The lady working on 9/2/21 was extremely accommodating. I called at noon to see if she could have me a cookie cake ready for 2:00. She had it ready at 1:30 and it was perfect. Thank you!

I was disappointed with the 16 cookie cake I ordered. It was undercooked (coming from a person who likes my cookie on the chewy side) and for the price I just expected a certain quality that was not delivered on. I noticed the reviews were not very positive at this location but decided to take a chance. I will not be coming back to this location.

Very sad. Was having a sweet attack so stopped in for 1 cookie. So sorry I did as it really seemed to upset the lady behind the counter to be interrupted in whatever she was doing. I wont be bothering them again no matter how many sweets I want. The cookie was very good.

Very disappointed; was able to place an order using Grub Hub to deliver to my home bound sister-in-law and her kids. First was told order would be delayed, then Grub Hub called to say the order could not be completed because the store didn’t have the small cookie cakes, but I could order a 16”. When I ordered a second time the message said it was an hour wait and that was fine, so I submitted the order. Grub Hub called and said the order would be delayed, which I was ok with and 30 minutes later Grub Hub called again to say the store had cancelled the order and were not accepting Grub Hub orders. I understand being busy, but to wait an hour to cancel an order the store said they could fulfill an hour earlier is not acceptable. I wasted 1.5 hours on trying to get this order.

Slow and incompetent service. I called to place an order for a cookie cake and no one answered the phone. So I drove to the store and asked for a cookie cake. I was told by the sales associate (who speaks very poor English and was the only person working) that the cake wouldnt be ready until 5pm. Im not sure why it would take the entire day to bake a cookie cake. Im never coming back to this location.

The cookies were AMAZING! However, the customer service was TERRIBLE (possibly discriminatory)! I stood line for about 10-15 min as I was repeatedly passed over for the next customers. I was blatantly ignored before another customer brought attention to the fact that I had not yet been addressed, and had been standing there for quite some time smh.

OMG...just discovered Great American Cookie Co and Marble Slab is merged which is quite dangerous for me ;) Expect to pay a pretty penny but the all you want add ins with ice cream was worth every dollar!

My kids and I stopped in for cookies and ice cream. The cones made my kids sick, I tried them and it tasted like cleaning product. The cookies are also stale. You’ve lost our business.

Cookies and ice cream in one place. Great selection and theyll add a multitude of confectionary delights. Family owned. Great place to go to cool off. Very kid friendly. We love it.

While I love marble slab ice cream I highly suggest if you have food allergies this location may not be the place for you. I just had 2 ice cream flavors mixed and it was also mixed with whatever flavors were also left on the mixing table. The mixing table also appears to possibly be broken or malfunctioning as ice cream is quickly melting on contact. Writing this while Im still here. The line is long and there are 2 people attending which I believe also may contribute to such sloppy service.
