They had a decent selection of items. This particular store was smaller than other party city locations that I have visited. We went to the store the day after Halloween so Im unsure if that might be the reason for the negative aspects. Most of the items were sold out and there was a lot of empty shelf space. The floor also looked pretty messy but not dirty. Just like no one has swept the floor all day.

This was a waste of time. They shouldnt even sell Halloween costumes, we went here and the walls was all bare. I thought we was gonna get a jump on costumes before 10/31 (we went in Sept). They also no longer do the wall of costume for kids, think Ill stick to Amazon or Spirit Halloween place. At least they are stocked

I was looking for some decorations, and I was having some issues finding what I needed and the Manger Raquel was so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. She is amazing, better management then pervious.

Awesome experience!!We where assisted by Logan, we’re looking for a Gender Reveal Balloons filled with Confetti. We gave Logan the envelope revealing the Gender and in matter of a few mins he had it all set for us.

Amazing customer service. I placed an online order and went to go pick it up (even though I knew it was too soon) and sure enough they didn’t have the product I ordered. Instead of simply saying “we’re out” the young cashier went looking for the product anyways and came back, hands full of other options. The manager also walked me over to the section this particular product is usually at and did the same. I was in a rush and appreciate their help very much. They saved the party!

If I ever have to find party supplies I will go somewhere else next time. This service was next to rude and miserable. No sense of urgency no product knowledge.my story was I asked for a particular theme and they told me they had no product for it and I found several products myself. then at checkout there was a customer with an entire shopping cart full of party supplies in one cashier and I asked if there was another cashier available and they told me no so I found another employee in the store and ask them if they could check me out and ask they walked to the front and saw that there was a cashier they said just wait in line. I almost walked out at that point but I was already there and had already spent 30 minutes shopping so I finished my transaction but will never return thank you party City for not being consistent across your store locations.

This location is pretty small, but the issue I have is the inventory is lacking. Ive gone in several times and lots of empty shelves in the Birthday candle and Numbers area. The staff needs to be more aware of Clients standing in line and calling for backup instead of ignoring people.

Place was full with late Halloween customers like me! Red headed lady helped us and was very helpful. Other lady at the register was arguing with a coworker, totally unprofessional but seeing how some customers are rude to workers at the store I totally understand the frustration they might feel.

Website claimed the store had items in stock that the store did not have. I drove excessive distance south from my home to this location. The store said they had no control over the website updates. Get it fixed, corporate. I feel like I should be reimbursed for the waste in gasoline.

Nice selection of party decor & a few seasonal items; a lot of the store with bare shelves (said they were preparing for holiday items - I would strongly suggest they accomplish this when the store is closed, not during business hours). More staff needed to help shoppers & decrease checkout time.

It was so nice I did not know what to be for Halloween until I thought of little red riding hood so I went to party city to get my costume and while I was looking I saw all these other ideas for costumes next year and great decor for Halloween! I think Party City has everything.

I pre-ordered balloons for my daughters birthday party from here. I was scheduled to pick them up at 10:30, didnt get there until about 10:45 and they didnt have them ready. When I asked about them everyone started passing me around and even the girls who helped me 3 days before wouldnt make eye contact. It took them 25 minutes to make it right and blow up my order... to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Staff was very friendly and patient. Will be back. Help me find something to wear for Halloween!

The employee at the register had her mask under her nose and the man in front of me in line had his mask on his CHIN.....not covering his mouth OR nose. Nice job, Party City 😡

Great selection

The lady I ordered from said they come in early before the store opens to get balloon orders ready. My order was for 1 pm and they didnt have my order ready when I arrived shortly thereafter. They hadnt even started my order when I got there, they were working other orders, and I didnt have time to wait for who knows how long. They couldnt tell me when my order would be ready. I had to just get a refund and have my daughters first birthday party without balloons.

Very clean and great staff! Especially since it was week of Halloween they had gotten us taken care of quick and wasnt stressful!

Great shop to find little fun things you never knew you needed. Go here before your next birthday or really any kind of gathering. I got a bunch of deputy badges and deputized everyone at work on go Texan day.

It was terrible!! It was not busy when we went (14:30) and the front person saw us standing by the balloons and she would walk towards us then stop and ring someone who just walked up. Not say on thing to us. So we went around searching for help found two employees in back talking while putting up merchandise. Knowing we were asking so many questions but, didnt bahoove them to stop and help us, we kept going back and forth to ask questions. And we were there to buy balloons for my grandsons graveside. So we just had enough and left!!!!! Needless to say we are not going back to that store!!!!!

