Amazing customer service! Ruby is so helpful and will make sure you leave with the perfect dress for you! It’s hard to find modest dresses nowadays, and she made sure my daughter’s pick was altered perfectly. Dress Galaxy will be the first place we go from now on!

Dress Galaxy is the best place to go for a variety of styles to choose from and great on price. Ruby and Helen assure you that alterations will make it right even if you get a dress 2 to 10 sizes better than your actual size. They did a beautiful job altering my daughter’s prom dress. My only complaint is the guy answering the phone who doesn’t give them proper messages, but everything else was fine. We will return if they offer bridal in the future.

I came here looking for a prom dress and I was 100% pleased!! The ladies were extremely helpful and made the prom dress shopping process very exciting with an entire red stage for you to walk on. They also have a person on spot for alterations and were extremely reasonable price wise. I ended up saying yes to a dress and I got to ring a bell saying “I said yes to the dress”. Finally they have you write down your school name to insure that another girl will not have the same dress as you. They don’t sell the same dress to multiple girls and I love that!! I would 100% recommend this place for any type of formal wear.

As a plus size bride I really struggled to find a wedding dress that I loved that didnt make me feel frumpy. Until I went to Dress Galaxy. Ruby really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and helped me custom make the dress of my dreams without breaking the budget.

Great staff and good selection of dresses. They could use more employees helping customers out on the floor. There was only one lady working the floor. She was wonderful but she was darting back and forth constantly.

I bought my wedding dress here and it was perfect! One small alteration had to be made but was done overnight so I could pick up next morning! Very friendly and very professional! Every dress shopping experience at Dress Galaxy has been wonderful. We’ve bought beautiful gowns for prom, military ball, and even wedding at Dress Galaxy. When walking in the door, we’re welcomed and taken care of from the beginning to the end. I always recommend Dress Galaxy those that need a dress for their special occasions.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had in a store before. The owner Ruby is very unprofessional and acted like she had never sold or altered a dress before. I came in on March 24 and bought my dress and was promised that it would be done with alterations two weeks later. After two weeks I called to see if my dress was ready (it wasn’t) and they kept saying that they would call me when it was. Finally on May 11th I got a text saying “dress is ready”. On the 15th I was so excited to go pick up the beautiful dress I fell in love with nearly two months ago. Having already paid $146 for the alterations over the phone I was hoping to go in, try it on and happily take it home. But when Ruby handed me the dress I immediately asked why there was a panel of thick fabric where mesh was supposed to be in the cleavage area. Noting that the neckline of my dress is a deep v, the panel defeated this whole purpose. I was never notified that they were going to do this. Especially because they told me they were putting in mesh, you could imagine my confusion when they made this unauthorized alteration. She then tried to justify why the panel was put there, saying that “it looked better this way”. If i wanted my dress to completely cover my chest I wouldn’t have bought the one I did. She just kept spouting out information like how she was so overworked and how she was telling her seamstresses that “ it doesn’t matter just do it” and that they just need to get them done. I may not know much about selling and altering dresses but if you’re to “overworked” and stressed about not being able to finish a large amount of dresses in such a short amount of time then you shouldn’t take on the amount of work that you do. But also they should prioritize their work around customers whom already bought their dresses and should do alterations as they come in, not by what date they need it by. But here I am a few days before my prom having to deal with and worry about problems that most likely wouldn’t have occurred if my dress was done when that said it would be. I would absolutely NEVER go back here and NEVER refer anyone to this place so please SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and go somewhere else!

Excellent customer service and selection! My daughter found the prom dress of her dreams and they were able to alter it to what we desired. I would return a million times over. They are the best!

The selection of dresses and prices were excellent. Sizes ranged from 00 to size 22 with lots of choices in cut, style, and color. The consultants were also extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend Dress Galaxy for any special occasion dress.

We were here prom dress shopping with my daughter. They have a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Definitely worth a stop if youre looking for a formal gown. Our sales associate Helen was very attentive and very sweet.

I got my 8th grade dance dress here and also my junior prom dress, Ruby and the girls working there were so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress and getting the alterations I needed. Due to covid I couldn’t attend my junior prom but was going to use the same dress for my senior prom, but I had gained a little weight since then and needed it altered very last minute and they took my dress in to fix it with pleasure! If looking for a prom dress definitely come to Dress Galaxy, you won’t regret it!

