I love Krispy Kreme’s. However, this location is not the place to go if you need any filled doughnuts. The last time I went I didn’t get any cream in my cream-filled doughnuts. I thought it was a fluke, so I decided to get them again. I got lemon curd and some custard filled doughnuts. They’re not even 1/4 filled. And the small amount that is there is only on one side of the doughnut, rather than the middle. I could have just gotten some originals. I think I’ll be going elsewhere for my filled doughnuts.

I’ve stopped here twice in the last month and been really disappointed both times. The first time, I ordered one donut and the gal in the drive thru told me she gave me 2 because they had baked small. I really appreciated the gesture, but they were over fried and had little filling because they were so small. Not good at all.Yesterday we went thru the drive thru to get a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted for my son’s birthday and they messed that up too. Our “dozen” glazed only had 10. 😐 Our dozen assorted had several that were so small that our kids asked why we bought the minis. 👎🏻 We we’re using them to make a donut cake (where you stack them all up and throw a candle on top) and the little ones really threw everything off.There are lots of other great donut places around. I think we’re officially done with Krispy Kreme.

Ogden location was closed when they were supposed to be open. Called and they couldnt say when they would open. Drove to Layton to find the store closed and new permanent hours posted on the door. PLEASE UPDATE GOOGLE with your new hours. Mountain Donuts is highly recommended.

Layton location online ordering doesnt work. When calling you get a recorded message promoting ordering online, then talk to a person and are told online ordering is turned off, they arent taking pre-orders, and are only doing a first come first serve basis. Yet the Riverdale location is working. Sounds very disorganized.

The donut was definitely not Krispy. It was as smooth as an Alaskan baby whale. Mmmm

Struggle bus at this location. I ordered 2 Donuts that both had Chocolate Frosting. The frosting was watered down and disgusting and I got a small coffee instead of the medium I ordered.

Best place by far to go for an indulgent cheet day! The staff is friendly and inviting and patient when selecting. I would suggest to anyone who has not tried Krispy Kreme (if you have been living under a rock) to go when the red sign is illuminated. That indicates they are running that amazing donut🍩 machine and you can get dozens of the warm sweet soft goodness that is the best way to enjoy Krispy Kreme! 😉

I cannot tell you how many times I have told myself that This Krispy Kreme has the worst service I’ve ever experienced.. and every time I try to go back and give them one for chance I’m severely disappointed. I asked for a box so my doughnut wouldn’t be smashed, the child who served me assumed me it wouldn’t be smashed in the bag and that they didn’t have a box for my 3 purchased doughnuts. Sadly I will not be returning to this location EVER. The Krispy Kreme in Riverdale Utah is worth the drive, the staff and service there is one that you guys need to look up to, do not waste your time at this location especially if you need good looking doughnuts for an event

I love their donuts and many people live their coffee but the drive thru line has gotten so long it is not worth it to go. I understand they are under staffed but when we went there, I didnt see any signs saying they are hiring.

Usually we love Krispy Kreme, but this morning I drove there for nice fresh donuts, and when I got home, they were all stale. Gross. The kids didn’t even like them. Not even going to find out if this was a fluke thing, as there’s good, fresh donuts closer to home.

Their donuts are good - if they have any. This is the second time I’ve stopped in the last week to try their s’mores donuts - they didn’t have any either time and the second time they had no glazed donuts. Um, sorry, what do y’all have?

Its just ok... Last couple times Ive gone the wait is way too long. Doughnuts taste too much like oil and truthfully, theyre overpriced. Maple glazed taste just like regular glazed.

Truly a bad experience. Took FOREVER to get service, although the sign was showing hot donuts, they were not giving them out. And unless the rules changes recently (because I had my first one when I was 5...and Im in my 40s now), the clerk said they didnt do that anymore...the couple next to me chuckled and said They did last week! Bathrooms dirty, and the place could use a good cleaning. Will NOT be back to this location!

Love this place they make the best Donuts in town and also have great incentives for kids and teens with good grades

Donuts are good as always. But today they just didn’t have the variety they normally have. We tried to sit at a table so we could eat but they were dirty we had to clean her own. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirty and out of paper. They definitely need an adult working there to supervise these kids.

Frustrated. Sign on the building said, “Order on-line and avoid the drive through. I parked and ordered as suggested. After ordering, paying and waiting, I went to the door to find it locked. I called to find out about picking up my order only to be told I needed to go through the drive through to pick it up. Maybe the folks at Chick-fil-a should run their drive through.

Donuts are good. But customer service was incredibly awful. I got the eye roll when I want to order coffee. What??? Isnt that what you do sell coffee and donuts. Sorry Layton UT location not impressed!

