Went in there and their rep Dora was fantastic.She knew how to answer all my questions.Definitely ask for her when you go in. :)

I went in to store to look at phones. Had one in mind. I told them the online amount he said price is same, but in store the had an activation fee and sim card fee. So would be $538.00. He started to ring things up and activated new phone. Then said oh I was wrong it will be $50 more our price is more. I told him I would just by online. He said I couldnt do that cause since he activated phone and said I had to pay $50 to turn my old phone back on. Told him that was BS since the purchase was not final and he lied about price. Was in store for over an hour and customer service not anyone else would help so ended by phone at higher price. Never go to a booste store if your a customer. Buy online only.

First time iPhone user. I changed from an android to an iphone SE, what a challenge for me, but Nathaly the girl at the store made it so easy, she told me how to put everything to work and helped to get my app contacts. So far very happy with my phone and service.

I went and got a phone for my son he gave me a good deal on the phone gave me a 50 dollar plan a month and then when I had to pay my bill the following month come to find out he put me on a family plan which I didn’t need cause I only had the one phone, and they said there was another phone connected to my account and I asked what the number was and etc and they refused to tell me even though it was my account and wouldn’t fix anything so they can kiss my grits and told them to cancel my account and they refused to do that to but to this day my kid gets calls from odd numbers but his phone is supposed to be canceled. This company is not a good company to go through and I don’t know if anyone has had the same issue but it pisses me off like no other 🤬

I port in my number from metro pcs .. so thankful with this location they offer an amazing customer service very helpful and knowledgeable
