I remember taking my truck to Discount car stereo 3 years ago to install a new stereo system, they did such a bad job that I had to get three installation done in one week they damaged my dashboard system I would have gave them a negative five stars if I could. However, nevertheless I taken my truck to Car Tunes to get my stereo system reset because it wouldnt reset due to the park brake release not working properly, to make a long story short these guys is professional and knows what they are doing i would in my own experience highly recommend car tunes.

Great install on our Jeep. Just needed some extra bass added to the factory system. Car Tunes added our Kicker sub amp L3 sub to the factory system. The attention to detail was great. Clean wiring, small custom risers to keep the amp dry in case the floor got wet and a great stealth install. Didn’t oversell us in unnecessary equipment and fair pricing on wiring and parts.

Everything about my experience here was great!! Pedro was Extremely helpful in every area, super flexible with my needs (I ended up changing my choice of stereo twice because of my indecisive self 😆) Explained even the tiniest detail of all the work that was being done on the installation, broke down the pricing in a way I could easily understand, walked me through all my options and even gave some of his own recommendations. My son got a new-to-him 2007 camry. We spent some time going through it mechanically, and we wanted to update the radio to give the car hands-free calling. It turned out to be hard to find something due to a shortage, so I swung into CarTunes. They had great options, and Alex took time to figure out what was important to us and what was not. The install was very well done and timely. They figured out an issue with the 3rd party rear view camera and ported that over to the radio.For what its worth, we went on a road trip to the east coast and the camera (not installed by cartunes) got water in it and quit working. I called a shop near our destination and got a quote for replacement. Then I called CarTunes. Alex talked me through some repair options, and his prices were so much better. Im usually a do it yourself guy, but Im glad I went in to CarTunes.

Great sale pitch appeared knowledgeable adding subwoofer and amp to existing factory stereo. After 2 days on installation I didnt even make it home with sound. Upon returning another 2 days and all they could say was everything they did was fine. Turns out my factory amplifier they tied into was damaged. They removed all wiring and directed me to dealer. 2 months later still no refund $950 installation, not will to pay for replacement factory amplifier!!! Awaiting refund on equipment removed a month prior. Very unprofessional! Be aware Im sure Im not the first one this happened to and surly not the last with current management.Shawn Muir

Went into Car Tunes so that they could figure out why my aftermarket car audio system was experiencing some distortion. They quickly were able to diagnose the issue at no charge. Essentially, I had made some mistakes doing the install myself. Not surprised. Alex, the manager, informed me of three or four different routes we could go to fix the issue. He was able to give me a great deal, and along with his great customer service, I was sold. I went ahead with getting more work done than I initially planned on after Alex was able to thoroughly explain the root cause of the issues and why certain upgrades would be produce superior sound. I highly recommend Car Tunes. I don’t normally write reviews because I’m not a snobby, Yelp-reviewing a**hole, but the team at Car Tunes exceeded my expectations enough that I felt they deserved a shoutout. I just bought a Kenwood stereo for my wifes Subaru. We were literally on the way to purchase the same unit at Car Toys, we already had the price and installation settled. We hit traffic on 45 (no big surprise there), but we had to hurry so they could install today. Was on the feeder and saw Car Tunes, and thought let me give them a call. Wow! What a difference? They quoted me $180 difference and they could get us in minutes, so we turned around and bought from Car Tunes. The experience was fantastic, they didnt try to upsell us anything while we were there. The install was great the radio is fantastic, and they even walked my wife through functions of the radio. While we were there they also had a sale for window tinting, so we got that done as well! $20 a window. Great experience would highly recommend them.

Alex and Sean outdid themselves with the sound system in my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Sean made a custom ported subwoofer box that was perfectly fitted and contoured to the rear seat. It sounds unreal and looks great too! Alex really went out of his way to make sure I had a quality system that was within my budget and he was knowledgable as well. I also got tint installed and everything looks like its straight from the factory if not better. If youre looking for great service and a high level of professionalism at a good price, Id recommend checking them out for yourself.*UPDATE*Once again Alex and company knocked it out the park. I loved the 8 JL Audio subs that I purchased but after listening to it for less than a week, I got bit by the bass bug and wanted more. I got 3 - 12 TW3-D4s by JL Audio and this time Jimmy custom built the box for them. He also custom built the amp rack to go behind the rear seat. Alex kept me updated with pictures of the work that Jimmy was performing and it is one of the cleanest installs Ive seen ever! The finished product is phenomenal! The box tucks neatly underneath the seat with no poking out, just like the previous build. And the sound is on point to say the least - clear, concise, and with clean bass that hits hard! Car Tunes is officially my go-to for all my future auto upgrades.

Head installer David is a master expert and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your setup. Salesperson Dennis was also very friendly and has great knowledge. Worst place for customer service. The only reason i went here was i used them last time. Ileft a deposit to secure a 2pm appointment waited in parking lot over an hour to be told couldnt get me in till after 330 or 4. Im like whats the point putting a deposit to secure a spot.

Did a great job on everything. Took care of everything and didnt tac on extra charges that were not already agreed on. Only reason its not 5 stars is because they have been backed up due to the COVID situation it took a little longer than expected. Otherwise 100% satisfied.

Came to car tunes to look into getting a system installed on my 2019 Honda Civic. Not knowing much about car audio, Alex was there to help guide me through the process, we went out to my car and he looked in and around it to assess what he was working with, then we hopped in and listened to the range of music I liked and see what it currently sounded like. What I wanted was new door speaker and tweeter on front and back, and in the trunk something light that didn’t take up my entire hatch space, yet something I could feel with rap and still be able to keep up with metal. All while keeping my stock head unit. I listened to the suggestions he made and we sorted through different options until we came up with the following list- focal rse-125 door speakers and tweeters front and rear, Rockford fosgate puch to push them, an LC7 for my stock head unit, for the back we went with a Memphis audio mini mojo 8” in its own box already with a Rockford fosgate punch. Sunday morning I went to drop off the car for the install. I meet jimmy the installer and he, Alex and I, went over placement and For me to see everything that was going into the car. Monday after work I picked up and it far exceeded my expectations it’s sounds absolutely great. The install is SO CLEAN, the amps are cleanly installed under the seat and no wiring showing, the wiring to the battery blends in extremely well to the factory wiring the way it’s ran and secured under the hood. I will definitely come back here for other services, as with most stuff you get what you pay for, you may find labor a bit cheaper at other places but for the quality of work, knowledge, and the time they spend with you to make sure you get what you want is more than worth it. Thank you Alex, Jimmy, and crew.
