Best JCPenney Ive been to in a while, went there shopping for a niece and this nice worker with red and black hair I think their name was K or KY maybe? But they were very professional and helped me pick out some adorable clothes that my neice absolutely loved! The employees have really stepped up their game here

Went to mainly buy their bathroom towels and linens etcJCPenneys had always had wonderful bath towels that are great quality, lasting, and launder very well. Plus, their sale prices are fabulous with the coupons. So, that was the same... Great. This store unfortunately was so very under staffed!!! This is a gigantic store with lots of departments... there were literally only 2 employees in the ENTIRE store, and they were both at and behind check out area. By the way... You cannot check out at ANY OF THE NUMEROUS DEPT REGISTERS ANYMORE. There is only ONE check out desk at very front of store, period. It takes hours!!

Today I saw an older women worker (I did not catch her name) talking to a teenager worker so rudely. She was so rude to her. I have 3 children and I would NEVER let someone talk to them like that. Other than that I loved shopping there they were all so helpful and they have really good sales.

You can find good deals on clothing here. But just like everything else, clothing prices have gone up some. Still, you can find good deals at JC Penney.

It was hard to find the clothes I needed to buy for my 14 yr old. He needed khaki shorts size 36 and a large white polo. I ended up having to buy a LT polo. It works but a regular one would have been better.I also would have liked to buy 38c cotton bras. I could only find 2.The cashier was outstanding. She helped me get a coupon for saving and looked up my charge card since I didnt have it on me.

Clean, well-organized. Seemed a bit short staffed but when I needed assistance I was greeted politely and helped promptly. Good selection of everyday things plus the bonus of a Sephora store inside the store. Was able to find a rare version of a mans cologne that I wanted to purchase for my husbands birthday and as a bonus my granddaughter who was with me had a make up consultant all her own. She was absolutely in love with Sephora afterwards! Everyone knows .... it is hard to please a teenager so I was very happy to see the interaction between the two of them. The young woman who helped her talked to her as if she were an adult all the while directing her to the less is more concept (which I loved) and the neutral and more natural look .. which surprisingly when the consultant helped her that concept was accepted - however, just hours before when MOM suggested it...not so much. So that was a nice experience. Do not go in this store expecting to pay wal-mart prices, you will not. However, if you want a quality product (and who wouldnt? After all its going on your FACE) and one that lasts (value for the money) Sephora is the way to go. JCPenneys prices on childrens clothing and selection cannot be beat. Again the Quality of the items far exceeds the small amount of money you will save by shopping at wal-mart. No comparison.

This had to have been the worst pickup experience I have ever had to endure. After following signs to the pickup refund cashier, and standing in line behind 10 other people, I was informed to pick up an online order I had to go to another location. I was directed to a cashier in the womens department, where all signs there indicated that I needed to go back to the original location I started at. I picked up one of the signs sending me back and on the way encountered a store employee showed it to her and she told me oh no you need to go to the pickup area which is at the far rear of the store! This was inexcusable. No one should have to walk the entire store to find the proper location when a simple sign would have sufficed.

Appears to be a really old Pennys store as it is tiny. Store is neat and well stocked. Limited shoe Department.

Went in to buy a dress shirt... Display was an absolute mess, shirts wadded up and tossed everywhere... Very difficult to find proper size...

Misleading sales tags...i thought the towels were 4.99, guess i didnt read the small print

Hard to find items I can always find at JC Penney... sometimes you just have to be patient and not get in a hurry. Staff at different locations that I and my husband have visited recently have been friendly and helpful. We have saved on every purchased item from 40 to 80 percent and all items were new with no damage. We hope JC Penney brick and mortar stores will be open for a long time as we are both senior citizens who dont online shop.

As always JCP is the best place to get a good deal on things youll be buying anyway.

J. C. Pennys continues the have a wide selection of food merchandise, however I seemed to notice they went up on prices for Menswear

I walk around to look for 1 item and find more. Which means that my closet is glad since I cleared it out of all of my clothes that I cant or wont wear.

Store is beautiful, thousands of items of merchandise. However, they didnt have what I wanted. Nurses fob watch and it felt very warm in the store. Almost nauseous level.Otherwise, rock on JC Penny!

Great sale, regular season merchandise was nothing special tho. Only 4 womens dressing rooms in the entire store and long lines at checkout really turned me off.

Brought two shirts for 10.00 dollars. They having a good clearance sale. Only complain I have only had two registers checking customers out but the lady in jewelry department help me.

Store is very busy and only one register open. Huge line and it took about 30 min to make my purchase.

This location had a great deal on a Christmas gift that we were getting for a family member. I enjoy shopping here whenever I need a gift because they generally have good sales on several different items. Staff were totally great.

Clean & found some good sales but also found lots of things in clearance section that werent on sale at all. They can use at least one more cashier location - 5+ people in line at both locations when I visited.

Not many shoppers which was good, but the merchandise is so crammed in tdd hat it is hard to walk around. Sale signs on the tables did not ring up on the register and the associate did not honor the sale price posted.

Great memorial sales

Samantha was awesome I was looking for a shirt they had on a mannequin I asked her for help she went above and beyond even went to check in the back for me. Usually when you ask for help especially checking in the back the response is usually if you dont see it then we dont have it. Great customer service Samantha I appreciate it.

Didnt honor price reflected for on sale items

It was amazing. There are a lot of great sales. The staff are wonderful. One employee named Brittany is amazing. She is kind and welcoming.

Couldnt find any wrangler clothes

Went to 3 different departments and nothing was in the place it should have been. For example if the rack said it size medium shirts it would be a mix different sizes not the one it should be.The shoe department look like a kid ran through it and mixed all the sizes making it difficult to find your size. Plus for get getting a reasonable priced pair if you are not a size 8 or larger. Would not recommend unless you have a lot of patience to look around.

The store is clean, laid out nicely, has good value prices, and I enjoy going here. The staff is usually very helpful and with good cheer.

April, the fine jewelry manager and Nester at this location are amazing! After being given the runaround at the Baybrook location, the Victory Lakes location went out of their way to help me. They checked inventory in 3 separate areas in the store and asked every department. Other locations need to take notes from this location. Customer service still exists at this location! I’ll never go back to the Baybrook again!

Ads are misleading

I got a late start getting there. Sure wish I would have had more time! There were alot of very good bargains! Lots of Liz Claiborne blouses & pants. Some sweaters and also Worthington knit tops, jackets, pants, etc. Mostly co-ordinates. Some of the clothes are considered transitional, that is to say you can wear them up to and/or through spring (?). Jewelry & watches were half price or more.....hooray!
