has been waiting for a warranty part for two months. Nobody calls us to let us know what’s up, and it takes 4 or five call attempts to be able to even reach someone in the service department. The service we receive is severely lacking, and the vehicle is clearly substandard. They apparently cut corners on their manufacturing, and once they get your money, they don’t seem to care how your experience goes. They said our part would arrive July 15th (2+ weeks after we dropped our car off). It is now mid-August, and still waiting. Nobody gives us any info unless we call and 4 or 5 times.I don’t mean to sound rude or angry, but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend Ford to anyone, after this experience.
I just ordered a maverick with Dave Embley . What a great experience
I don’t usually do reviews but this one is worth it...DAVID in the service department is phenomenal and outstanding. I highly recommend his service. He’s super helpful, kind, professional, friendly, great and is always willing to help me get my car in and fix the problem. Never had an issue with him. Every time I go to Ford I always ask for David, if he’s not there then I always tell the front desk that I will come back when he’s back in the office. He will welcome you with a smile. I am very selective with whom I work with at the service department and I am so happy that I found David. He will get the work done.. Ford needs to hire more people like David!!!! If you go to FORD be sure to ask for David. He’s a nice guy!!! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you David for your awesome customer services.
Bryce Taylor is the absolute worst. Dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. If Bryce is the type of employee Ed Kenley hires i feel horrible for anyone he works with.
Dave and Troy know what they are doing. They don’t waste your time or pressure you. We told them what we wanted and ended up leaving with exactly that. Customers for life !!!!
I received wonderful service from here! My Thunderbird was overheating and they sent a tow truck out within the hour and fixed the problem without overcharging or suggesting things be “fixed” unnecessarily like most mechanics
Came in to test drive a hard to find Bronco Sport with Andrew. Not only did I get to drive it, I left with my name on one that put me about 6 weeks of schedule. I got regular updates from him. He notified me when it went in to get made, got shipped, a couple of the stops, and the most exciting, a picture when it arrived on the cargo truck. I feel Andrew went above and beyond for us!
Super supportive and attentive to what you need and what brought you through the doors that day! Additionally, he has a great team behind him looking out how to ensure the consumer/customer not has a great experience but also gets everything they need and want! Hands down best place to come for your need in a vehicle, thanks Bryce and Ed Kenley!
Are AC went out while we were in Utah and these guys fixed it within a day what a great stuff they have there highly recommend them
Purchased a new Ranger from them. No pressure or games, unlike Performance and Westland (now Young) Ford. Andrew payed attention to the specifics of what I wanted, which they didnt have in stock at the time. Eventually found one. Price was fair given the current market. I didnt have a trade, so I cant say if they pay fairly or not. I used their service department for two recalls on other vehicles of mine. Experience was average with no complaints. Id buy from again.
Went in today to look at a used F-150. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Was greeted by Dustin who helped me out through everything. They already had the truck I wanted priced right with KBB. They gave me top end of KBB for my trade. No negotiations were required. David got me setup with a local CU for the loan and a great rate. There was even a small defect I found with the truck and they had it repaired before I took the truck home. I highly recommend Kenley Ford, this is how getting a new rig should be.
I found a truck online and sent the I am interested email. I completed the online application set up a time to come in. My interest rate was established. When I got there the price had increased $1k over night. Also my trade in was more than $1500 from my lowest offer. I had already been prequalified at other places and just could not find the truck. Finally we agreed on a price and the payment was not adding up. They were telling me the interest was what we agreed upon, however the payment was $70 higher. When I showed them the error, they decided not to sell me the truck. I would say, that is illegal.Check your numbers!!!
Best at getting any type of service done! I highly recommend working with Cody!
The hubby and I had been getting the run around from another dealership, and walked out! We took the drive out to Ed Kenley, and were amazed at the ease of purchasing our new car on our terms. Dave was our salesman and not a cheesy one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Burke even got us a better interest rate. We were in and out in under two hours. If you want that down home friendliness and customer service, we highly recommend the drive out!