This one is the worst. A lot of times they simply are not open. When they are, and if you read the reviews, the doughnuts are about 1/2 size. So they have either changed as a company or this store just sucks. Multiple complaints about it. Way too expensive for bad product. Its time to start supporting other doughnut shops. Layton is the Krusty Kream dohnut go here. Lol. Sorry. Couldnt help myself.

Was getting some of their Oreo donuts. The cashier at the window told me that a lot people have not been a fan of the Oreo glaze. She let us taste it before we purchased a dozen of them to make sure we liked it! Super sweet lady! Very very happy with the customer service!

Normally I love Krispy Kreme and their donuts, but today I stopped in the drive through, and the passed off these stale, extremely undersized glazed donuts and some weird chocolate glaze on the other dozen I picked up!! If I want stale donuts I will go to Dunkin! It may be a long time before I go back! Stale stale stale!!

Havent been to a Krispy Kreme in ages. Was craving it so I stopped by and got the custard filled one, it had about a nickel sized squirt of custard inside. For a $2 donuts that is just sad. Probably wont crave it again.

Save yourself the headache, anger, etc. go to Riverdale!Poor service & they rip you off. Specialty Dozen for $15.99 +tax & you only get 8 specialty doughnuts & 4 original glazed. Plus the 50/50 chance your doughnuts will be cooked all the way.ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO RIVERDALE!

They should say they close at 8:45 bc they ignored us and doors were locked. Disappointed. I come here rarely so definitely will not be returning.

My wife and I were watching tv when we had the sudden urge for Krispy Kreme. So I literally ran to put some shoes on and ran out the door to make sure I was there before closing. Showed up before closing to pick up a dozen glazed and the entire place is shut down. Very unhappy and quite dissatisfied.

Weve been looking forward to our box of Krispy Kreme donuts for our drive home for the last couple of days that weve been traveling, (we dont have a Krispy kremes where we live) only to find out that they close at 8:00 instead of 9:00 like its posted on Google. Please update your hours if thats true, or if the staff was lying because they just wanted to close early please talk to them.

Very disappointed!!! The store was closed, locked, drive-thru and lobby. The sign on the door said it was open until 10pm. It was 9pm. There was at least 8 workers inside baking, icing and boxing donuts, but they didnt come to the door and explain why they were closed 1 hour early. It was very frustrating!!!! Several other customers came while I was there and they were surprised it was locked up.

It was ok. They didnt have a lot of items and just didnt make other items. Probably due to low staffing (so the sign said but there were 3 people standing outside on break when I went there) but what they had was good.

Never open lately. Even double checked the website every time. Went in the middle of the day once and they were still closed! Don’t waste your time driving there like we have find somewhere else that actually likes to open. If it says they’re open they’re not.

Just don’t even bother here anymore. They’re hot sign is never on no matter what time of day you ride by. And on top of that they are out of original glazed at 8 o’clock in the morning on a Wednesday. Not sure how that’s even possible considering they’re never that busy.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer service. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes only to be told they were out of the Island Time dozen. Why have something on your menu, especially a special, and then not have enough of it? No signs saying they were out, just making people wait in line. Thanks for nothing Krispy Kreme and for wasting my time. You wont be getting my business ever again.

Love Krispy Kreme! I stop by this location every once a while when feelin’ festive or just plain happy and every time the people working there make the day even better. Was there today and the staff made me feel so special and just made my day great! Spread joy and happiness like these people and we would all have fantastic days!

Ive gone to this location twice in the last month and a half. Once at 8am and once at noon. Both times my donuts were cold. I can understand why they would be cold at noon on a Sunday but why am I rolling up at 8 am during the week and getting cold donuts? They also gave my the wrong specialty donuts that you have to pay extra for but I was working and couldnt go back so I had just wasted that money and didnt want the donut they gave me.

This location stated that it was open. Pulled in and lobby was closed. Had a sign that said drive thru only. Go to drive through and there is a come in the way that said closed for maintenance. Tried to call several times to see how long maintenance would be and no answer. If they were closed then they need to shut their lights off. Their hours stated that they should have been open. Seems to me like whoever was on shift didn’t want to work.

We went in with like thirty weird requests and they fulfilled all of them. i am of the opinion that krispy kreme donuts are overrated, but i firmly believe in my heart that the personnel here are angels sent from on high.

I love Crispy Creme donuts— maybe too much. I used to like taking the kids to watch the donuts go through the conveyor, but the dining room is currently closed due to COVID. My only complaint is that the non-glazed donuts tend to be a bit stale later in the day.

Donuts are always amazing, but I ordered and paid for a medium vanilla iced coffee and it was definitely a small, and NO ice! Don’t get the coffee here.

You can only use drive thru at this location...and that generally takes about 45 minutes. The staffing is terrible!! The service even worse.

