Amazing bagels, I would know I am very picky! But always made fresh and what I get every morning for breakfast! They have a wide variety of bagels which you can customize how you like your sandwich. Staff is always friendly!! You may have to wait a few minutes for your food but like k said its made fresh so its worth the wait!

Poor service at 7:40am on a Wednesday. They did not have breakfast bagels ready and I understand that. I asked if they will be making any. She said yes. I asked if she knew when they would be ready. She mumbled that she didnt know when someone else would be making them. This was not helpful at all. Communication in life is important. I hope in the future I get to change my review.

Theyre food is always made Friday and delicious. Josh is one of the best, attentive servers there is. So polite and always catering to the customers needs!

WWhile the service here is spectacular compared to the Bay Area Boulevard location,you should note that it is located inside of a UTMB Hospital and parking is difficult.

Service here is terrible, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the woman working there gave me so little cream cheese that it all melted before she even handed it to me. When I asked for more (because you know, I paid for it) she gave me a dirty look and attitude. Theyre stingy, unfriendly, and never open on time. The employees always seem like theyd rather be anywhere else.

I love this place they have good Bagels.