They had the car I wanted theyre very nice people no hassles
I was helping my mom look for a very specific F-150, and while we had many options to pick from, we decided to have a look at Ed Kenleys inventory even though it was out of the way from where either of us lived. It was worth the trip for a few reasons. First of all, they didnt pressure us to go one way or the other on a purchase, and the sales reps were friendly and reasonable. Second, they had exactly what she was looking for on the lot, which was carefully chosen. We also appreciated their power train warranty and easy negotiating. If I have anyone else that is in the market for a Ford in northern Utah, I will gladly recommend they take a look in Layton at Ed Kenley.
Bryce was extremely patient and polite. He knew I wanted a Ranger and what one I might like. When the one I dreamed of showed up on the lot he took a picture of it while it was still on the transport to let me know it was here. The entire staff from beginning to end has been fantastic.
Fantastic experience trading in my car. Mike was a gem to work with. I really appreciated that I felt no pressure from him.
Ed Kenley Ford is my Ford dealer for life and heres why. 5 years ago my wife and I were out on a date and we thought it would be fun to go kick some tires and sniff some new cars. We had absolutely no intention of buying a car that day and we let the salesman, Jeff Wehus know that right away. Jeff didnt care that we werent gonna buy a car from him, instead he cared about us. We asked Jeff about the new Expedition and before we knew it we were behind the wheel of one on a test drive. We were so impressed with the level of care and customer service from Ed Kenley Ford that we returned 2 months later and bought an Expedition and just went back to buy a truck. The lifetime powertrain warranty is fantastic and you can even upgrade to a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty as well. The 9 hour drive from Montana is well worth the wonderful buying experience and peace of mind I get from Ed Kenley Ford.
Was traveling thru the Salt Lake City area, when I had trouble with my Ford F-250. Scheduled an appointment online for the following day to have some warranty service completed. When I checked in the next day, the service advisor took my keys and told me that Case (Service Manager) would be in contact with me. They asked if I would need a ride and I stated that I would. Approximately 15 minutes later, Case called to tell me that they would not be able to see my vehicle, because their online appointment system, was not working correctly. I told him that this was not my issue, as I’m the customer and did what I was supposed to do, and that I needed to have my vehicle looked at as I was traveling thru the area. After some discussion, Case agreed that they would get my vehicle in, but that it may not be that day. I understood his position, but was adamant that it needed to be looked at. We discussed this issue and both agreed that it was something to do with the four wheel drive system. I then waiting more than 1 1/2 hrs before having a friend pick me up because they never offered me the courtesy shuttle the promised. They did not get my truck in the entire first day, and Case left without updating me for the day. When the diagnosed the truck the next day, they determined is was a bearing, but had to have part overnighted. I understood that this was out of their control. The third day they received the part and “fixed” the truck. When I picked it up at roughly 4pm, as soon as I drove away, it was still making the same noise. I called Case during the drive and informed him that I’d be bringing it back in the morning. He said that the technician had driven it, but to yes please bring it back and we could drive it with the tech in the truck to pinpoint the issue more clearly. Next morning I arrived at 0730 and Case then said that the tech was going to drive it by himself, because “he’s not much of a morning person”, completely unprofessional in my opinion. I then sat for 45 min waiting to find out what was going on with my truck before I had to track Case down for an answer. Technician had it on lift and identified that it was a problem with the four wheel drive. Approximately 1 hr later they had truck repaired for a second time. I had Case ride with me in vehicle to verify the truck was in fact repaired this time.Case and his team wasted three days of my time and money, as I had reservations for my relocation to the east coast. Had they diagnosed the truck the first Dayak correctly, they could’ve had my truck repaired in a more timely manner, as they had the part on hand.I had to pry information from Case the entire process. I would not have my truck serviced at this location ever again.