I like this place a lot, they have been here for a long time, and I have many memories here. The hot sign is a plus, but unfortunately, they don’t have free donuts anymore. They could at least make it where you buy a donut you can get a glazed free. The donuts are expensive, I like to go here when I have a little extra change. They are good donuts though and the giant windows where you can see the donuts being made are fun for the kids.

Service was great. So was the coffee. Problem was, they seemed to be out of quite a few things. Chocolate glazed for one. The customer in front of me I could hear what seemed many more items were gone as well. At least they did have their regular glazed and cream filled.

Purchased on-line the two specials they are running today. The St. Patrick dozen and the Chocolate Glazed. When I arrive to pick them up I am informed that they don’t have any of the specials. So, why didn’t any one contact me to warn me instead of letting me drive down there for nothing. So it is not a wasted trip I’ substitute a dozen glazed and a refund for the other dozen. At the window she hands me two dozen. Oh, they have the chocolate ones. Fine. When I get home and open the box it is the wrong doughnuts. A call to the manager tells me that their machine is broken so no specials only substitutions. Again, a phone call would have fixed this and saved me a trip.

Dont order anything there that you might want, like the apple fritter, fruit filled donut or the original glazed donut cause they are probably out or the person that makes that donut didnt do it or the machine is broke.... so many excuses! Today at 11 am, I ordered three original glazed donuts and they were out of them. And the excuse for running out was because they forgot to make more. I think its time for new management.

It has happened several times, because I like Krispy Kreme, but I ordered several hours ahead of time, like 10 hours ahead of time. When I got there to pick them up, they were unavailable, and staff was rude and inconsiderate about not having my order and providing a refund for my order. Rude staff and didn’t have what I ordered.

Drove 30 minutes to Krispy Kreme’s and as we pulled up it was already closed. I even checked what time they close and it says 10:00! We should up at 9:10 and it was already closed and the drive through was blocked so no cars would go up to the window. I called multiple times and no one answered, I believe that if it says the closing time is 10:00 then they need to follow that because it’s not ok for us the customers to show up way before 10 and for it to already be closed. We weren’t the only ones there other people showed up and they were as confused as we were. This needs to be addressed or change the closing time to 9:00 instead of 10:00!

Once again I was given the wrong donuts. I need to stop coming obviously. Way too expensive to not get what you paid for

We pulled through the drive-thru for our order, and the associate, Jessica, was so helpful and got our order fast and efficient. She saw my Downs Syndrome brother in the back and sweetly offered him a free donut. She complimented his cowboy hat and wished us a great day. 10/10 would return just for the customer service!!

I dont know how this place has good reviews. Theyre always so slow!! If there are people in the dive thru line it will take you 30 minutes to get your doughnuts. How hard is it to put donuts in a box people???? Then after you wait 30mins in line... they are out of everything you want. So mismanaged in my opinion.

Had a frustrating experience through the drive thru. They were out of multiple types of donuts which I understand can happen; however, I asked for napkins and was told they didn’t have any. When I questioned them she said we just aren’t stocked up and she shrugged her shoulders. So on top of multiple types of donuts, they couldn’t take the time to go get napkins. Would have been nice if they prioritized customer requests.

This location is terrible. They are constantly shut down due to bad equipment. There hours are much later compared to other locations in Utah. For whatever reason the are not a participating location for Krispy Kreme specialty flavors. They have a very limited choice list for delivery or pick up on their app and doordash. They only allow delivery between 7am - 9am.

Went and got doughnuts but cold and meh. Tried a week later again and the building was closed for remodeling I assume.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts for delivery, one dozen for a friend’s birthday, and I paid extra for the specialty donuts, which I was charged for. The whole order was wrong. I would’ve rather cancelled the order if I’d have been notified that they ran out of the donuts I wanted.Also, the donuts I did receive didn’t taste fresh. Never again.

My favorite donut chain place! Always the best service and clean places. Donuts are always so light and fluffy and delicious!

Last night, we got in line in the drive thru at 735. The line took forever. Finally we got to the speaker where you order and no one was there. I waited there for another 5 minutes, so I assumed it was broken so I went to the window. Waited another 5 minutes and a girl came to the window and said they closed at 8. We were in line since 735. There was 6 or 8 cars in the drive thru behind us that also had no idea they had closed. Their customer service is garbage and it has been since day one.

If you like doughnuts, you will love these, just the smell will drive you there.

The doughnuts were good, however the service was awful. The cashier gave us attitude when we asked questions and while we paying. Would recommend a different location.

Great staff, starting with the management! I have seen them take care of minor issues with such class! Of course the hot and fresh doughnuts are unlike anything else out there! They are always having cool promotions, too like their recent lemon glazed original rings...mmmmmm!

