They have a very large selection of shoes. Place is clean and its easy to find shoes. The cashier is just so slow it literally took him 5 mins to check out per person, Idk if he was going slow on purpose or what. I was really tempted to just leave my 4 pairs of shoes and bring my kids to the mall to get their school school. My sons did find a really good selection of dino verse, he had 4 styles to choose from.

I love this store for all my flip-flops and other shoes too. Friendly and helpful staff make this one of my go to locations. Prices arent bad either. Rewards are a bonus.

Very casual No pushing people. They have a lot in stock just not in the sizes I was looking for. We did find a pair of Nikes though

I usually do not leave bad reviews but this situation pushed me in that direction. The manager was making announcements over a microphone for the store while I waited over 15 to get waited on at the register. When I went to checkout there were 4 people ahead of me and a cashier taking her time to to clear the line. The manager should have come over to help her and open another register but he didn’t. I waited to get to the register and while I was there a lady with a very young baby was behind me holding her child and a box of shoes also. The manager finally realized that the mother behind me was having trouble with the child so he took her box and put it behind the counter and told the clerk it was for the lady with the baby. Why didn’t he check her out I would not have cared. But he went back to his mike to make his announcements. Poor CS take care of the people in line please. They are YOUR customers.

I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to exchange a pair of shoes. The manager refused to assist with checking out. The customer before me wanted to check prices and negotiate price...fine but I asked the manager to check me out she said no. If I hadn’t already spent my money I would of walked out... won’t ever go back

Bought a pair of non-slip work shoes from here when I first moved to the area. Was very fortunate to find my size (mens 14), despite the fact that the selection of mens was somewhat limited in that area (as to be expected, coming from experience). Sure women would love this place, considering the affordability and location within multiple businesses. Would shop here again but where I work has their own exclusive work shoe company that we can buy via online or phone and they take payments. Otherwise, I would purchase my work shoes here. Decent store!

They have a good selection of shoes. Theres just not a whole lot in the department of assistance. Thats fine, except when trying to find shoes for my 17 year old daughter who has to buy mens shoes because most stores dont carry size 10W in womens shoes. Its a good store. My family and I have shopped there years.

Found a pair of shoes I loved. The lady would not sell them to me because the size inside was marked differently. She admitted the shoes were the same size and it must be a misprint. We looked at all the shoes and they were all matched up so the was sent to the store like this, miss marked. There was no other size that fit me... but the lady refused to sell me the shoes. I told her that was the only pair I liked and she told me I guess you are done shopping here then.... which I found very rude. I was being nice about the situation but she had some sort of issue with me for whatever reason. I felt like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me for whatever reason. Shoe Carnivals loss. I will never return.

Was not greeted or asked by any associate if I needed anything. Cashier was rude about the BOGO saying that the jazz shoes aren’t included. Which they were and had a sign. Luckily I only had to shop here to get jazz shoes. Will stick to other stores that provide better customer service.

Customer service does not exist here, nobody knew anything nobody was helpful at all.

Theres a great shoe sale going on. Buy 1 get 1 half off! I got a pair of Skechers(sp) for me and a pair of Nikes for the granddaughter for $90! The customer service was awesome! I wish I gotten her name. She even had to work on on the gumball machine (which isnt theirs) for my granddaughter to get a gumball.High five to the young lady cashier today!!
