I just picked up my vacuum from Vacuums360 and cannot say enough positive things about this store! Todd did the service work on my (very old) Simplicity vacuum and did fantastic work. Frankly, I do not understand why anyone would buy a vacuum from a big box store. The Simplicity product is fantastic and easily serviced (at very reasonable rates).While there, Opal took the time to educate me on SO MANY cleaning related tips and tricks. I just tried Vacuums360s cleaning products and I LOVE them! When I clean, I want quality products/tools that do the job well while protecting my home/furniture. (I dont want to spend time scrubbing!!)Love, love, love this store! (I went to the Layton store, but I believe they have a second location). I am customer for life.

I enjoyed working with Opel who provided good info on the vacuums, and we found one just right for us. Also included were a series of tuneups which is reassuring to keep the vacuum in good shape!I recommended Vacuum 360

My wife was tired of buying cheap vacuums mad from cheap plastic and she did some research. She sent me to Vacuums 360 to get something of quality. Opal helped me get the vacuum that my wife wanted and I was expecting to walk in, pay up, and get out. I was pleasantly surprised to get a full walk through about everything I needed to know! Customer service was great and not what I would have expected. Great job!

Vacuums 360 in Layton is great! I’ve been wanting a cordless (stick) vacuum for a while, but was overwhelmed by all the different brands and the models within some brands. We visited the Vacuums 360 store on Saturday, 10/16/21, to hopefully narrow it down. Opal at the Layton store was a real “gem” (pun intended). She was very low pressure and knowledgeable. With so much online shopping lately, it was refreshing to actually use the vacuum prior to purchasing. The service guy (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) was also super knowledgeable and both helped me make the decision to purchase the Miele Trifle. Excellent shopping experience. Thanks!

I went into vacuum360 bringing my vacuum in for my annual service. Todd greeted me very nicely and I told him I was in for my annual service but didn’t live close and I asked if he could service it while I waited and he said he would take it and get it done for me so I wouldn’t have to drive back in a couple of days. Todd then showed me the tile or floor cleaner and it looked like it would be awesome so I purchased it. Haven’t used it yet but excited to.

I had a Kirby and kept having belt issues. I had been there a couple times with the Kirby. Todd looked over it for while thought it was solved but it had more issues. He didnt charge me anything but the price for the belt. While there, I looked around. The employee Hanna helped me out the day I brought it. Then when I ended up needing a new vacuum. She was awesome! She spoke with me on the phone that day. She had still remembered me. And she went above and beyond to help me get a vacuum. If I need any more tips or tricks to a vacuum I know she will be there. Thanks HannaSorry for keeping you past your hours of time. But very much appreciated.Bonus: the vacuum is awesome!

Very disappointing service! I was a loyal customer for over 10 years until this week. Even with multiple messed up service experiences in September of last year and January of this year, I still remained faithful. However, The customer service provided by Todd was horrible! After requesting to speak with the store owner and not receiving a call back I continue to be disappointed. I will no longer shop with vacuum 360 or recommend the store to anyone in the future!

Purchased a Miele U1 Maverick at Layton location and for the price Im unhappy about the round dusting brush. Its a good vacuum but the dusting brush that comes with it is an important attachment. The brush is adjustable so that it can be angled or straight, but no matter what position the brush is in, it doesnt lock in place, so the head of the brush just spins, making it virtually useless. I expected better quality from a Miele vacuum. Also I was given a free box of the wrong sized dust bags, which was annoying.

I love my Oreck vacuum! I have used it for more than 20 years. It needed a new belt but I couldn’t get the bottom off. I took it into Vacuums360.The salesman there was able to remove the bottom, replace the belt and put in 5 new screws in the bottom. He was so helpful and I am happy with my vacuum that works! When the old thing finally gives up, I will go to Vacuums360 to purchase my new Oreck

Todd McCausland was very nice, very professional and helped me immediately. In just a few minutes he diagnosed the problem with my Bissell machine and I am able to fix it myself. His store is very neat and clean. I was very happy with my visit there and will go back in the future if need be.

Brought my vacuum cleaner in due to not working properly. It was immediately taken back to be looked at & an estimate to be given before I left. Instead he brought it back out to me & showed me what he had found that had it plugged up. I was able to take it back home with me! We bought an Orexk vacuum forever ago. Weve brought it in each year for a tune up - this year the handle was cracked. Todd said he would order one as part of the warranty but was unable to actually get one in. So they gave us a whole new vacuum!! Weve always had great luck at this location but this time they really hit it out of the park!

Discovered Vacuums 360 before it changed names. Used to take our Oreck for annual maintenance (still do) Eventually purchased a new product that was specific to having dogs that shed. The staff at Vacuums 360 has been professional and helpful all the time. They are very knowledgeable about the products they have. Demonstrations are key to knowing what is best for you and your home. Spending time learning options is very helpful. They carry several lines of top quality and rated vacuums. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vacuums so you can choose a vacuum that suits you specific needs. The vacuums are higher quality, so they cost more but they work better than the cheaper vacuums.

Our Dyson just decided to stop working after very little use. Here’s how my visit went with John and Todd at 360 Vacuum ....Them : Hi how can we help ?Me: “ My Dyson stopped working And was very hot to the touch !”Them: We think we know the problem Already ... just Flip it over like this, remove this Special clip Like this and yup see it’s jammed right Up in here so just remove the items blocking it and replace clip and you are good to go.Personable, seemed excited to fix the problem and super helpful. Brandon was awesome! I had no idea what I wanted to buy. He recommended a Riccar, which was a unknown brand to me. However, I trusted him and Im so glad that I did! I love hearing all of the dirt being picked up. As well as my carpet feels more fluffy than my previous (shark) vacuum left it.

Our vacuum totally died and they helped us find a new one that best fit our needs and budget. Chris helped us today but we’ve had our carpet cleaner tuned up by them as well and Brandon has helped us too. Both are super helpful and we appreciate the help they’ve given us.

Brandon and Chris went the extra mile yesterday to take care of our needs. We live an hour away from the store, so I called in advance about air purifiers. They didnt have any in stock, but offered to go to SLC to get some that day. When we arrived a couple of hours later, Brandon did a great job of explaining the purifiers to us. He then explained the importance of having an excellent vacuum to pick dust and dirt out of the carpet. So we ended up with a new vacuum as well as air purifiers. We are looking forward to having a cleaner home and fresher air!

Bought a new vacuum at Vacuum 360. We were going to buy another Oreck, but the manager also showed us another called Riccar. She said it was made in America and had a longer warranty and life expectancy than the Oreck so we bought the Riccar. The manager was nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience.

We have bought multiple Vacuums from this store over the last 8 years. Previous sales staff was amazing and made us want to come back. We were quoted $414 on a Oreck magnesium vacuum two days ago. The next day went back to purchase the Vacuum. The vacuum they claimed were new looked refurbished. They said a new shipment would be in today. My wife went to go pick up the vacuum and they told her they no longer could give her that price even though it was the price online. With my wife alone the sales rep wanted to raise the price $40. We will not be doing business or recommending this company again. Tried to shop local and ended up with a horrible experience.Buyer Beware.