Just to give everyone a heads up whatever you do I would not waste my time or money @ this store. The bridesmaid dress that my daughter received from them for a wedding was not fitted a couple of the bridesmaid were just handed their dresses & walked to the door to leave .They were not allowed to try the dresses on to see if their fit.They took them home & tried them on & found that the bust was to big plus the length was way to long. They were poorly made So I WOULD NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR Time OR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED &WILL HAVE to Spend more money to fix their mess up. If I could of given a zero star I wouldve

Worst store EVER. DONT NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. owners are money hungry and ruin your dress. awful AWFUL AWFUL customer service. all they do is make excuses and NEVER apologize for their mistakes.ALSO they tried to make us pay for a mask that looks like a 2nd grader played with a glue stick.

I came in with no appointment at 4pm on a Wednesday and I was lucky they werent very busy when I first arrived! Ruby introduced herself and immediately made me feel welcome. Like most women, I have my insecurities but I felt like she listened to what I thought I wanted and she recognized when I found the right style, even when I didnt 100% know it myself. This was the best dress shopping experience Ive ever had... including wedding dress shopping! Ill be back!

The owner helped my daughter personally and she was so attentive and made my daughter feel special. So many gorgeous dresses!! As soon as we walked into the stores the owner welcomed us with a smile on her face ready to help my daughter find a dress. They have a beautiful runway and mirrors to where you can really see your beautiful gown in lights. Would 100% recommend this store my daughter loved her prom dress. Me, my sister and two other people went to the store to look at dresses. We had tried on 2 dresses when the owner told us she had to move the lady who was helping us to another group and we were like whatever we can try them on by ourselves no big deal. Then she started to rush us to get out of the dressing rooms and she walked in while I was still shirtless and told me to get the dress I just took off up of the floor so I picked it up and she proceeded to Stand there with the door wide open and me shirtless while she ripped the dress out of my hand and even after she took it out of my hand she proceeded to hold the door open. My friend finally forced her to close the door and got mad and walked off. We left very angry and without the dress one of us really wanted.

My friend was paying off a dress that she had her mind set on and they sold it to another girl at our school. they told her to pick another dress. they won’t give her the money back. she also paid to get it altered and won’t give her the money back for that either. don’t buy your dress here they will screw you over. my friend is so heart broken and has been crying all day. i wish i could give this zero stars....

The staff is so kind and willing to help. I went to so many different stores and none had the dress I had envisioned until I went here. I am so happy that I said yes to the dress at Dress Galaxy. I even drove an hour to get there and I still think it was totally worth it.

People were very wonderful, dresses were reasonably affordable and mine was completely original. They work with you on a payment plan and give great discounts. She made me and my best friend feel very comfortable in our skin and she made her insecurities seem minimal. I love this place and will be coming back again for all my dressing needs

There’s so many dresses there that the options were limitless. After looking at over a dozen stores I randomly decided to visit Dress Galaxy. I found my perfect prom dress and I fell in love with it. The owners are so nice and they also have an in house alteration that they do themselves so if your dress has any flaws or you want to change the style you can easy get it done in a week, depending on how entricate you want to change it.Overall if you’re looking for any dress for a formal occasion go here for some gorgeous dresses.

I chose a dress for prom, very nice ✨ Many dresses to choose from and in any color.

Javitz (dont know if I’m spelling that right) and his wife Ruby are amazing! I went in to the shop in May after doing a search online for a bridesmaid dress for my cousin’s wedding! The wedding is in NY so I didnt want to order it there and not be able to try it on. All the employees were amazing, the ladies took their time helping me look to see if they had the dress in stock and then Javitz ordered it for me. The dress came in a few days after his estimated time. I went in and tried it on and it needed to be taken in. Ruby was not there that day so she called me when she returned and told me to come in. They were patient with me as my work schedule was hectic. Ruby did the initial alteration assessment then I went in a week later to pick up the dress and it was PERFECT !!

The place was organized, the owner was rude, the young lady working with me was great but she was made work with about 5 other customers while other employees were just sitting around gossiping.The customer service with getting prices and questions answered were horrible.Im very disappointed and would rather buy my dress from cynthias. At least there your helped properly and treated like family.

Okay so I shouldnt have rented a tux from this place and recommend others to rent elsewhere. They are unorganized. Promised something they could not deliver and didnt even bother to inform me until 2 days before prom when we showed up to get the tux. my final payment was less than it should have been. (Come to find out they ordered the wrong one) When my son tried it on at home it didnt fit. The jacket was huge and falling off of him. Too short notice to even complain. I will never shop there again.