We were in town seeing family and stopped by because where we live we dont have a Krispy Kreme. The person working that morning was outstanding. He gave us some of the best customer service I have ever had. I work in retail and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Outstanding performance we will be back next time we are in town.

The drive-thru had an incredibly long line, but the lobby was open. The location also offers online order and pick-up. The combined wait time wasnt any greater than 5 minutes. Would definitely come more often if it were closer to home.

Great quality! Nice a light feeling doughnuts. But they threw away the ugly ones in stead of throwing them on top in my box.

This location states they are open till 10pm but that is not the case. I pull up 30 minutes before they close and the lobby and drive thru are closed. I wouldn’t rely on their store hours because they seem to always close at least 30 minutes earlier than what is stated.

They are always friendly there. They seem happy to see you. They always have great coupons.

All I want is a custard donut. I’ve tried multiple different times of day and I am now fully convinced they just don’t put custard in them at all. Super disappointing.

Went to the drive-thru because the inside was closed apparently there was issues with the machines so theyre out of almost all their donuts but the girl Phenix at the drive-thru was super helpful and super nice and as always even though they didnt have the donuts we wanted the donuts we got were awesome.

Good donuts, ask for a mix and they got most of it right but a couple of them I got were ones I didnt want.

The donuts are great, the hot chocolate is amazing! The service if awful. Im not sure if theyve been understaffed...or...whats going on. But ordering online is a joke, they dont ever pick up the phone if you need help with a problem, we called a corporate number and they took 20 minutes to answer but at least they answered😂 Anyways. If its worth the donuts, go in person through the drive-thru, and only that way. Theres no guarantees and no help otherwise. Maybe its a small thing to be concerned about, but it sure is frustrating to have them invite you to order online and have them not be able to deliver correctly. Maybe its doordash🤷. Who knows? They wont answer the phone to tell me.

Donuts were fine but I placed an online order for 2 dozen donuts and only got one!! Tried to call the store for an hour and no one answered!!! Which is so annoying, this has happened multiple times where this store has failed to make things correct. Online is not helpful and does not offer alot of support to get problems fixed. Having to wait for over an hour is really irritating and always having the same store mess up everytime Is also annoying. Would not recommend at all.

Even though we had just eaten at IHOP, we had to stop at Krispy Kreme less than a block away when we saw the HOT light was on. Actual Krispy Kreme stores are hard to find in Utah any more.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the best tasting doughnut, hands down. They recently got rid of the free taste test, but in the end, it wont matter. They all taste great. Ive never not had a super good doughnut here. The neatest part is that they will stay fresh for up to 72 hours if you leave the doughnuts in the box. Absolutely worth the visit!

Passing through, just called this Krispy Kreme to see whether or not masks were required to come into the lobby. The reply was it is encouraged but not required. When we arrived ten minutes later the doors were locked, and there was a sign on the door saying lobby closed. When your broadcasting of social concern is more important then good customer service, we will just go elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed in my service today. I ordered a dozen doughnuts online (6 mars doughnuts and 6 glazed). When I got to the store, I had to wait 30 minutes for 4 cars, when I got to the menu to let them know about my order I didnt even hear from them for 5 minutes. When I did, they had a hard time finding my online order, but they finally asked me to come to the window. At the window I was informed that they were out of Mars doughnuts but would have more ready in 10 minutes. Since I still had to drop my daughter off at school, I told them I would have to return. The person kindly assured me that my order would be ready for me when I came back.When I came back I had the pleasure of waiting inside for another 15 minutes. I could see they were busy, but I could also see 2-3 employees just standing around at any given time. That confused me, because I had to wait 5 minutes just to have someone talk to me when I went through the drive through, and there was plainly a line of people in front of me waiting for someone to take their order. Most of the time there wasnt even anyone taking orders at the counter. When I finally got to the front of the line, they couldnt find my online order again and definitely didnt have my order ready like they said they would. They tried to get me to pay for the order again until I reminded them that I had already payed for it online.To top things off, when I actually had a chance to look at the doughnuts, the mars doughnuts looked rushed (no real surprise there) but several of them also looked like they had been crushed in someones hand. There were finger grooves all around the perimeter of the doughnut.I consider myself to be a patient person, I have been on the other side of a drive through window. I understand they were busy, and I know they cant control the fact that they cant sell doughnuts that arent ready. There are things that can always be controlled like customer service and decent communication. I didnt encounter an abundance of either of those during my experience today.

Messed up our delivery order and wont answer phone. Called 12 times yesterday, twice today nobody will answer. Update 08-16-2021, last 3 times we have tried to get donuts by delivery once and twice in person they had no donuts but glazed. Even at 11 am they only had very limited. BUT if I go to Riverdale or any other location they actually have donuts.

No walk in orders. Drive thru only. Be sure to check receipt. Charged for an extra dozen not ordered.
