I had a really bad experience at this store on 5/19/2021.Here is my story.... I am an contractor and I bought a water heater at Home Depot in Missouri City on the same day morning. my customrs house is located in Texas City. By the time I arrived there, I found the water heater I bought was damaged. So I took it to the nearby Home Depot which is this store. I explained what happened and tried to exchange it with a new water heater. but the service person in this store told me that I couldnt exchange or return in their store. I told him that I came from Missouri City which is one hour away. Its going to waste me too much time if I go back to exchange it. also I took a small car with me that day. no matter how I explained, they just dont want to give me any chance to exchange or return it. they said I have to go Missouri City store to return it. I dont have a choice. so I bought a new one from their store and had a very difficult time to put in my small car..... now I have two water heaters in my car.... on a rainny day .....Then in the evening, I brought the first water heater to the store in Missouri City. their staff was supper nice and told me that I should have be allowed to exchange or return the bad water heater in any store of Home Depot. I feel very bad at that time. I couldnt forget how helpless that time I felt which caused me come here to put a review.
Very busy Home Depot...staff very helpful and knowledgeable
This is my home store. I own a local cabinet company, and I end up here 4-5 times a week. Im usually at a home depot, somewhere around Houston/Galveston areas everyday. The League City store has the absolute best Pro desk team. Even the cashiers by the Pro desk are awesome. Especially, Aggie! Seeing her smile when I walk in the store at 6:15am brightens my day. Cant say enough about the pro desk guys and gals. I go out of my way to order materials and ask my questions from their store. Even when there are stores closer to the job site Im on that day. Thanks, yall. I guess I should try harder to learn their names... I would give them 5 stars, but I have an issue with the idiots that use the loading zone as a personal parking spot. Its not necessary to park there if you are running in to pick up a garden hose, or a couple swith covers. Probably not their job, but someone needs to address that issue.
Had a great experience last weekend at this location! Remodeling my house, I had 2 hours worth of shopping in 3 carts, once I was ready to check out. The pro desk handled the complex transaction with professionalism and care, even after they had to manually re-enter every items UPC # by hand. Its great to know that customer service is alive and well at the Home Depot in League City, TX! Thanks Cynthia for being so great to work with!
Good luck getting any help in this store. Ive been here on multiple occasions trying to get some window blinds cut. Ive asked for help, they have called for help over the intercom, I flag people down walking by. Apparently nobody is qualified in this store to help with window treatments.
Contractor desk was slow and understaffed
