Limited inventory levels on many products. Attention to customers should be addressed & improved.Waited over 12mins while employee carried on a quasi personal conversation. Considering i had only 1-item to purchase.Will not recommend nor return to same location

I dont usually write reviews but i had to praise kylee who works at sally 2920 gulf freeway. She is amazing!! She has alot of knowledge on the color products and she has exceeded customer service. My hair came out great! And kylee educated me on color. And she is so sweet and has a friendly personality. Thanks kylee.
My girlfriend and I shop at this location League City 646. Every time we’ve been in we’ve had nothing but fantastic service. They have a great guy section so while my girlfriend spends an hour looking I have an area where I can look. The staff has always been super nice and very Helpful.
Used to have really bad luck and customer service here, but today, the manager Ann was very sweet and helpful!
Ann at the League City Sally’s is AMAZING! She was very helpful in finding the right shampoo and hairspray for my type of hair. She knows her stuff. My lifeless hair now has body and looks so much fuller. Thank you Ann for your expert advice!!!!!
Mia the store manager is very knowledgeable. She helped me so much with my grey hair. She also was excellent at multitasking with everyone coming in and needing to check out. If you ever have any question I highly recommend Mia @ the Dickinson / League City location.
Just had a very bad experience here and I know it’s from miscommunication with their sister store in Galveston. I bought some clip on extensions at the Galveston store and I realized when I got home that they were too dark. I’m leaving tomorrow for my wedding and that’s the sole purpose why I need them. The other lady even mentioned that I could return them if I didn’t open them. Unlike the razors and clippers, there is no visible sign that says that there are sales final. So when I realized they were too dark, I drove to my local Sallys to see if I could exchange them. I bought the extensions at 6:17 PM and I was at their store at 7:45. So besides the commute and maybe unloading things from my car, the extensions never left my car. There was literally not even time to wear them or do anything. I explained this to the person and there was like not even an ounce of understanding. She called her manager and it was even worse, she kept asking her if I had left like just trying to shut the whole thing down. I was like no one said that there are sales final and by the time she tried to show me. Only a few sew ins that were here and there, a maximum of 6 had something that said Sales Final in a tiny circle. I was like really? She’s all patronizing me with her comments and just being plain insensitive about it. I totally understand that these shouldn’t be returned but good lord, I’ve only had them for 2 hours and most of it was spent in my car. I explained to her how important it was, she was just like “Just make them highlights!” “Come on! You can google it!” “It shouldn’t be that hard.” “Your hair is so dark, no one will see it” I was like you really don’t have the proper advertisement about this and it’s not on the receipt like most stores would advertise final sales. I didn’t want my money back, just something that I could use for my wedding day, even if I had to pay the difference with an up charge. It was just very disappointing.
Been trying for over a week to order items from sally beauty supply for curbside pickup and nobody will EVER answer the phone all I get is a busy signal
Had an awesome experience! My situation was unique so I had to call in for a phone consultation (with Raven). He was very helpful. He made sure to have everything available for my husband to pick up. My husband even commented on how diligent he was in insuring all applicable savings were applied. Im lucky to have a store near me with such wonderful employees employed. Thanks Raven! ;-)
The manager was extremely rude and obnoxious while handling my return with a receipt. She didnt want to do the return because it was from a different location. After my transaction was complete she walked away and thought I had left the store. I had went down another isle and as she was checking out the next guest she was talking about me to the other guest. Unprofessional on so many levels.New employee Shawnee was so nice and professional. Hmmm? Maybe she should be the manager.
Love this location every time I go in there they have my favorite natural hair products on sale and the staff are very helpful and friendly
These crooks totally ripped me off on an expensive clipper. Avoid this place.

Lady yelled WELCOME TO SALLYS as I walked in. Door is 4 ft from the counter where she was. Tone it down. Geez. I dont have enough time to finish my review, so just be wary that customer service isnt great here, but they do have good stock.
