Angel was the best to work with and treated my truck repairs as if she was repairing her own truck! My truck was 11 months old and in excellent condition before my accident and I got it back from the repair facility in EXCELLANT condition! Very Happy and Satisfied!

June 2020 my car was run into (hit and run) in a parking lot. This is the paint job 16 months later. They said theyd fix it and return my car by the end of the day... I stopped it off before 8am. And called around 1:30 to make sure it was still going to be ready. It is now 7:30, no car, no one answers the phone and I doubt I can rent one this late. Use these incompetents at your peril.

I ran into a crate lying in the middle of the road on I-45 and had the passenger mirror on my 2016 Toyota Highlander replaced at this location. 2 months later the back cover along with a piece inside of the mirror fell off while I was driving. At this point I had moved to Round Rock, so I drove all the way back to League City to get the mirror fixed again. The staff at ProCare were very friendly and did a great job - I got my entire mirror replaced again for free under warranty and I only needed to spend one night in Houston. Definitely recommend this place for repairs!

Everyone here is so friendly! I took my car in because someone had hit my car. I took it in on a Monday and it was done by Wednesday the same week! It was such an easy process. I came, my rental car was already there and all I had to do was leave it there. Everyone was very informative when it came to what was going to happen, texting me to keep me updated and even when I came to get my car they went over what they did. I have to give a huge shoutout to a lady named ANGEL. She was the sweetest, more caring human being. Its not a fun situation when you have to take your car in from an accident and her personality just puts you in a better mood! Thank you ANGEL!! My husband dropped his truck off prior to the holidays for some minor repair work on the front of his vehicle. There was absolutely no communication from the shop for the 3 weeks that they had the truck. The shop did not complete all of the repairs. In fact, they caused new damage to the truck. When I dropped the truck off, there was damage from a minor fender bender to the front of the truck. When I picked it up, the truck had less damage in the front but also had additional scratches and dings on both sides, and peeled paint on the bumper. Its hard to say what they did to the truck while they had it. Dont go to this shop.

I was highly pleased with the service I received. My truck was repaired in a timely manner and I was informed daily as to the status/progress of the repairs. My truck looked great, handled great and drove great following the repairs. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this shop!

Everything was great with my repair but the two extra items that my advisor told me he would take care of was not completed. Touching up a scratch on the door and the removal of a small dent on the driver door. I know this was extra but he said he would take care of it. The work completed was great and they got my truck out of the shop on the day they promised.

I can not be any happier with my experience here, I had a minor fender bender which required the replacement of the front bumper cover, a fog light and a few other components, I dropped my truck off Thursday morning and it was ready the next day! They had to paint the bumper cover which I was a little concerned about the paint matching and sure enough the paint matches perfectly, the insurance had aftermarket parts on their estimate and they got everything from the dealer, they did not use any aftermarket parts on my truck, not to mention they completely detailed my truck! So I dropped my car off for a estimate and repairs on 2/10/2020. Since then I recieved phone calls and texts updating me about my car. My car was ready for pickup 2/17/2020 and looking great. Melissa and Jordan were great helping me with everything. Also the my car was super clean inside and out.

The guy did nothing that was asked of him. Do not take your car there they are only interested in the check they get from Geico. He didnt even fix what was wrong with the car. Do not go without the claims adjuster. It sucked!!!!

I’ve taken my cars there two previous times with wonderful results, so when my son had a scratch on his car, we went there first for an estimate on how much it would be to fix the scratch. Jordan was more than helpful and actually took care of the scratch right then and there in just a few minutes. When I asked him how much the repair would be, he replied that since it only took a few minutes to buff out the scratch, that it was on the house. My son and I were so surprised and happy! Excellent customer service, nice, clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks in the waiting room, and great results. We will continue to be Fogle customers.

The most horrible collision service I have ever had will never recommend to anyone. Truck was in body shop 3 weeks got out today 7/3/2020 wrong dodge 3500 sign put on it, truck was dirty and dusty they didnt detail it at all. Piss poor work done on my truck !!! JUST RE- CHECK TRUCK AGAIN TODAY ON 4TH OF JULY 2020 THEY PUT THE WRONG DOOR ON MY 2011 DODGE RAM TRUCK AND THE DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT WAS NOT REWIRED THE RIGHT WAY REPLACED LIGHT BULB STILL WONT COME ON WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER WHEN THEY RECIEVED TRUCK THE WORSE COLLISION SHOP EVER!!!!

This body shop went above and beyond for us. Even drove my car home and dropped it off. Granted, I live a couple miles away, but I couldn’t get to their shop before they closed and they were so generous and gracious. Very polite and easy to deal with.

I recently had to go through Fogle in League City to repair my car as I had been hit on my way to work! I was so frustrated by the whole situation, but Jordan at Fogle made everything about the situation better by keeping me informed and also getting my car back to me (in perfect condition) in a timely manner! Him and Michael were always so informative and really made sure to get my car back to working how it should! I would recommend this place to anyone if you need collision work on your car!