I highly recommend this amazing dealership! Was so great to work with this company. They had the truck we needed and wanted to haul our new 5th wheel RV and they made it all so easy. Mike was the best salesman ever. He was in constant communication with us about everything and always (even now) answers our questions promptly. My husband and I super appreciate the customer service here. Very friendly and professional.
We purchased our truck from Ed Kenley Ford in Layton with less than 30,000 miles on it. After driving some 4,000 miles on it, two o2 sensors had issues and needed to be replaced. I took it back to Ed Kenley in Layton and was told it wasn’t under warranty any longer and I would have to pay the full expense.I reached out to one of the sales managers there, Chase Walton, to discuss the issue with him. I had at least hoped that Ed Kenley would help bear some of the expense, perhaps by waiving the labor charged or at least reduce it by half. Instead, Mr. Walton’s response was “that’s part of the maintenance of vehicles.” No, actually you shouldn’t have to replace an o2 sensor on a vehicle that only has 30,000 miles on it. Mr. Walton offered nothing toward the $400 bill that they charged us, except a insincere apology.I purchased from Ed Kenley Ford in Layton because during my dealings with them they seemed like an honest dealership that wasn’t just trying to sell vehicles but actually cared to ensure that the buyer was treated right. Unfortunately, this experience has proven quite the opposite. Unfortunately, I can’t in good faith refer or recommend anyone purchase from this dealership or particularly this location.
Our experience with Bryce was far beyond what we expected, he went above and beyond for us on the vehicle my mom had purchased. He always got back to us when we had questions. I just want to thank you Bryce for making this car hunt for my mom easy and for being very respectful and patient with her.
Ed Kenley Ford always treats you the best, and to get a call from the owners after your purchase is impressive. Thanks again for another great vehicle
Chase and george are outstanding they took very good care of me. Top notch place to do business. Thank you chase and george.
Great place to get your outfit service done.
Me, and my husband went in today, and got a used 2011 Jewp grand Cherokee. We absolutely love it. The staff was so polite and absolutely amazing! Shout out to Andrew. He is the best salesmen to go to! He is caring, polite, funny, and just a blast to work with! Thank you so much Ed Kenely Ford for an amazing vehicle my family will love for years to come!
They were very professional and courteous.
Very helpful staff with easy off freeway access.
Was in and out very quickly no hassle
Purchased a 2016 Ford fusion back in January of 2017 freon Dustin. He was great to work with and there was no pressure. havent had any issues with it since I got it other than basic maintenance. Ive put 50,000 miles on it since then. Will return for my next vehicle.
Incredible service, the best Ford dealer around. Bryce, one of the salesman goes above and beyond. Not only does he do a great job at being friendly and a pleasure to work with, he knows a ton about each vehicle, without pressuring you at all. I wont go to anyone else!
I text my salesman at 4:40 pm to see if he was working. He promptly text me back and said that he was. I told him that we were headed that was to look at explorers. We got there a little after 5 pm, he had picked out the ST and had it ready for us to test drive. We fell in love with it and started the buying process right around 6 pm (their closing time). We were home by 7 PM. It was an awesome buying experience. Everyone was so great to work with.
Overall the experience was really easy and customer friendly. There was only one hiccup, but that wasnt the dealerships fault and they came to us to correct it. We did have to replace a back door lock actuator the 2nd day we owned the vehicle, but its a used vehicle and bound to have minor issues here and there hopefully this is the only one for a while. We are also waiting on copies of paperwork and service records and we should be seeing those actual copies soon as promised by David Hunsaker in finance and David Duckworth, our sales person. No pressure approach and easy to do business with.
