Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. We own a very large charter company in Galveston and had the owner of Can’t Do come out to quote us for various upholstery replacements, T-Tops, and more. He put a timeline of 2 weeks on the project. At the two week mark, we called for an update. Empty promise after empty promise. Ignored calls and texts for the next month and a half until finally I got ahold of them. “I can have it ready by next week but need to come out and RETAKE ALL THE MEASUREMENTS”. (Meaning NONE of the work was actually even started in the first place! Finally today, over 3 months later, I came to their physical address and picked up one of the items out of the 12 that was promised 3 months ago and canceled the rest of the order. Instead of offering me a discount on the one item that was ready, they tried to charge me more than originally quoted. Absolutely unbelievable. We DO NOT recommend doing business with this company. 1 Star because it’s the lowest I can select.

If there were zero stars, it would be CANT DO canvas. Empty promises back and forth for 5 months now. When we were told it was almost done, we said great bring it.... then they texted they would need to come re-measure.... what? Prices change on the daily.

Ive seen this companys business for almost 2 decades now and their work is amazing!! They are down to earth people and do really good business. They CAN and DO get the job done!!!

Absolutely best Absolutely work ive ever seen.

I dropped off 2 small pontoon boat seats to fix a small tear in the seam (The front attachment seats). I was quoted $200 for both of them which they said entailed having to re-stitch the entire seat since the other threads were dry rotted as well. When I received them back apx 1 week later only the small tear was re-stitched and it looked like a 5 year old did it. There was still dirt and mud in the other seams so I knew those were not touched. This company came highly recommended but I will never take anything back to them, I am still in shock that such a small job took so long and practically nothing was done. Im having them redone again this week at another place.

They did some curtains for my patio. The job was done on time...For the agreed upon price...And the quality was amazing. Business like its supposed to be done. They even fixed a problem that I created, smiled and did not charge me for the correction. THANK YOU DARYL AND CINDY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped my stuff off 3.5 months before needing the finished product. Was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. I called every other week for an update and was told we are about to start on it every time. The week before I needed it I told them i can NO longer do this waiting, and I needed it ON FRIDAY. It wasnt ready on Friday. It also wasnt done the way I asked it it to be done. (he had to re-use hardware, when I was told that wouldnt be necessary). I even left patterns, and provided all materials. Overall, the work was decent, but the bottom line is, 3.5 months waiting for something, then getting it a day later than i NEEDED it, is absolute nonsense. I will never return to this business, nor will I ever promote it to another person. Awful.