DESERVES NO STAR!! I chose this place because of the positive Google reviews, but I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Just realized when they took the piece off to fix something they broke the clip but they did not replace the clip that they broke they put glue on it. Now I have to keep popping it back in place. if they know they broke something why didnt they fix it before they gave it to me instead of putting some gummy glue on it? & I had to bring my car back because they didnt seal my window fully. When I drove you could hear the air blowing into the car like the window was down when it wasnt.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I had the pleasure of working with Angel and she was very thorough with her service to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely had my fair share of body shops but this one definitely takes the cake. Had a claim through my insurance with them to replace my trunk and they went above and beyond to get the vehicle done in a timely fashion and also cleaned it thoroughly before returning it. I didn’t except this so I left a few personal items in the back and while other shops typically don’t bother if there is so much as a napkin on the seat they placed them in a bad and cleaned it anyway! Definitely would use them again. Friendly staff all around!

My Mazda Dealer quoted me $1500 for a repair, I took to Fogle Collision Center for a inspection. They found nothing wrong and just need a alignment cost $60 dollars. Not only saved me over $1000, they cleaned my car, and it is spotless. Angel also touched paint on the minor scratch. Their honesty won my trust. They are going to be my repair shop now. I appreciate them very much.

Fogel Collision Center repaired my car after a major collision in 2015. Just this year (2020), I took it back because a place they painted was peeling. They repaired the paint at no cost under their warranty policy. They didnt question me and I didnt have to convince them to do the repair. They just looked at the car, and my paperwork, and agreed to the repair, which was completed in a week. They even threw in a free bottle of touch up paint (a six year old car, so I can use it).

God forbid you or your family is in a car accident, but if it happens count on Fogle to make it a little easier. Their team will take great care of your vehicle and keep you informed start to finish. The manager greeted me at the door and asked the most important question Is everyone okay? Once I dropped left their I knew I was in good hands. Customer service is key and Michael is leader that see your car comes back detailed and like new. Thank you Fogle for everything!!!!

A great experience with Bill Fogle.My truck was stolen (which was definitely not a great experience) and they made the difference .Michael Olivia the manager personally took care of me and went above and beyond the call of duty.The paint job was excellent and they worked with me, they are Accredited with All State (my insurance company) which cut down on the BS .Would also like to give a shout out to Tristan and all of the guys in paint and detail for there excellent work would definitely recommend them

The desk lady was very nice and polite. But after you get passed her the rest of the customer service is horrible. Rude and very unprofessional. I was looked down upon. All I did was ask for an estimate. I was very polite the whole time. Apparently that was a huge problem for them to do.. a big inconvenience for them. The first day I showed up to get an estimate they told me to make an appointment so I set one up with them for the next week. I showed up at my appointment and was asked why I was there. I told them Im there for an estimate that I was scheduled for. I was then told they are not doing any shop work today and they are not going to touch my car at all. Needless to say, I never got an estimate, wasted my time, took off work early for nothing.. so lost money in the process. I will never suggest this shop to anyone.

Fogle Collision Center is TERRIFIC! Ive had the unfortunate experience of getting into 2 front-end collisions in the past 12 months and both times Angel was my advisor and expert in the situation. She not only remembered me from my first accident, but took just as WONDERFUL care of me as before with daily updates and responses to my questions. Plus, my car was ready 8 days earlier than anticipated!!! I love this place and trust nobody else with my Sentra.

Super fast friendly service from the initial visit until the end. I got my 2019 White Honda Accord serviced on, from a collision that my car required a new front bumper, headlights, and inner exterior parts and repairs to the back bumper. The insurance company of the person whom damage my car wanted to use cost efficient use parts on my brand new car, but Fogle Reps made sure I got all new Honda parts on my car. After four days my 2019 Honda Accord looked like it had never been damage. All new Official Honda parts and custom pearl white paint was all appropriate. The service I received from Fogle was outstanding, they treated me with respect and listen to all my concerns and answered all my question, they ensure me that my car was in good hands and that they where Honda certified. They didn’t discriminate against me due to race, sex, or even age but as a value customer. I received updates through txt messages about the process and status of my car everyday. When they where finished with my car, not only did the clean and detailed the outside but also the inside of my car, I felt as if I was getting a new Honda Accord all over again. I can’t say it enough how amazing Michel and Everett and the entire Fogle Family were to me, even assisting with my rental car process. I definitely recommend their services to all.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service! Made an appointment and took my car there for one of there so called “free estimates.” Fogle agent didn’t even walk up to the car and survey the damage. Granted it was cold outside with a slight drizzle, but agent should have at least walked up to my car. Instead, the agent looked at my car parked in the parking lot from the front door of the office, and informed me from the top of her head, it was going to be about $3,000 - $4,000 worth of damage. Nothing written on paper, I guess that was their so called “free estimate.” By the way, this was the League City location. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back there.