Ed Kinley Ford was great to work withFriendly, transparent and very helpfulDefinitely will buy from them again if/when I need another vehicle
Just a couple of things I noticed while in their service department. I had to take my work vehicle into their service department for a recall fix. I was told that part of the recall included a rear wheels alignment but it did not cover the front. Dave told me that if I needed the front wheels aligned it would cost $40. I explained that I would have to get approval from my work but to let me know if the front needed the alignment.Dave called at 4:40 in the afternoon saying that my vehicle was done and it was $40 for the front alignment. I was a little annoyed that I wasnt notified first so I could let work know.I then went into the service department at 5:35 to pick up my vehicle. The girl at the desk greeted me and the service personnel, I think her name is Jenny, didnt even look up from her cellphone. The girl at the desk said my vehicle was not ready because Dave hadnt gotten her the paperwork yet. He helped two other customers, who came in after me, before he got the girl the paperwork so I could get out of there. I waited over thirty minutes standing there watching the others do who knows what. While I was waiting, I watched as the girl at the desk asked Jenny if she would take a phone call for her. Jenny said yes, but continued to play or do what ever on her cellphone for about five to ten minutes leaving whoever was on the phone on hold. I thought that was unprofessional of her. This also added to my frustration for having to wait even after I was called and told that my vehicle was done.Ive heard that their sales department is good, but I was not impressed with the efficiency of their service department. I will probably take my next recall somewhere else.
Neight was awesome to work with while we purchased a used car through him at Ed Kenley Ford. He is truthful, patient, and worked diligently with us so we could be in our target purchase price. They gave us a very fair trade-in value for our used car and discounted the original sale price of the car we wanted to purchase. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable...yes, enjoyable, experience. If you’re looking for a fair, and customer-focused experience, Neight at Ed Kenley Ford is the man to work with. The sprinkles on the cupcake was the free lifetime limited warranty.
Chase was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to find us the vehicle we wanted.
Scheduled my appointment on-line 2 weeks in advance. I got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didnt have any information and said they were busy and would try to get me in. Said the information is supposed to transfer over but didnt. Got a call a few hours later saying they couldnt work on my truck today because they didnt have any techs available. What a joke! What good is having an on-line scheduler if it doesnt work. Wasted my day and time along with the inconvenience of finding a ride back and forth to have nothing done. Ill be going back to Young Ford for all service where Ive always been treated great.
Wow! This dealership is seriously amazing. They helped us find the car of our dreams at a wonderful price. The staff here are all incredible people and made us feel like family :). The biggest shoutout to David Hunsaker for being so helpful, kind and caring towards us and our needs!! You can’t go wrong by choosing Ed Kenley Ford.
Bought my 2020 ford explorer here. Worked with us on understanding everything.
I bought a brand new 2020 mustang and these guys will literally not service my vehicle when in my Ford app that Is synced to the vehicle says my Anti-lock breaking system needs to be serviced ASAP. This means my breaks can malfunction at any moment and cost my life or possible someone else’s. There female service advisor, I believe her name is Jenny, is terrible and did not care since my actual car did not have that light on the dash. Wouldn’t you want to be safe than sorry? Don’t waste your time with this locations service team. They don’t know what they are talking about 50% of the time. Very disappointed in their service.
Parts was very nice and gave me alot of good information
Amazing customer service! They do everything they can to make it a great experience.
Really nice salesman. Let me know how much my payment would be on the Ford f150 king ranch.
Easy going people with quick service. They went above and beyond to mount the splash guard on my F150 the correct way (bolts instead of zip ties).
Ill never claim to know specific details behind each customer interaction; There are definitely two sides to every story. And I know from my own retail experience that customers can defiantly be a pain and are NOT always right... talking to you Mr. and Mrs. Karen... All I can say is that if you do not like your job enough to even pretend to care, perhaps new employment would be a better option. Those of us still fortunate enough to have a job, in these times, Id hope people would have a better attitude toward patrons of the company that didnt lay you off.
We showed up close to closing to look at a truck that they received as a trade-in but they was not sure if they were gonna keep it. A salesman from the new car side escorted us into vehicle shop to look at the truck and he was very nice and polite. If I find his card Ill post his name. But, the downside is they was supposed to give us info about the vehicle if they was gonna sell and what repairs it needed the next day when they opened. Didnt receive a phone call or message until we messaged them later, only to find they had it sold the night we came to look.Would have been nice to know that it wasnt available.