You can have a store stocked full of all different kinds of things, but who cares when the staff is apathetic. If you spend the time to hire employees, then please train them to be customer service focused. Your location is great, youre stocked full, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Im not so much disappointed at the place itself, but the product. I purchased balloons for a bday party. I got them the night before and by the next day those balloons were already dead. Wast of money and time. The sevice here is ok. Not really good customer service, but I experience the same level at any other party city location, so I guess its across the board.

The staff here are young and not trained well. You can tell theyre overworked and stressed out. The head manager here is rude to customers and refuses to come up to the front to resolve issues and leave his employees to take all the blame and back-lash. This clearly makes them look unprofessional and ignorant. I was trying to check out and there was a pile up in the line, the other employees on the floor just kept walking by and ignoring the us completely. It definitely seems as if they were trying their utmost to keep from going to the front and lend a helping hand. I worked retail a few years back, I get it. But its your job to be attentive to customers and their needs and to ignore a long line with one cashier juggling so much is just horrible. The young cashier looked flustered and overwhelmed. She had to answer phones and juggle the line and customers wanting balloons. They are out of helium atm so she had to deal with an angry womans ranting. I tried not to make a big deal out of it since I could just go to the dollar store, they do balloons. Although the store has a great selection I wont be shopping at this location again due to the horrible customer service. One star because the store is cleaner than others I have been to.

I recommend shopping at this store for outfits, masks, and even candy for Halloween. Or just simply the candy. Its a fun place to go and look around. Like i said, from costumes, candy, party supplies, and even toys.

Use to love this place until I met the manager just now. I didnt get he name but the very large manger women with the glasses needs to take a customer service class because she is probably one of the most rude people Ive ever met. I refuse to come back here because of her and its less than a mile from my house.

Cannot make change. Cashier, who claimed he was manager, could not make change because he had no quarters. He had dimes, nickels and pennies.Tried to pay cash with exact change and a twenty but then he wasnt sure I was giving him the rightAmount.

Its a good place to find wedding items or other party items. But to special order things, not so good. I special ordered napkins for my daughters wedding and it took months, they didnt communicate with me until I started harrassing them, and I almost didnt get them in time.

Could be just the morning, and this is based on my experience for this visit. Poor customer service, never greeted by anyone. Cashier sighs to her register not where I’m standing and looks at me like I’m supposed to know to move over. I let her know none of their lights are on so no clear indication where I’m supposed to go. She says NOTHING! Let her know I have a return and calls someone but never tells me what she’s doing, why we are waiting and keeps sighing like she hates her job. Manager, assuming that’s who she was, shows up and never acknowledged me or asked why I was returning item. Overall, just poor customer service.

Went there twice today. Both times experienced poor customer service at this particular store. Had trouble getting help the first time time. Two managers walked by me several times and did not offer assistance. I finally was able to get them to stop to answer if they carried something, which they did not. I asked about another store and I was told to call them myself, which I get I a, capable, but good customer service wouldve done that for me then. When I did call the Webster store, they went to physically made sure they had what I was looking for, before I drove to the store. At the Webster store, I was encouraged to make an appt. to have the balloons blown up back at the League City store. I tried, but didnt have balloons with me so the LC store wouldnt let me make the appointment to have them blown up.

Selling balloons with no helium and telling you to take it to the grocery store. come to find out its against most grocery stores policy to fill up balloons from other stores. the lady at the grocery store said they have spoken with party city numerous times about misleading customers but they continue to do it

Great store, they had a theft problem with a drug addict manager christopher garner glad they got rid of him. Store looks and ran much better with his departure.

The staff was very rude and short patience. Charged my card for one transaction twice, and tried to deny it as pending when I showed them that it clearly was already deducted from my account.

Lots of store associates asked if I needed help and check out was pretty quick. Unfortunately my balloon order was wrong when I went to pick it up, but they did fix it right away. While I was getting my balloon order the lady next to me asked for her balloons and they didnt have her order ready, nor did they have any idea where her order sheet was. Very unprofessional.

I baught New years decor on new years eve 1 hr nefore they closed. It was for my nurses as i am thier charge. Bringing the new year at the hospital for the staff and patients, is not fun so I thought would lift thier spirits however we did have time to open the package. and i attempted to return the pack the next day n the they stated that i could not re mk hi hi hin the items i bought because they are holiday. I took several pics of the things I bought still setting on the shelf show to management the merchandise wouldnt have sold anyway.
