Great service! My garage door bent and was unusable. A plus did their best to get my new door ASAP. Luckily they got it on about a week later. The installer was very kind and fast. He also taught me about maintenance and gave a me a bottle of silicone lubricant for all the hinges and springs.

We had been looking for garage doors, so when the spring on our current door broke we knew we had to get serious. We called several companies for bids. Michael Tryon from A Plus was remarkably knowledgeable about his products and very in tune with what we told him we were interested in. He was able to point out.things we didn’t know (like the fact that our current door was too small) and helped us with our weatherproofing needs. The fact that he understood his product so well made him stand out head and shoulders above the rest. He was never pushy, he listened and helped us with things we may not have considered otherwise. And to top it off, he was able to do a temporary fix on the broken spring to make our garage usable until our order came in. That was so unexpected, and a huge help as the weather is turning bad. If this company is as great as the service Michael has already provided, we will be their biggest fans!

Very quality product and I am very pleased with the outcome. Besides the product being great, these guys did everything they said. The wait time was about 8 weeks but that was expected. They told me the garage would be in by the middle of March and it was. They had me installed 1 week after it arrived. Very friendly and the installer arrived on time. Install took about 3.5 hours. If you are looking for a new garage, I would highly recommended A Plus Garage Door Repair.

Kasey was our technician. He gave great advice and was thorough and efficient servicing our garage doors. He replaced broken hardware on one door and did some maintainence on the other. Both are running great.

Our first experience with A Plus was having them fix the loaded spring that had broken. Did an excellent job and even added a tube up which made the opening and closing of the door much quieter. Then later, after the lower panel had gotten bent, they inspected it and said we’d only need the lower panel replaced instead of the whole thing. I appreciated their honesty. Friendly and knowledgeable and personable.

My new door is looking great. After weeks of waiting and rescheduling due to the pandemic the day arrived and I almost had to reschedule again. We had a death in the family and the funeral was scheduled in the middle of my appointment window. Kyle arrived early enough that I was able to give him access and let him get to work.