Love this place easy, knowledgeable, upfront honestly I was shocked.
I cannot sing enough praises for the Service Advisor Jennifer. She managed to take what would have been a bad experience for me with the Service Department and turned it around to prove that there are professionals working there. It all began back on October 14. My Explorer Sport started making rattling noises when I started it. By the time I got it to Ed Kenley Ford the rattling wasnt as bad as before. I spoke Dave, who I have to say did not impress me at all. He seemed dismissive of everything I explained about my vehicle. The only thing he didnt do was sigh heavily and roll his eyes at me. When I started it for him of course it didnt rattle. He mumbled something about them hooking it up to a diagnostic machine. Five days later, Could Not Duplicate. When I came in to recover my vehicle the guy behind the cashier counter looked at my receipt, saw the Could Not Duplicate and snorted Youll be back. As I drove home I could see smoke belching from my exhaust. Discovered a host of other new problems. Returned a couple of days later and spoke to Jennifer. What a difference. She wrote down all the problems I am having and told me theyll look it over. What do they find? One of my turbos had eaten itself. That was what the rattling was an early indication of. I got worried since not only was this going to be expensive, but some parts were backordered until Nov. 22. My shock when Jennifer called me today that she managed to scrounge up the needed parts from other dealerships, quickly returning my vehicle to me. So, outside of this guy Dave I cant say much about the other service advisors but I think Jennifer is a true asset to you guys and you need to work hard at keeping her.
Truck wasnt completed in a timely manner and had scheduled a detail service that didnt get done
Great Experience! Did oil change, emissions, and tire replacement. Tire price was great.
I was looking for a specific F150 and worked with George Drakos to find it. George was inviting for my test drives and informative as I was making my final decision between the ECO 2.7 and NA 5.0. Never felt pressure through any of the process. George searched extensively, but was unfortunately unsuccessful, so I ended up purchasing from another dealer that had what I wanted in-stock. I will definitely work with George again when it comes time for another vehicle. After my purchase I consulted with Dave in Finance regarding a service contract sold by Ford, but administered by CNA. He gave me direct information, again, without any pressure, to help me evaluate my options before deciding to purchase and from whom. The service contract offered by the dealer I purchased the vehicle from came out as the better option for all key factors. Not purchasing from Ed Kenley limited his competitive options. Regardless, I appreciated his candor and straightforward answers. All in all, my experience with Ed Kenley was positive, despite not closing a deal.
The best purchasing experience ever. The vehicle is pristine, the final price amazing and I will work with these folks again and again!
The lifetime warranty says it all. Will be returning for another truck soon.
Poor service and not professional at all! Had my car sitting at the shop for over a week and they did nothing i had to go pick it up and take it to a different place.
Brett Kenley was amazing in helping us get our new truck. From the trade in to signing the documents he was with us through every step! Thanks Ed Kenley Ford!!!!!
This was easily the best experience in car buying that Ive ever had. There was no pressure, no stress, and minimal time involved. I am very happy with my new Ford Fusion. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks, Ed Kenley!
Not impressed. Took my ford in to find out why the ac is not working. They diagnose it but can’t find the problem and want to charge me an additional $300 to continue to look for the problem. There are lots of ford forums that talk about my exact problem and I tell them what to look for and they check everything I have already checked. Total waste of time and money. I remember why I done take my cars to the dealership.
This is the third vehicle purchase my family has made at EKF. Chase Walton is the best. He’s honest and the purchase process is always smooth. Will return for sure.
Hunter and Troy and the truck barn are awesome. They aren’t pushy and you can tell they are there just to help with any decisions you want to make. I bought a F150 ecoboost and it’s been the best decision I made. I would go back here to buy a truck anytime. They are awesome.
I purchased a used F350 and wanted to see what acc were available from ford. I went into the parts dept but no one was at the counter, there were 3 service writers sitting at their desks, not one of them acknowledged my presence. There were no other customers in the room, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, 2 different people came out of the parts dept and walked right past me without saying a word. Ok I get the message! See Ya!
Go buy your Ford from Dave, he is awesome.
This is a review for the service department.I bought a new Platinum F-150. from Ed Kenley. There was an issue with the back bench. Ed Kenley replaced the 2/3 portion of my back bench under warranty. The install looked horrible (see pictures). Without looking at it the service manager Cody said thats how new seats look. BS, otherwise all vehicles on the lot would look this way. You can see the far left seat from the factory looks great. The middle and right look awful. I insisted it was not acceptable. They looked at it and took pictures which were sent to Ford. I was told theyd call me back. 1 week later I still hadnt heard back from Jenny. I called and found out Ford recommends inspecting the installation, which they couldve done when I took it back the second time. Including the original inspection, my truck has been there three times for this issue.I called another dealership, they are fixing it same day with an upholstery specialist... I wont go to Ed Kenley again for sales or service. Besides this truck, I recently bought an Explorer. Im currently in the market for a Mustang. I wont be going here. I thought I was a good customer for Ford. Apparently not so much.
2014 f150, never had a single issue with it and always keep it properly maintained...I took it in for some grinding noise in the front wheels...$3000 later I had new brakes and some other things/recall repairs, pricey but wanted it done rigjt. 50 miles later my brakes are locking up and smoking. Call the dealership and the send a tow truck. Charged me for the tow without telling me...I would have used my AAA card if i had known they were going to charge me. New calibers later (after they told me the first time they had checked everything top to bottom and everything else was working well) and a full tune up, another $2500. Here I am now less than 500 miles, my engine is losing power, skipping and shaking. I am 100% convinced this is caused by them, either intentionally or by negligence. Zero chance they are getting back for another 3k and a set up for the next service in 100 miles. RUN.
Who doesnt love Jennifer! On top, on the spot, just bomb. Her experience will amaze you.
Bret is a great guy to work with. He knows the car business and has helped his mom carry on a really great family owned business in Layton. That family is so generous and has contributed so much to the Layton City. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle, boat, or used car from them. Their Service department does a great job as well. Im still driving the 1999 Ford 350 Power Stroke that I bought new from them 20 years as go. They have done all of the servicing on the truck and kept it brand new.
Dave helps us each time we are here, he answers all our questions. This the second vehicle we have purchased in the last 3 years. We will buy the next one here
Our car got a flat tire on the freeway and the people here were amazing! They came over to where we were parked and fixed our tire for free! They’re the best!!
I had the pleasure of having George Drakos as my Sales person, he went way above and beyond to make my experience special and I would highly recommend George and the Staff at Ed Kenley Ford, Thank you George.
Went to look at a vehicle they had on the lot and while walking out to check it out, their mechanic caught a truck on fire! They didnt know if they had an extinguisher and there was no sense of urgency to put it out. I feel bad for whoever owned the truck...
Awesome customer experience
Always a great help to find a part
For the first time in as long as I can remember, I felt good about leaving and trusting a shop with my truck. Im extremely hesitant about who works on my truck, as I prefer to do most work myself. Ive been screwed over way too many times. My experience here was the best Ive ever had with any shop, ever. Went to fast lane and the customer service was amazing. The prices are reasonable and well worth the piece of mind, knowing Ford themselves are taking care you. They didnt pressure me into any other services. Great communication. Couldnt be happier. My truck is very happy as well. If I ever need a truck or future service, this is now my definite go to.
We had the best car buying experience. Jose got us into the perfect car. He was amazing and patient throughout the whole process. And we will definitely be coming to him to buy any of our future vehicles and recommending him to all of our friends. A week after buying the car it started having engine problems. However, after taking it back to the dealership Chase was extremely helpful and got it fixed it at no cost to us. We love this dealership and will definitely be back in the future.
